Compared with the traditional hollow ceramic plate, the solid ceramic plate 11 adopted by the embodiment avoids the technical problems of potential safety hazard and the like caused by the fact that humid air and rain and snow enter the cavity of the ceramic plate to damage the plate structure.
The pendant connecting piece 4 can be closely attached to and in surface contact with the dovetail type clamping block 21 of the ceramic plate 11, and the pendant connecting piece 4 can be made of metal profiles, stamped metal parts or other non-metal materials which can be used for an externally hung structure. The hanger connecting member 4 of this embodiment is an aluminum alloy clip, and the length thereof is equal to the length of the dovetail-shaped clamping block 21. As shown in fig. 12, the hanger link 4 of the present embodiment includes a hanging lug 43, a first split portion 41, and a second split portion 42. The hanging lug 43 and the first splicing part 41 are arranged oppositely, the cross section of the hanging lug 43 is U-shaped, the first splicing part 41 and the second splicing part 42 can be matched and spliced with each other, and a through groove formed by splicing the first splicing part 41 and the second splicing part 42 has a profile completely identical to that of the dovetail-type clamping block 21. The first and second split portions 41 and 42 have respective ends formed with protrusions having positioning holes. The first rubber pad 44 is filled in the U-shaped bottom of the hanging lug 43.
The parts required by the assembled ceramic plate curtain wall plate of the embodiment are shown in figure 13. The two-component epoxy resin is uniformly coated on one surface of the 316 stainless steel wire mesh compounded with the non-woven fabric, so that the safety reinforcing layer 5 of the embodiment is prepared. When the safety reinforcing layer 5 is installed, the dovetail-shaped clamping block 21 is formed on the surface of the ceramic plate 11, and the safety reinforcing layer is covered and uniformly attached on the surface. Then, according to the profile of the dovetail-type clamp block 21, the first split portion 41 and the second split portion 42, the first clamp block 41 and the second clamp block 42 are assembled at two ends of the dovetail-type clamp block 21, after the assembly is completed, the first split portion 41 and the second split portion 42 are tightly attached to the dovetail-type clamp block 21, the split ends of the first split portion 41 and the second split portion 42 are completely matched to be matched and spliced with each other, and the positioning holes on the respective split ends are aligned and overlapped with each other. The fastener 6 is locked by penetrating the fastener 6 through the two overlapped positioning holes, so that the first split part 41 and the second split part 42 of the pendant connecting piece 4 are respectively attached to and clamp the dovetail-type clamping block 21 from two ends of the dovetail-type clamping block 21. The ceramic plate curtain wall hanging piece of the embodiment is shown in fig. 14 after being assembled. In the pottery board curtain pendant of the completion of equipment, compound 5 messenger's panels at the safe enhancement layer on pottery board surface can support each other when meetting the destruction, improve the whole residual strength of pottery board curtain pendant, avoid cracked to fall and cause the injury.
The ceramic plate curtain wall system is constructed by the ceramic plate curtain wall hanging parts assembled in the embodiment. And installing a horizontal keel 7 on the upright post 9 to construct a keel frame. The cross section of the horizontal keel 7 is shown in fig. 15, the upper end of the horizontal keel is provided with a step-shaped structure, the step-shaped structure is composed of an upper platform 71 and a lower platform 72, the cross section of the upper platform 71 is U-shaped, the edge of the upper platform 71 is provided with an upper attaching part 73 extending downwards, and the upper attaching part 73 is perpendicular to the upper platform 71. The lower end of the horizontal keel 7 comprises a U-shaped bottom plate 75, a connecting plate 74 connected with the upper end of the horizontal keel and a second attaching part 76 extending upwards relative to the U-shaped bottom plate 75, and the connecting plate 74, the U-shaped bottom plate 75 and the second attaching part 76 are sequentially connected and jointly form a structure with a U-shaped cross section. First laminating portion 73 with second laminating portion 76 is located same perpendicular, the back of hangers the one end laminating of clamping part first laminating portion 73.
The ceramic plate curtain wall hanging piece manufactured in the embodiment is installed on the horizontal keel 7, so that the hanging lug 43 of the hanging piece connecting piece 4 of the ceramic plate curtain wall hanging piece is hung and buckled on the upper platform 71 of the stepped structure formed at the upper end of the horizontal keel 7, as shown in fig. 16, the first U-shaped edge of the hanging lug 43 abuts against the first attaching part 73, the U-shaped bottom of the hanging lug 43 abuts against the upper platform 71, the second U-shaped edge of the hanging lug 43 abuts against the stepped plate of the upper platform 71, and the tail end of the second U-shaped edge of the hanging lug 43 is received by the lower platform 72. The contact surface between the hanging lug 43 and the upper platform 71 is filled with the first rubber mat 44, so that the hanging part connecting piece 4 is firmly hung and buckled on the upper platform 71 at the upper end of the horizontal keel 7 through the hanging lug 43, and the safety of the curtain wall system is improved; on the other hand, the direct contact between the aluminum alloy groove of the same metal building material and the horizontal keel 7 is avoided, the possibility of stress concentration is reduced, and the noise caused by the collision of the two metal building materials in wind is also avoided.
Example 3
In the embodiment, dry ceramic powder is used as a plate raw material, a solid ceramic plate 11 is prepared according to the method provided in embodiment 1, a pair of opposite sides of the surface of the ceramic plate 11 are respectively and integrally formed with a dovetail-type clamping block 21, the cross section of the dovetail-type clamping block is in a dovetail shape with a wide top and a narrow bottom, the corner of the joint of the clamping block and the plate body is 75 degrees, both ends of the dovetail-type clamping block 21 are provided with fastener preformed holes 3, and the back view of the ceramic plate 11 is shown in fig. 17.

The cross section of the hanging lug 43 is U-shaped, the first U-shaped edge of the hanging lug 43 is connected with the groove bottom of the clamping part 46, and the first rubber pad 44 is filled in the U-shaped bottom of the hanging lug 43.
The parts required by the assembled ceramic plate curtain wall plate of the embodiment are shown in figure 19. The two-component epoxy resin is uniformly coated on one surface of the 316 stainless steel wire mesh compounded with the non-woven fabric, so that the safety reinforcing layer 5 of the embodiment is prepared. When the safety reinforcing layer 5 is installed, the dovetail-shaped clamping block 21 is formed on the surface of the ceramic plate 11, and the safety reinforcing layer is covered and uniformly attached on the surface. Then, aligning the clamping part 46 of the aluminum alloy groove with the dovetail type clamping block 21 of the ceramic plate 11 from the side surface of the ceramic plate 11, pushing the aluminum alloy groove forward to enable the dovetail type clamping block 21 to gradually enter the groove formed by the clamping part 46, finally, the dovetail type clamping block 21 is completely covered by the clamping part 46, the fastener through holes at the groove bottom of the clamping part 46 and the fastener reserved holes 3 of the dovetail type clamping block 21 are in one-to-one correspondence and opposite coincidence, and the clamping part 46 is tightly attached to the dovetail type clamping block 21. The safety reinforcing layer 5 covering the hole opening of the fastener preformed hole 3 is removed, the flexible filler 10 is placed in the fastener preformed hole 3, then the fastener 6 penetrates through the fastener through hole and is inserted into the fastener preformed hole 3, the inserting end of the fastener 6 abuts against the flexible filler 10, the fastener 6 is locked, and the fit degree of the aluminum alloy groove and the ceramic plate 11 is enhanced. In the present embodiment, bolts are used as the fastening members 6, and rubber pads are used as the flexible fillers 10. The ceramic plate curtain wall hanging piece of the embodiment is shown in fig. 20 after being assembled. In the pottery board curtain pendant that the equipment was accomplished: the safety reinforcing layer 5 compounded on the surface of the ceramic plate 11 enables the plates to be mutually supported when the plates are damaged, so that the integral residual strength of the ceramic plate curtain wall hanging piece is improved, and the damage caused by fragmentation and falling is avoided; the flexible filler 10 is used for filling a gap between the fastener 6 serving as a metal piece and the ceramic plate 11 serving as a hard material, so that material damage caused by stress concentration is reduced, and in actual operation, flexible filling fabrics can be filled on the contact surface of the pendant connecting piece 4 and the plate according to actual conditions, so that the combination tightness degree of the pendant connecting piece 4 and the plate body is improved.

In this embodiment, dry ceramic powder is used as a raw material of a plate, a solid ceramic plate 11 is prepared according to the method provided in embodiment 1, dovetail-type dovetail-shaped clamping blocks 211 are integrally formed at a pair of opposite sides of the surface of the ceramic plate 11, a rear view of the ceramic plate 11 is shown in fig. 11b, the cross section of the ceramic plate 11 is in a dovetail shape with a wide top and a narrow bottom, and a sinking step 24 (shown in fig. 15) is arranged opposite to the plate body between the dovetail-type clamping blocks 211.

Then, according to the profile of the dovetail-type clamp block 21, the first split portion 41 and the second split portion 42, the first clamp block 41 and the second clamp block 42 are assembled at two ends of the dovetail-type clamp block 21, after the assembly is completed, the first split portion 41 and the second split portion 42 are tightly attached to the dovetail-type clamp block 21, the split ends of the first split portion 41 and the second split portion 42 are completely matched to be matched and spliced with each other, and the positioning holes on the respective split ends are aligned and overlapped with each other. The fastener 6 is locked by penetrating the fastener 6 through the two overlapped positioning holes, so that the first split part 41 and the second split part 42 of the pendant connecting piece 4 are respectively attached to and clamp the dovetail-type clamping block 21 from two ends of the dovetail-type clamping block 21. Fig. 23 shows the ceramic plate curtain wall hanging piece of the embodiment after being assembled.
The ceramic plate curtain wall system is constructed by the ceramic plate curtain wall hanging parts assembled in the embodiment. And installing horizontal keels 7 on the upright columns to construct a keel frame. The upper end of the horizontal keel 7 of the embodiment is provided with a step-shaped structure, the step-shaped structure is composed of an upper platform 71 and a lower platform 72, and the cross section of the upper platform 71 is U-shaped. The ceramic plate curtain wall hanging piece manufactured in the embodiment is installed on the horizontal keel 7, so that the hanging lug 43 of the hanging piece connecting piece 4 of the ceramic plate curtain wall hanging piece is hung and buckled on the upper platform 71 of the stepped structure formed at the upper end of the horizontal keel 7, as shown in fig. 24, the first U-shaped edge of the hanging lug 43 abuts against the first U-shaped edge of the upper platform 71, the U-shaped bottom of the hanging lug 43 abuts against the U-shaped bottom of the upper platform 71, the second U-shaped edge of the hanging lug 43 abuts against the second U-shaped edge of the upper platform 71, and the tail end of the second U-shaped edge of the hanging lug 43 is supported by the lower platform 72. The contact surface between the hanging lug 43 and the upper platform 71 is filled with the first rubber pad 44, so that the position adjusting screw 8 penetrates through the position adjusting screw jack of the hanging lug 43 hung and buckled at the upper end of the ceramic plate curtain wall hanging piece on the horizontal keel and abuts against the first rubber pad 44 to lock the position adjusting screw 8.
Example 5
In this embodiment, UHPC slurry is used as a plate material, a UHPC plate 12 is prepared according to the method provided in embodiment 1, core-pulling blocks 22 are integrally formed at a group of opposite edges of the surface of the UHPC plate 12, the cross section of each core-pulling block is U-shaped, and a dovetail groove is formed at the U-shaped bottom of each core-pulling block 22 in this embodiment.
The pendant connecting piece 4 which can be tightly attached and in surface contact with the core-pulling clamping block 22 of the UHPC board 12 is provided, and the pendant connecting piece 4 can be selected from metal profiles, stamped metal parts or other non-metal materials which can be used for externally hanging structures. The hanger connecting member 4 of this embodiment is an aluminum alloy groove, and the length thereof is equal to the length of the core-pulling type clamping block 22. As shown in fig. 25, the suspension member connector 4 of this embodiment is composed of a clamping portion 46 and a hanging lug 43 which are integrally formed and oppositely arranged, the shape of the clamping portion 46 is completely the same as the profile of the core-pulling clamp block 22 of the UHPC board 12 of this embodiment, a fastener through hole is formed at the bottom of the clamping portion 46, and a second rubber pad 45 is installed at the bottom of the clamping portion 46. The cross section of the hanging lug 43 is U-shaped, the first U-shaped edge of the hanging lug 43 is connected with the groove bottom of the clamping part 46, the U-shaped bottom surface of the hanging lug 43 is provided with a position adjusting screw insertion hole, and the U-shaped bottom of the hanging lug 43 is filled with a first rubber pad 44.
The parts required for the assembled UHPC panel curtain wall panel of the embodiment are shown in FIG. 26. The two-component epoxy resin is uniformly coated on one surface of the 316 stainless steel wire mesh compounded with the non-woven fabric, so that the safety reinforcing layer 5 of the embodiment is prepared. When the UHPC board is installed, the surface of the UHPC board 12 formed with the core-pulling type clamping block 22 is covered and evenly jointed with the safety reinforcing layer 5. The fastener 6 is passed through the fastener through hole of the clamping portion 46, and the flexible filler 10 is sleeved on the bottom end of the fastener 6, in the embodiment, a trapezoidal head bolt is used as the fastener 6, and a nylon protective sleeve is used as the flexible filler 10. Then, the safety reinforcing layer 5 covering the dovetail groove of the core-pulling type clamping block 22 is removed, the clamping part 46 of the aluminum alloy groove is aligned with the core-pulling type clamping block 22 of the UHPC board 12 from the side surface of the UHPC board 12, the fastening piece 6 is aligned with the dovetail groove of the core-pulling type clamping block 22, the aluminum alloy groove is pushed forward, the core-pulling type clamping block 22 gradually enters the groove formed by the clamping part 46, finally, the core-pulling type clamping block 22 is completely covered by the clamping part 46, the clamping part 46 is tightly attached to the core-pulling type clamping block 22, and the fastening piece 6 extends into the dovetail groove of the core-pulling type clamping block 22. Fig. 27 shows the UHPC board curtain wall suspension member of this embodiment after being assembled. The UHPC board curtain wall hanging piece manufactured in this embodiment is installed on a horizontal keel 7, so that a hanging lug 43 of a hanging piece connecting piece 4 of the UHPC board curtain wall hanging piece is hung and buckled on an upper platform 71 of a ladder-shaped structure formed at the upper end of the horizontal keel 7, a contact surface between the hanging lug 43 and the upper platform 71 is filled with a first rubber mat 44, finally, a positioning screw 8 penetrates through a positioning screw insertion hole and abuts against the first rubber mat 44 to lock the positioning screw 8, a first attaching portion 73 and a second attaching portion 76 are located on the same vertical plane, the first attaching portion 73 is abutted by the first rubber mat 44 in the hanging lug 43, and the second attaching portion 76 is abutted by a second rubber mat 45 installed on the bottom surface of a clamping portion 46, as shown in fig. 28.
Example 6
In this embodiment, a UHPC dry powder is used as a plate material, a UHPC plate 12 is prepared according to the method provided in embodiment 1, core-pulling type clamping blocks 22 are integrally formed at a set of opposite edges of the surface of the UHPC plate 12, respectively, and the cross section of each core-pulling type clamping block 22 is U-shaped, and a circular groove is formed at the U-shaped bottom of each core-pulling type clamping block 22.
The pendant connecting piece 4 which can be tightly attached and in surface contact with the core-pulling clamping block 22 of the UHPC board 12 is provided, and the pendant connecting piece 4 can be selected from metal profiles, stamped metal parts or other non-metal materials which can be used for externally hanging structures. Example 7
In this embodiment, UHPC slurry is used as a raw material of a plate, a UHPC plate 12 is prepared by the method provided in embodiment 1, core-pulling blocks 22 are integrally formed at a pair of opposite edges of the surface of the UHPC plate 12, respectively, and have a U-shaped cross section, and a T-shaped groove is formed in the U-shaped bottom of each core-pulling block 22 of this embodiment.
