Background
In foreign countries, the PP or PE plastic bottle which is good in chemical stability and excellent in air tightness and can resist high temperature is used for subpackaging large infusion from the sixties of the last century, so that the packaging quality and the quality guarantee storage period of medicines are improved better, but the liquid medicine can be dripped out only by forming an air loop in the using process of the plastic bottle infusion, particles and bacteria in the air can still enter the liquid medicine through the air loop, the probability of secondary pollution is still high, and potential harm to human health still exists. In order to solve the problem, the flexible polyvinyl chloride (PVC) bag infusion is carried out at the same time, the flexible bag infusion can press the liquid medicine to drip out by means of the tension of the flexible bag infusion, an air loop is not needed to be formed, and the probability of secondary pollution is greatly reduced.
Because the prior infusion bottles are used in large quantity, empty infusion bottles after use can be accumulated in large quantity, not only occupies large space, but also causes serious pollution to the environment due to long accumulation time, and waste liquid of the infusion bottles can cause unnecessary waste, so that a medical plastic infusion bottle recycling, cleaning and reprocessing device is provided to solve the problem.

The invention aims to solve the defects in the prior art and provides a recycling, cleaning and reprocessing device for medical plastic infusion bottles.

Preferably, the first cleaning assembly comprises the same third transverse plate fixedly connected with the inner walls of the two sides of the first cleaning box, the top of the third transverse plate is symmetrically provided with two first through holes, the top of the third transverse plate is fixedly provided with a first motor and a second motor, the output shafts of the second motor and the first motor are fixedly provided with chain wheels, the inner wall of one side of the first cleaning box is slidably connected with a connecting block, one side of the connecting block is rotatably connected with a hollow plate, the two sides of the hollow plate are symmetrically and rotatably connected with first connecting rods, the two sides of the top of the four first connecting rods are rotatably connected with the same first transverse plate, the tops of the two sides of the first transverse plate are fixedly connected with chains, the other ends of the two chains respectively penetrate through the corresponding first through holes and are fixedly connected with the outer wall of the chain wheels, the bottom of the hollow plate is provided with a reset assembly for resetting the hollow plate, and a power assembly for brushing the infusion bottle is arranged at the bottom of the first transverse plate.

The invention has simple structure, realizes the twice cleaning of the infusion bottle through the interaction of the first motor, the second motor, the chain wheel, the chain, the first transverse plate, the first connecting rod, the hollow plate, the connecting block and the conveying belt in the first cleaning box, the third motor, the third connecting rod, the cylindrical rod, the fourth connecting rod and the hairbrush, and realizes the drying of the cleaned infusion bottle through the interaction of the drying box, the first hollow circular plate, the fifth connecting rod, the heating plate, the electric heating wire and the opening fan.
