The two first protruding ridges 21 are symmetrical about the central axis of the plate body 1, the two first protruding ridges 21 are respectively connected with the two thickening edges 11 in parallel in an integrally formed manner in a one-to-one correspondence manner, and the first protruding ridges 21 are located on the inner sides of the thickening edges 11. The second protruding ribs 22 are integrally formed with the plate body 1 and arranged in the middle of the plate body 1, the central axis of the second protruding ribs 22 is parallel to the central axis of the plate body 1, and the second protruding ribs 22 are parallel to the first protruding ribs 21.
The pendant connecting piece can be closely attached to and in surface contact with the convex edge 2 of the porcelain plate 5, and can be made of metal profiles, stamped metal parts or other non-metal materials which can be used for externally hanging structures. The pendant connecting piece of this embodiment is the aluminum alloy groove, and its length equals with the length of bead 2. As shown in fig. 4, the hanger connector of the present embodiment is composed of a clamping portion 62 and a hanging lug 61 which are integrally formed and oppositely arranged, the shape of the clamping portion 62 is completely the same as the profile of the U-shaped rib of the present embodiment, a fastening member through hole is formed at the bottom of the clamping portion 62, and a second rubber pad 64 is installed at the bottom of the clamping portion 62. The parts required for the assembled vitrolite curtain wall panel of the present embodiment are shown in fig. 14. The cross section of the horizontal keel 9 is shown in fig. 6, the upper end of the horizontal keel is provided with a step-shaped structure, the step-shaped structure is composed of an upper platform 91 and a lower platform 92, and the cross section of the upper platform 91 is U-shaped. The hanging piece of the porcelain plate curtain wall manufactured in the embodiment is installed on the horizontal keel 9, so that the hanging lug 61 of the hanging piece connecting piece of the hanging piece of the porcelain plate curtain wall is hung and buckled on the upper platform 91 of the stepped structure formed at the upper end of the horizontal keel 9, as shown in fig. 15, the first U-shaped edge of the hanging lug 61 abuts against the first U-shaped edge of the upper platform 91, the U-shaped bottom of the hanging lug 61 abuts against the U-shaped bottom of the upper platform 91, the second U-shaped edge of the hanging lug 61 abuts against the second U-shaped edge of the upper platform 91, the tail end of the second U-shaped edge of the hanging lug 61 is supported by the lower platform 92, and the contact surface between the hanging lug 61 and the upper platform 91 is filled with the first rubber gasket 63; finally, the position adjusting screw 10 passes through the position adjusting screw insertion hole and abuts against the first rubber pad 63, the position adjusting screw 10 is locked, and the U-shaped edge of the lower end of the horizontal keel 9 abuts against the second rubber pad 64 installed on the bottom surface of the clamping portion 62.

In this embodiment, pottery clay slurry is used as a raw material of a curtain wall plate, a ceramic plate 3 is prepared according to the method provided in embodiment 1, the three-dimensional structure and the cross-sectional shape of the ceramic plate 3 are respectively shown in fig. 16 and 17, the ceramic plate 3 is a solid structure and comprises a plate body 1 and ribs 2 integrally formed with the plate body 1, and a group of mutually parallel edges of the plate body 1 are thickened edges 11 which are raised upwards. In the present embodiment, the ribs 2 include two first ribs 21 and one second rib 22, and the first ribs 21 and the second rib 22 are dovetail-shaped ribs with a cross section being wide at the top and narrow at the bottom. The two first protruding ridges 21 are symmetrical about the central axis of the plate body 1, the two first protruding ridges 21 are respectively connected with the two thickening edges 11 in parallel in an integrally formed manner in a one-to-one correspondence manner, and the first protruding ridges 21 are located on the inner sides of the thickening edges 11. The second protruding ribs 22 are integrally formed with the plate body 1 and arranged in the middle of the plate body 1, the central axis of the second protruding ribs 22 is parallel to the central axis of the plate body 1, and the second protruding ribs 22 are parallel to the first protruding ribs 21.

The first and second split portions 65 and 66 have respective split ends formed with protrusions having positioning holes. The first rubber pad 63 is filled in the U-shaped bottom of the hanging lug 61.
The parts required for the assembled curtain wall panel of the present embodiment are shown in fig. 19. The two-component epoxy resin is uniformly coated on one surface of the 316 stainless steel wire mesh compounded with the non-woven fabric, so that the safety reinforcing layer 7 of the embodiment is prepared. When the ceramic plate is installed, the surface of the ceramic plate 3 formed with the convex edge 2 is covered and uniformly attached with the safety reinforcing layer 7. Then, according to the profile of the rib 2, the first split portion 65 and the second split portion 66 are assembled at the two ends of the rib 2, after the assembly is completed, the first split portion 65 and the second split portion 66 are tightly attached to the rib 2, the split ends of the first split portion 65 and the second split portion 66 are completely matched and split, and the positioning holes on the respective split ends are aligned and overlapped. And (3) the clamping bolt 80 penetrates through the two overlapped positioning holes, and the clamping bolt 80 is locked, so that the first splicing part 65 and the second splicing part 66 of the pendant connecting piece are respectively attached to the two ends of the convex rib 2 and clamp the convex rib 2. In the pottery board curtain wall pendant of the completion of equipment, compound safe enhancement layer 7 on 3 surfaces of pottery board makes panel can support each other when meetting the destruction, improves the whole residual strength of pottery board curtain wall pendant, avoids cracked falling to cause the injury.

The ceramic plate curtain wall hanging piece manufactured in the embodiment is installed on the horizontal keel 9, so that the hanging lug 61 of the hanging piece connecting piece of the ceramic plate curtain wall hanging piece is hung and buckled on the upper platform 91 with the ladder-shaped structure formed at the upper end of the horizontal keel 9, as shown in fig. 20, the first U-shaped edge of the hanging lug 61 abuts against the first U-shaped edge of the upper platform 91, the U-shaped bottom of the hanging lug 61 abuts against the U-shaped bottom of the upper platform 91, the second U-shaped edge of the hanging lug 61 abuts against the second U-shaped edge of the upper platform 91, and the tail end of the second U-shaped edge of the hanging lug 61 is supported by the lower platform 92. The contact surface between the hanging lug 61 and the upper platform 91 is filled with the first rubber mat 63, so that the hanging piece connecting piece is firmly hung and buckled on the upper platform 91 at the upper end of the horizontal keel 9 through the hanging lug 61, and the safety of the curtain wall system is improved; on the other hand, the direct contact between the aluminum alloy groove of the same metal building material and the horizontal keel 9 is avoided, the possibility of stress concentration is reduced, and the noise caused by the collision of the two metal building materials in wind is also avoided.

In this embodiment, UHPC pulp is used as a raw material of a curtain wall board, a UHPC board 4 is prepared according to the method provided in embodiment 1, the three-dimensional structure and the cross-sectional shape of the UHPC board 4 are respectively shown in fig. 21 and fig. 22, the UHPC board 4 is a solid structure and comprises a board body 1 and ribs 2 integrally formed with the board body 1, and a group of mutually parallel edges of the board body 1 are thickened edges 11 which are convex upwards. In this embodiment, the rib 2 includes two first ribs 21 and one second rib 22, the first ribs 21 and the second rib 22 are dovetail-shaped ribs with a cross section being wide at the top and narrow at the bottom, and two ends of the rib 2 are provided with fastener slots 26. The two first protruding ridges 21 are symmetrical about the central axis of the plate body 1, the two first protruding ridges 21 are respectively connected with the two thickening edges 11 in parallel in an integrally formed manner in a one-to-one correspondence manner, and the first protruding ridges 21 are located on the inner sides of the thickening edges 11. The second protruding ribs 22 are integrally formed with the plate body 1 and arranged in the middle of the plate body 1, the central axis of the second protruding ribs 22 is parallel to the central axis of the plate body 1, and the second protruding ribs 22 are parallel to the first protruding ribs 21.
And a pendant connecting piece which can be tightly attached and in surface contact with the convex edge 2 of the UHPC board 4 is provided, and the pendant connecting piece can be selected from metal profiles, stamped metal parts or other non-metal materials which can be used for externally hanging structures. The pendant connecting piece of this embodiment is the aluminum alloy groove, and its length equals with the length of bead 2. As shown in fig. 23, the suspension member connector of this embodiment is composed of a clamping portion 62 and a hanging lug 61 which are integrally formed and oppositely arranged, the bottom of the hanging lug 61 is provided with a positioning screw insertion hole, the shape of the clamping portion 62 is completely the same as the profile of the rib 2 of the UHPC board 4 of this embodiment, and the bottom of the clamping portion 62 is provided with a fastener through hole. The cross section of the hanging lug 61 is U-shaped, the first U-shaped edge of the hanging lug 61 is connected with the groove bottom of the clamping part 62, and the first rubber pad 63 is filled in the U-shaped bottom of the hanging lug 61.
The parts required for the assembled curtain wall panel of the present embodiment are shown in fig. 23. The two-component epoxy resin is uniformly coated on one surface of the 316 stainless steel wire mesh compounded with the non-woven fabric, so that the safety reinforcing layer 7 of the embodiment is prepared. When the UHPC plate is installed, the surface of the UHPC plate 4 formed with the convex ribs 2 is covered and evenly attached with the safety reinforcing layer 7. Then, aligning the clamping part 62 of the aluminum alloy groove with the rib 2 of the UHPC plate 4 from the side surface of the UHPC plate 4, pushing the aluminum alloy groove forward to enable the rib 2 to gradually enter the groove formed by the clamping part 62, finally, the rib 2 is completely covered by the clamping part 62, the through hole of the fastener at the groove bottom of the clamping part 62 is aligned and superposed with the fastener slot 26 of the rib 2, and the clamping part 62 is tightly attached to the rib 2. The safety reinforcing layer 7 covering the hole of the fastener slot 26 is removed, flexible filler is put into the fastener slot 26, then the fastener passes through the fastener through hole and is inserted into the fastener slot 26, the inserting end of the fastener abuts against the flexible filler, the fastener is locked, and the fitting degree of the aluminum alloy slot and the UHPC board 4 is enhanced. The embodiment uses the fastening bolt 84 as a fastener and the rubber ring 86 as a flexible filler. In the UHPC board curtain pendant that the equipment was accomplished: the safety reinforcing layer 7 compounded on the surface of the UHPC plate 4 enables the plates to mutually support when the plates are damaged, so that the integral residual strength of the UHPC plate curtain wall hanging piece is improved, and the damage caused by fragmentation and falling is avoided; the gap between the fastening bolt 84 of the metal piece and the UHPC board 4 which is made of hard material is filled with flexible filler, so that the material damage caused by stress concentration is reduced, and in actual operation, the contact surface of the pendant connecting piece and the board can be filled with flexible filling fabric according to actual conditions, so that the combination tightness degree of the pendant connecting piece and the board body 1 is improved.
And constructing a UHPC plate curtain wall system by using the UHPC plate curtain wall hanging part assembled by the embodiment. And installing horizontal keels 9 on the upright columns to construct a keel frame. The cross-section of the horizontal keel 9 is shown in figure 6. The UHPC board curtain wall hanging piece manufactured in this embodiment is installed on the horizontal keel 9, so that the hanging lug 61 of the hanging piece connecting piece of the UHPC board curtain wall hanging piece is hung and buckled on the upper platform 91 of the stepped structure formed at the upper end of the horizontal keel 9, the contact surface between the hanging lug 61 and the upper platform 91 is filled with the first rubber pad 63, the positioning screw 10 passes through the positioning screw insertion hole of the hanging lug 61 and abuts against the first rubber pad 63, and the positioning screw 10 is locked, as shown in fig. 24. In the UHPC board curtain pendant that the equipment was accomplished: the safety reinforcing layer 7 compounded on the surface of the UHPC plate 4 enables the plates to be mutually supported when the plates are damaged, so that the integral residual strength of the UHPC plate curtain wall hanging piece is improved, and the damage caused by fragmentation and falling is avoided.

In this embodiment, porcelain clay is used as a raw material of a curtain wall plate, a porcelain plate 5 is prepared according to the method provided in embodiment 1, the three-dimensional structure and the cross-sectional shape of the porcelain plate 5 are respectively shown in fig. 25 and 26, the porcelain plate 5 is a solid structure and comprises a plate body 1 and ribs 2 integrally formed with the plate body 1, and a group of mutually parallel edges of the plate body 1 are thickened edges 11 which are convex upwards. In this embodiment, the ribs 2 include two first ribs 21 and one second rib 22, each rib 2 includes a connecting portion 27 and a sunken step 28, which are integrally formed, the cross section of the connecting portion 27 is a dovetail shape with a wide top and a narrow bottom, and the connecting portion 27, the sunken step 28 and the plate body 1 are connected in sequence. The two first protruding ridges 21 are symmetrical about the central axis of the plate body 1, the two first protruding ridges 21 are respectively connected with the two thickening edges 11 in parallel in an integrally formed manner in a one-to-one correspondence manner, and the first protruding ridges 21 are located on the inner sides of the thickening edges 11. The second protruding ribs 22 are integrally formed with the plate body 1 and arranged in the middle of the plate body 1, the central axis of the second protruding ribs 22 is parallel to the central axis of the plate body 1, and the second protruding ribs 22 are parallel to the first protruding ribs 21.

Then, according to the profile of the rib 2, the first split portion 65 and the second split portion 66 are assembled at the two ends of the rib 2, after the assembly is completed, the first split portion 65 and the second split portion 66 are tightly attached to the rib 2, the split ends of the first split portion 65 and the second split portion 66 are completely matched and split, and the positioning holes on the respective split ends are aligned and overlapped. And (3) the clamping bolt 80 penetrates through the two overlapped positioning holes, and the clamping bolt 80 is locked, so that the first splicing part 65 and the second splicing part 66 of the pendant connecting piece are respectively attached to the two ends of the convex rib 2 and clamp the convex rib 2.
The porcelain plate curtain wall system is constructed by the porcelain plate curtain wall hanging piece assembled in the embodiment. And installing horizontal keels 9 on the upright columns to construct a keel frame. The upper end of the horizontal keel 9 of the present embodiment is provided with a step-shaped structure, the step-shaped structure is composed of an upper platform 91 and a lower platform 92, and the cross section of the upper platform 91 is U-shaped. The hanging piece of the porcelain plate curtain wall manufactured in the embodiment is installed on the horizontal keel 9, so that the hanging lug 61 of the hanging piece connecting piece of the hanging piece of the porcelain plate curtain wall is hung and buckled on the upper platform 91 of the stepped structure formed at the upper end of the horizontal keel 9, as shown in fig. 28, the first U-shaped edge of the hanging lug 61 abuts against the first U-shaped edge of the upper platform 91, the U-shaped bottom of the hanging lug 61 abuts against the U-shaped bottom of the upper platform 91, the second U-shaped edge of the hanging lug 61 abuts against the second U-shaped edge of the upper platform 91, and the tail end of the second U-shaped edge of the hanging lug 61 is received by the lower platform 92. The contact surface between the hanging lug 61 and the upper platform 91 is filled with the first rubber pad 63, so that the positioning screw 10 passes through the positioning screw jack of the hanging lug 61 which is hung and buckled on the horizontal keel 9 and is positioned at the upper end of the porcelain plate curtain wall hanging piece, abuts against the first rubber pad 63, and the positioning screw 10 is locked.

In this embodiment, pottery clay is used as a raw material of a curtain wall plate, a ceramic plate 3 is prepared according to the method provided in embodiment 1, the three-dimensional structure and the cross-sectional shape of the ceramic plate 3 are respectively shown in fig. 29 and fig. 30, the ceramic plate 3 is a solid structure and comprises a plate body 1 and ribs 2 integrally formed with the plate body 1, and a group of mutually parallel edges of the plate body 1 are thickened edges 11 which are raised upwards. In the present embodiment, the ribs 2 include two first ribs 21 and one second rib 22. The first rib 21 is a T-shaped rib with a T-shaped cross section, the T-shaped rib includes a web 291 and a wing plate connected with the web 291, the wing plate is divided into an inner wing 293 bending towards the middle of the plate body 1 and an outer wing 292 bending towards the edge of the plate body 1 at the joint of the wing plate and the web 291, the length of the cross section of the inner wing 293 is greater than that of the cross section of the outer wing 292, and the angles formed by the inner wing 293 and the outer wing 292 and the web 291 are obtuse angles. The second rib 22 is an i-shaped rib with an i-shaped cross section, the i-shaped rib includes a web 291 and a wing connected to the web 291, the wing is divided into two symmetrical wings 294 symmetrical with respect to the web 291 at the joint of the wings and the web 291, and the angle formed by the symmetrical wings 294 and the web 291 is an obtuse angle. The angle formed by the web 291 and the wing plate is set to be an obtuse angle, so that the demolding difficulty of the molded hard plate can be reduced, and the plate can more uniformly bear the acting force from the pendant connecting piece when being clamped by the pendant connecting piece. Each thickened edge 11 is provided with a first rib 21, the first ribs 21 are connected with the thickened edges 11 in an integrally forming mode, and the two first ribs 21 are symmetrical about the central axis of the plate body 1. The second protruding ribs 22 are integrally formed with the plate body 1 and arranged in the middle of the plate body 1, the central axis of the second protruding ribs 22 is parallel to the central axis of the plate body 1, and the second protruding ribs 22 are parallel to the first protruding ribs 21.
