Thereafter, the swing driving member 223 makes the suction head 241 return to the designated position, and sucks up the next transparent adhesive film 10.
As shown in fig. 7-8, in the film laminating apparatus of this embodiment, the material suction lifting component includes a material suction cylinder 242, a first material suction fixing block 243, a second material suction fixing block 244 and a connecting block 245; the material suction cylinder 242 and the first material suction fixing block 243 are both fixedly arranged on the swing table 222; the material suction head 241 is installed at the bottom of the second material suction fixing block 244; the second material sucking fixed block 244 is connected with the first material sucking fixed block 243 in a sliding manner; the material suction cylinder 242 drives the second material suction fixing block 244 to slide on the first material suction fixing block 243 through the connecting block 245.
When the material suction head 241 needs to be lifted, the material suction cylinder 242 correspondingly drives the second material suction fixing block 244 to lift along the first material suction fixing block 243, so that the material suction head 241 at the bottom of the second material suction fixing block 244 can be driven to lift.
As shown in fig. 7-8, in the film laminating apparatus according to the embodiment, the number of the suction assemblies is two; the two material sucking components are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the placing table 222; the bottom of the swing platform 222 is provided with a limit block 2221; a buffer 2222 matched with the limit block 2221 is arranged on the swing driving part 223 and used for limiting the rotation angle of the swing platform 222; the swing driving member 223 is a rotary cylinder; the swing platform 222 is rotatably connected with the swing base 221 through the rotary cylinder.
By adopting the rotary cylinder, the occupied size is small, the assembly is compact, and the pendulum platform 222 can be driven to rotate smoothly. Specifically, by providing the stopper 2221, the stopper 2221 will rotate following the swing table 222 when the swing table 222 rotates. Since the buffer 2222 is provided, when the limit block 2221 reaches a proper position, it is blocked by the buffer 2222, and the swing table 222 can be stably stopped at a specific position.
As shown in fig. 1, the film pasting device of the present embodiment further includes a dust removal assembly for removing dust; the dust removing assembly and the material taking and placing device 22 are sequentially arranged on the side of the conveying assembly 11 along the conveying direction of the carrier 12; the dust removal assembly comprises an ion fan 18 arranged on the machine table 17 and an air pipe 19 connected with the ion fan 18; the air outlet end of the air pipe 19 is arranged above the carrier 12.
By arranging the dust removal assembly, when the film sticking process is carried out by the material taking and placing device 22, the products on the carrier 12 are free of dust, and the film sticking quality is ensured.

the material taking and placing device (22) comprises a swinging base (221) arranged on the machine table (17), a placing table (222) rotatably connected with the swinging base (221), a material sucking assembly arranged on the placing table (222) and used for sucking and placing the transparent adhesive film (10), and a swinging driving piece (223) used for enabling the transparent adhesive film (10) to rotate to the carrier (12); the output end of the swing driving piece (223) is connected with the swing table (222);
the stripping knife (13) is arranged at the input end of the material suction assembly; the conveying assembly (11) is arranged at the output end of the material sucking assembly.
