1. A fixing structure for fixing a microphone to a mounting plate having a first mounting surface and a second mounting surface which are disposed opposite to each other, the mounting plate being formed with mounting holes which penetrate the first mounting surface and the second mounting surface, the fixing structure comprising:
the outer edge of the bracket is abutted against the first mounting surface of the mounting plate, and the bracket is also provided with a clamping part extending towards the mounting hole; and
the protective cover is formed with an installation space for installing the microphone, and at least part of the protective cover extends into the installation hole from one side of the second installation surface and is connected with the clamping part in a detachable mode.
2. The fixation structure of claim 1, wherein the protective cover comprises:
a base plate; and
the side plate is connected to one surface of the bottom plate, the side plate and the bottom plate jointly enclose and close to form the installation space, the microphone is contained in the installation space and detachably connected with the side plate, the side plate is provided with a clamping position, and at least part of the side plate extends into the installation hole, so that the clamping portion is detachably connected with the clamping position.

The fixing structure of claim 2, wherein the side plate includes a side connecting portion and a side limiting portion spaced from the side connecting portion, the side connecting portion and the side limiting portion are both connected to a surface of the bottom plate, the side limiting portion and the bottom plate together enclose the installation space, the microphone is installed in the installation space and detachably clamped to the side limiting portion, and the clamp is located at the side connecting portion.
4. The fixed structure of claim 3, wherein the number of the side limiting parts is at least two, two of the side limiting parts are arranged at intervals, and the microphone is arranged between the two side limiting parts and is detachably connected with the two side limiting parts;
and/or, the quantity of side connecting portion is two at least, two wherein the side connecting portion set up relatively in the both sides of side spacing portion, each all be equipped with the joint position on the side connecting portion, the quantity of joint portion is a plurality of, one joint portion can dismantle the joint in one the joint position.
5. The fixing structure according to claim 4, wherein each of the side connecting portions is provided with a plurality of clamping positions, and the plurality of clamping positions are arranged along the axial direction of the mounting hole.

The fixing structure according to claim 4, wherein the side connection portion includes a first connection section, a second connection section, and a third connection section connected to the bottom plate, the second connection section connects the first connection section and the third connection section, the first connection section and the third connection section are disposed opposite to each other, part of the clamping position is disposed on a surface of the first connection section facing away from the third connection section, and the other part of the clamping position is disposed on a surface of the third connection section facing away from the first connection section.

The fixing structure of claim 6, wherein the protective cover further comprises a positioning portion, the positioning portion is connected to the bottom plate, the positioning portion, the bottom plate and the side limiting portions together enclose the installation space, the positioning portion is disposed opposite to the second connecting section, and both the positioning portion and the second connecting section are provided with wire passing notches.
8. The fixed structure of claim 7, wherein the side limiting portion is provided with a slot, and at least a part of the microphone is detachably clamped in the slot;
and/or the bottom plate is provided with a plurality of sound outlet holes communicated with the mounting space, and the sound outlet side of the microphone is arranged towards the sound outlet holes.

The fixing structure according to any one of claims 2 to 8, wherein the bracket is provided in a frame shape, the clamping portion extends from the body of the frame to the hollow portion of the frame, and the clamping position of the side plate extends into the hollow portion of the frame and is detachably connected to the clamping portion;
at least part of the bottom plate, the side plates and the body of the frame form a clamping groove, and the clamping groove is clamped and fixed on the mounting plate.

11. A vehicle microphone assembly comprising a microphone, a mounting plate and a fixed structure according to any one of claims 1 to 10, the microphone being mounted to the fixed structure, the fixed structure being mounted to the mounting plate.
