the gas washing device comprises a gas washing box (21), a sliding door (25), a sliding rod (22), a hydraulic rod (23), a gas booster (20), an air inlet pipe (19) and an air nozzle (26), wherein the gas washing box (21) is a hollow box body, the two opposite end faces of the gas washing box (21) are provided with holes for allowing the conveying chain (3) and the fixing device and the hollow bottle to pass through, the sliding rod (22) is connected to the top end outside the gas washing box (21) through the hydraulic rod (23), one end of the sliding rod (22) is fixedly connected with the sliding door (25), the sliding door (25) is in the state that the hydraulic rod (23) is in the shortest state, the hole can be completely sealed right, the sliding door (25) is close to the one end of the gas washing box (21) and is provided with a sliding block parallel to the extending direction of the hydraulic rod (23), the steam washing box (21) is provided with a sliding chute matched with the sliding block, the sliding door can slide up and down along the outer wall of the steam washing box (21) under the driving of the hydraulic rod (23) and the sliding rod (22), the other end of the sliding rod (22) is fixedly connected with the same sliding door (25), the gas booster (20) is arranged at the bottom end inside the steam washing box (21), the gas inlet pipe (19) is connected to the gas booster (20) and penetrates through the side wall of the steam washing box (21) to extend to the outside, the gas booster (20) is connected with a plurality of gas nozzles (26) through a conveying pipeline, the conveying device penetrates through the inside of the steam washing box (21), and the gas nozzles (26) are positioned between the two groups of conveying devices;
the gas washing device comprises a gas washing pipe (28), an exhaust fan (27), a gas washing box (29) and a gas outlet pipe (31), wherein the exhaust fan (27) is arranged on the inner wall of the gas washing box (21), the gas washing liquid is arranged in the gas washing box (29), one end of the gas washing pipe (28) is connected with the exhaust fan (27), the other end of the shown gas washing pipe (28) extends into the gas washing liquid in the gas washing box (29), and the gas outlet pipe is arranged at the top of the gas washing box (29) and extends to the outside from the inside of the gas washing box (29).
