本实用新型涉及客车安全技术领域,尤其涉及一种新能源汽车充电安全监控装置,包括充电舱门、设置在充电舱门上的传感器、电池管理系统、仪表、充电指示灯,所述传感器与所述电池管理系统相连,所述充电舱门开启后,所述传感器唤醒与之连接的电池管理系统;所述电池管理系统检测到充电枪连接信号时,通过CAN通讯总线将信号传输至所述仪表。本实用新型在检测到有充电枪连接信号时仪表上会亮一个充电指示灯来告知驾驶员充电枪是否与整车连接,避免驾驶员通电行车拉坏充电枪,造成不必要的危险以及损失。

本实用新型涉及汽车安全技术领域,尤其涉及一种新能源汽车充电安全监控装置。
背景技术
新能源车纯电动或者混合动力在充电的时候都需要与充电机来连接充电,但是在充电结束之后,高压电源、辅助电源、CAN通讯、充电枪电子锁均处于关闭状态,如果汽车在不通电的情况下驾驶员通过仪表很难辨别出充电枪是否已经拔出,如果没有拔出的话会导致驾驶员通电行车拉坏充电枪。
正是基于上述原因,本实用新型提供了一种新能源汽车充电安全监控装置,在充电枪插入车辆充电插座的时候,在任何条件下仪表上都会点亮充电指示灯来告知驾驶员充电枪是否与整车连接。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种新能源汽车充电安全监控装置,在检测到有充电枪连接信号时仪表上都会点亮充电指示灯来告知驾驶员充电枪是否与整车连接,避免驾驶员通电行车拉坏充电枪,造成不必要的危险以及损失。
为了实现本实用新型的目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案为:
本实用新型公开了一种新能源汽车充电安全监控装置,包括充电舱门、设置在充电舱门上的传感器、电池管理系统、仪表,所述传感器与所述电池管理系统相连,所述充电舱门开启后,所述传感器唤醒与之连接的电池管理系统;所述电池管理系统检测到充电枪连接信号时,通过CAN通讯总线将信号传输至所述仪表,由仪表点亮充电指示灯。
所述仪表上设有充电指示灯。
本实用新型的有益效果在于:
(1)本实用新型在检测到有充电枪连接信号时仪表上会点亮充电指示灯来告知驾驶员充电枪是否与整车连接,避免驾驶员通电行车拉坏充电枪,造成不必要的危险以及损失。

本实用新型公开了一种新能源汽车充电安全监控装置,包括,充电舱门1、充电舱门打开传感器2、电池管理系统BMS3、仪表5、充电指示灯6,所述充电舱门打开传感器2与所述电池管理系统3相连,所述充电舱门打开传感器2识别到充电舱门1开启后,所述传感器2唤醒与之连接的电池管理系统BMS3;所述电池管理系统3检测到充电枪连接信号时,通过CAN通讯总线4将信号传输至所述仪表5,当充电舱门打开时,由充电舱门上的传感器2来唤醒电池管理系统3,电池管理系统唤醒后检测到有充电枪连接信号,通过CAN通讯总线4将信号传输至仪表5点亮充电指示灯6。
所述仪表5上设有充电指示灯6,电池管理系统3在检测到有充电枪连接信号时,通过CAN通讯总线4将信号传输至所述仪表5点亮仪表上面的充电指示灯6,用来告知驾驶员充电枪是否与整车连接,避免驾驶员通电行车拉坏充电枪,造成不必要的危险以及损失。

1.一种新能源汽车充电安全监控装置,其特征在于:包括充电舱门(1)、设置在充电舱门上的传感器(2)、电池管理系统BMS(3)、仪表(5),所述传感器(2)与所述电池管理系统BMS(3)相连,所述充电舱门(1)开启后,所述舱门上的传感器(2)唤醒与之连接的电池管理系统BMS(3);所述电池管理系统BMS(3)检测到充电枪连接信号时,通过CAN通讯总线(4)将信号传输至所述仪表(5)点亮充电指示灯(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新能源汽车充电安全监控装置,其特征在于:所述仪表(5)上设有充电指示灯(6)。
