The shape of the heating wire 18 is designed into a wave shape on the basis of the U shape, the specific structure of the heating wire 18 is shown in figure 8, compared with the simple U-shaped heating wire 18, the heating wire 18 can enable the heat seal area to be larger, the sealing effect after heat seal is better, and the connection between the waterproof curtain and the waterproof membrane 9 after heat seal is firmer.
The last side of waterproof curtain all carries out the heat seal with waterproofing membrane 9 with controlling the side, the back is worn out in the joint-cutting of waterproofing membrane 9 to the pencil, wear out from the lower side of waterproof curtain again, because the pencil is worn out from the below, consequently, water can not get into the car intracavity along the pencil, also can not follow the last side of waterproof curtain and the side of controlling and enter, consequently, water-proof effects is better, waterproof membrane 9 has further been strengthened waterproof effect, and when the pencil was worn out from waterproof curtain, be difficult for because pull lead to the damage of tearing of waterproofing membrane 9, the reliability is higher.
The heating wires 18 are detachably arranged on the lower surface of the heat-sealing plate 12, so that when the waterproof curtains in different shapes need to be thermally sealed, different heating wires 18 can be replaced; or the heating wire 18 can be replaced when the heating wire 18 is damaged.

The embodiment provides an integrated processing device for a high-precision waterproof film, which is further improved on the basis of the embodiment 5, the heat sealing machine further comprises a moving mechanism, and the heat sealing plate 12 is movably connected with the heat sealing rack 10 through the moving mechanism; the moving mechanism is electrically connected to the electrical box 13.
The electrical box 13 is provided with a plurality of control buttons for controlling the opening, closing, moving and emergency stop of the heat sealing machine. When the thermal combination plate 12 needs to be moved, the moving direction of the moving mechanism can be changed by operating the moving button on the electrical box 13, so that the thermal combination plate 12 can be driven to move.
The moving mechanism in the embodiment includes a lifting mechanism 14, and the lifting mechanism 14 is connected with the thermal ply board 12; the lifting mechanism 14 controls the thermal plate 12 to move up and down.
The driving cylinder 140 can work in various environments and has better dustproof and waterproof capabilities; and the principle and the structure of the driving cylinder 140 are simpler, the installation and the maintenance are easy, and the requirement on a user is not high. Therefore, the lifting mechanism 14 in this embodiment adopts the driving cylinder 140, and the bottom end of the driving cylinder 140 is connected to the upper surface of the heat sealing plate 12, so that the driving cylinder 140 can drive the heat sealing plate 12 to move up and down during operation, thereby realizing heat sealing.
The moving mechanism further comprises a horizontal moving mechanism, which is shown in fig. 6 and 7 and connected with the lifting mechanism 14; the horizontal moving mechanism is fixed on the heat seal machine frame 10.
The heat seal plate 12 cannot be applied to all cases if it is moved only up and down because different waterproof films 9 require different positions of the heat seal waterproof curtains, and if it is moved only up and down by the elevating mechanism 14, the operator is required to manually move the waterproof films 9 so that the waterproof curtains correspond to the positions of the heating wires 18 to achieve heat seal. Therefore, in order to liberate manpower and enhance the safety performance of operation, a horizontal moving mechanism is arranged, the thermal ply plate 12 can be controlled to move in the horizontal direction, the thermal ply plate can correspond to the waterproof curtains at different positions, and dangerous accidents caused by manual movement of the waterproof membrane 9 by operators can be avoided.

In order to make the left-right moving mechanism 16 more stable and not generate shaking in the moving process, in this embodiment, two sliding rods ii 160 are adopted, two sliding blocks ii 161 are sleeved on each sliding rod ii 160, the upper parts of the four sliding blocks ii 161 are fixedly connected together through a fixing plate, a hole is formed in the middle of the fixing plate, and the driving cylinder 140 is arranged in the hole and fixed. The left-right moving mechanism 16 and the front-back moving mechanism 15 in the horizontal mechanism are connected through the fixed connection of the sliding rod II 160 and the sliding block I151, so that the heat seal plate 12 can be controlled to move up and down, the heat seal plate 12 can be controlled to move left and right, the heat seal plate 12 can be controlled to move front and back, and the heat seal plate 12 can move on the heat seal machine frame 10 in all directions. And then the position of the thermal ply board 12 can be moved correspondingly to the waterproof curtains at different positions, so that an operator does not need to manually move the waterproof membrane 9 to enable the heating wire 18 to correspond to the position of the waterproof curtain, and the operation is relatively safe and simple.

The embodiment provides an integrated processing device for a high-precision waterproof membrane, which is further improved on the basis of the embodiment 8, and as shown in fig. 4, the upper surface of the thermal ply board 12 is provided with a limiting column 17, so that the thermal ply board 12 can be prevented from being lifted too much, and the operation time is saved.

The embodiment provides an integrated processing device for a high-precision waterproof membrane, which is further improved on the basis of embodiment 9, and as shown in fig. 13, 14 and 15, a gas channel 1002 is arranged inside a gluing mold 1001, and a suction hole 1003 is formed in the upper surface of the gluing mold; the gas channel 1002 is communicated with the outside air through the air suction hole 1003; the pumping mechanism is in communication with the gas passage 1002.
The specific working process is as follows: the air exhaust mechanism is started, the air exhaust mechanism can exhaust air in the air channel 1002 to form negative pressure or vacuum in the air channel 1002, the air channel 1002 is communicated with outside air through the air suction hole 1003, therefore, the air suction hole 1003 can generate adsorption force on the waterproof membrane 9 above the air suction hole 1003, the waterproof membrane 9 can be fixed on the gluing mold 1001 through the adsorption force of the air suction hole 1003, meanwhile, the atmospheric pressure outside the waterproof membrane 9 is larger than the pressure in the air channel 1002 due to the fact that the pressure in the air channel 1002 is negative pressure, and therefore the waterproof membrane 9 can be pressed to the gluing mold 1001 through the atmospheric pressure, the designed positioning effect is good, and the waterproof membrane 9 is not prone to loosening and shifting.
Example 11
The embodiment provides an integrated processing device for a high-precision waterproof membrane, which is further improved on the basis of the embodiment 10, and as shown in fig. 13 and 14, a plurality of air suction holes 1003 are formed, and the shape formed by the air suction holes 1003 is matched with the shape of the waterproof membrane 9 to be glued.
In this embodiment, a plurality of air suction holes 1003 are formed and located on the inner side and the outer side of the position, to be glued, of the waterproof film 9, so that the shape defined by the air suction holes 1003 is the same as the shape of the track, to be glued, of the waterproof film 9. When the air exhaust mechanism exhausts air, the air suction holes 1003 are the inner side and the outer side of the waterproof film 9 to be glued, so that the air suction holes 1003 on the inner side and the outer side of the waterproof film 9 to be glued can generate strong adsorption force, the adsorption force generated by the air suction holes 1003 together is larger, the adsorption effect is better, the waterproof film 9 can be better fixed on the gluing mold 1001, and the waterproof film 9 is guaranteed not to shift on the gluing mold 1001.
Furthermore, in order to better fix the waterproof membrane 9, the gas channel 1002 is opened at a position corresponding to the position of the suction hole 1003. As shown in fig. 4 and 5, in the present embodiment, a plurality of gas passages 1002 are provided inside a glue application mold 1001, and each gas passage 1002 is communicated with each other; in order to improve the implementation effect, at least one gas passage 1002 is provided below the suction hole 1003, and the shape thereof is the same as the shape surrounded by the suction hole 1003. The air exhaust mechanism is communicated with the air channel 1002, the pressure in the air channel 1002 is reduced by exhausting the air in the air channel 1002, so that the air suction hole 1003 generates strong adsorption force, and the waterproof film 9 is placed above the air suction hole 1003, so that the waterproof film 9 is firmly adsorbed on the gluing mold 1001 by the suction force of the air suction hole 1003.
Example 12
In order to make the waterproof film 9 better fit on the gluing mold 1001, the embodiment provides an integrated processing device for a high-precision waterproof film, which is further improved on the basis of embodiment 11, and as shown in fig. 16, a protrusion matched with the plastic suction molding of the waterproof film 9 is arranged on the upper surface of the gluing mold 1001.
The shapes of different waterproof films 9 are different, some waterproof films 9 can form bulges after being subjected to plastic suction, the shapes of different waterproof films 9 after being subjected to plastic suction are also different, the bulges arranged on the gluing mold 1001 are designed one by one according to the shapes of different waterproof films 9, and therefore the positions and the shapes of the bulges arranged on different gluing molds 1001 are also different. The embodiment provides an integrated processing device for a high-precision waterproof membrane, which is further improved on the basis of embodiment 12, and as shown in fig. 11 and 12, the air extracting mechanism comprises an air pipe 1004 and an air extracting pump 1005; the air pump 1005 is communicated with an air passage 1002 in the gluing mold 1001 through an air pipe 1004.
The operating principle of the air pump 1005 is: pressure difference is generated between the position of the pumping air port and the external atmospheric pressure, and air is sucked into the pump cavity and then is discharged from the exhaust port under the action of the pressure difference. The air suction pump 1005 is communicated with the air passage 1002 through the air pipe 1004, so that the air suction pump 1005 can partially or completely suck out the air in the air passage 1002 through the air pipe 1004, so that the air in the air passage 1002 is always in negative pressure or vacuum, the air suction hole 1003 can always maintain an adsorption force, and the waterproof membrane 9 is better fixed on the gluing mold 1001 to facilitate gluing.
The gluing frame 1000 is provided with a switch 1006 for controlling the starting and stopping of the manipulator. The manipulator in this embodiment is shown in fig. 16, and includes a base, a manipulator arm, a glue supply mechanism, a glue bucket, and an electric cabinet; the mechanical arm is arranged on the base and connected with the electric cabinet; the glue supply mechanism is connected with the glue barrel, and the mechanical arm moves according to a set track to drive the glue supply mechanism to glue. After the waterproof membrane 9 is fixed, the switch 1006 is turned on, and the manipulator applies glue according to the set track; after the glue is applied, the switch 1006 is closed, and the manipulator stops operating.
Example 14
In order to make the processing of the waterproof film 9 more efficient, the present embodiment provides an integrated processing apparatus for a high-precision waterproof film, which is further modified from embodiment 13, and as shown in fig. 9 and 10, multi-layer frames are disposed between the suction molding machine and the heat sealing machine and between the heat sealing machine and the glue coating machine. The multi-layer rack comprises a support frame 100, a slab layer 101 and a tension spring 102, wherein the support frame 100 is movably connected with the slab layer 101; one end of the tension spring 102 is connected to the support frame 100, and the other end thereof is connected to the slab 101.
Since several slabs 101 are usually installed on the support frame 100 of the multi-story rack, in order to facilitate the storage of the waterproofing membrane 9, the waterproofing membrane 9 is usually stored from the lowest slab 101. Because the number of the slabs 101 is usually more than 10, if the slabs 101 are lifted one by one and fixed, time is wasted, in this embodiment, when an operator lifts the slabs 101, the tension spring 102 can automatically fix the slabs 101 at a certain position without being too high or falling down, so that the operator can place the waterproof film 9, and each slab 101 of the multi-layer rack can store at least 10 waterproof films 9, which is large in storage number.
Because the waterproof membranes 9 manufactured in a factory are usually produced in a mass flow mode, the manufacturing amount is large, the waterproof membranes 9 need to be stored and transported in a unified mode, the waterproof membranes 9 are convenient to be processed in the next step, and therefore movable multi-layer frames are arranged between the plastic suction machine and the heat sealing machine and between the heat sealing machine and the gluing machine. Therefore, the waterproof membrane 9 after plastic sucking is carried by the multi-layer frame to move to the heat sealing machine for heat sealing, and after heat sealing is finished, the waterproof membrane 9 after heat sealing is carried by the multi-layer frame to move to the glue spreading machine for gluing. Meanwhile, the plastic suction machine can continue to produce the next batch of waterproof films 9, after the heat sealing of the heat sealing machine is completed, the multi-layer frame drives the plastic suction machine to heat seal another batch of waterproof films which are subjected to heat sealing, the heat sealing machine continues to heat seal the waterproof films 9, after the glue spreading machine finishes gluing, the multi-layer frame drives the heat sealing machine to heat seal the waterproof films 9 for gluing, the plastic suction machine, the heat sealing machine and the glue spreading machine can be always in a continuous production working state, the shutdown waiting is not needed, and the overall working efficiency is improved.

The embodiment provides an integrated processing device for a high-precision waterproof membrane, which is further improved on the basis of embodiment 14, and as shown in fig. 9 and 10, the support frame 100 comprises a vertical section 110 and a horizontal section 120 which are connected, the slab 101 is rotatably connected with the vertical section 110, the support frame 100 is relatively stable, and the vertical section 110 is used for installing the slab 101. And a limiting block 103 is mounted on the lower surface of the slab layer 101.
The support frame 100 is formed by sequentially connecting a vertical section 110 and a horizontal section 120, and is L-shaped, one side of the plate layer 101 is rotatably connected with the vertical section 110, the force distribution is relatively uniform, and the stability is relatively high after installation.
