For convenient control, as shown in fig. 1, a controller 22 is disposed on the outer side wall of the cleaning and disinfecting box 1, and the controller 22 is provided with a first switch for controlling the electric telescopic brush rod 6, a second switch for controlling the waterproof motor 16, a third switch for controlling the first liquid pump, a fourth switch for controlling the second liquid pump, and a fifth switch for controlling the fan heater. It should be noted that, the first switch controls all the electric telescopic brush rods 6 to ascend and descend simultaneously, and controlling all the electric telescopic brush rods 6 to ascend and descend simultaneously is solved in the prior art and can be achieved by adopting a mature technology in the prior art.
With continued reference to fig. 1, in order to discharge the sewage after washing more conveniently, a drain pipe 20 for discharging the sewage outwardly is provided at the bottom of the washing and sterilizing compartment 1, and a stop valve 21 is provided on the drain pipe 20 for easy control. In order to prevent waste water and waste liquid from splashing outside the cleaning and disinfecting box 1 in the process of scrubbing the test tubes, the cleaning and disinfecting box also comprises a box cover 14 for closing the upper end opening of the cleaning and disinfecting box 1.
The application principle is as follows: opening the box cover 14, controlling the electric telescopic brush rod 6 to lift to a proper height through the first switch, sequentially and reversely buckling test tubes to be cleaned on each test tube brush, then covering the box cover 14, then opening the second switch and the third switch, driving the pressing belt 2 to transmit by the waterproof motor 16, enabling the test tubes to rotate along with the transmission of the pressing belt 2, simultaneously enabling the first liquid pump to suck disinfectant from a disinfectant storage container, enabling the disinfectant to pass through the disinfectant supply pipe and simultaneously spray to the test tubes through the disinfectant outer spray hole 8 and the disinfectant inner spray hole 11, disinfecting and scrubbing the inner and outer sides of the test tubes, closing the third switch and opening the first switch and the fourth switch after the scrubbing and the disinfection are finished, enabling the second liquid pump to suck clean water from the clean water storage container, enabling the clean water to pass through the clean water supply pipe and simultaneously spray to the test tubes through the clean water outer spray hole 9 and the clean water inner spray hole 12, and cleaning the, meanwhile, the electric telescopic brush rod 6 contracts to drive the test tube brush to descend and slowly separate from the interior of the test tube, then the first switch, the second switch and the fourth switch are closed, the test tube is clamped in a gap between the first outer bristles 3 and the second outer bristles 4, finally the fifth switch is opened, the warm air blower passes through the warm air supply pipe, blows out warm air from the hole 10 outside the warm air and the hole 13 inside the warm air to the interior of the test tube for drying, the test tube is taken out after drying, and therefore the whole disinfection, cleaning and drying process is finished. It should be noted here that the whole switch control process can be written into the PLC programmable controller by programming, and the time for switching the switch each time is set according to actual needs, so that the control process can be simplified, and programming control by the PLC programmable controller can be implemented in the prior art, which is not described in detail herein.

The cleaning and disinfecting device for medical equipment as recited in claim 3, wherein the disinfectant liquid supply tube is provided with a first liquid pump for sucking disinfectant liquid from the disinfectant liquid storage container and delivering the disinfectant liquid into the disinfectant liquid supply tube;
the clean water supply pipe is provided with a second liquid pump for sucking clean water from the clean water storage container and conveying the clean water into the clean water supply pipe;
and the air inlet end of the warm air supply pipe is provided with a warm air blower for blowing warm air into the warm air supply pipe.

The cleaning and disinfecting device for medical equipment according to claim 7, further comprising a controller arranged on the outer side wall of the cleaning and disinfecting box, wherein a first switch for controlling the electric telescopic brush rod, a second switch for controlling the waterproof motor, a third switch for controlling the first liquid pump, a fourth switch for controlling the second liquid pump and a fifth switch for controlling the fan heater are arranged on the controller.
9. The cleaning and disinfecting device of claim 8, further comprising a cover for closing the upper end opening of the cleaning and disinfecting tank.
