Fig. 4 shows that the packaged gilding sheets after being packaged, sealed and coded are conveyed to a weighing platform through a conveyor belt of a packaging machine, whether the detected weight of the packaging bag products is within the weight range of the process requirement is automatically judged through the weighing platform and a numerical value display device of an operation panel, and if the detected weight is within the weight range of the process requirement, the packaged gilding sheets shown in fig. 4 are conveyed to a qualified product recovery frame; if the detected weight is not in the process requirement weight range or the detected weight is abnormal, the air cylinder acts, the next conveying platform inclines to the inclined plane of 30 degrees, the bagged gilding sheets are conveyed to the unqualified product recovery frame as shown in figure 5, and the process requirement of zero error of the bagged gilding sheets after packaging is realized.

the weighing and conveying platform conveys the bagged gerbil tablets packaged by the sealing and packaging machine to the top of the weighing and detecting device; a conveyor belt is arranged at the top of the weighing and detecting device, and the detected bagged gerbil tablets are conveyed to the air cylinder conveying device through the conveyor belt;
the bottom of the air cylinder conveying device is provided with the unqualified product recovery frame which is used for collecting the unqualified bagged gilding sheets; conveying qualified bagged gilding sheets to the qualified product recovery frame by the air cylinder conveying device;
the top of the cylinder conveying device is provided with a conveying belt, and the conveying belt is inclined downwards through the expansion and contraction of the cylinder;
the control panel is respectively connected with the weighing conveying platform, the weighing detection device and the air cylinder conveying device and used for controlling the whole detection process.
2. The system for detecting the packaging quality of a gilding sheet as claimed in claim 1, wherein the conveyor belt at the top of the pneumatic cylinder conveyor is inclined downwardly at an angle of 30 °.
3. The gyricon packaging quality detecting system as claimed in claim 1, wherein an alarm device is provided on the control panel, and the alarm device gives an alarm once when the weighing detecting device detects a defective product.
4. The system of claim 3, wherein the alarm device is an indicator light, wherein the red color of the indicator light is alarm and the green color of the indicator light is no alarm.
