2. In fig. 1 and 2: the bottom of one side of the disinfection box 1 is provided with a water outlet pipe 10, one end of the water outlet pipe 10 penetrates through the disinfection box 1 and is connected with a disinfection water tank 25, and a valve 11 is arranged on the water outlet pipe 10, so that after medical staff disinfect medical instruments, the valve 11 can be opened to discharge disinfection wastewater in the disinfection water tank 25 from the water outlet pipe 10.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: when the device is used, a disinfection water tank 25 is arranged at the bottom end inside the disinfection box 1, fixing plates 16 are arranged above and below two sides in the disinfection box 1, screw rods 17 are arranged between the fixing plates 16, sliding blocks 18 are arranged on the screw rods 17, connecting rods 20 are arranged on one sides of the sliding blocks 18, first filter frames 19 are arranged between the connecting rods 20, second filter frames 21 are arranged inside the first filter frames 19, a plurality of partition plates 27 are arranged inside the second filter frames 21, a worker can conveniently open the box cover 2 to place medical instruments into the second filter frames 21, meanwhile, different types of medical instruments can be placed in different areas by the partition plates 27 to be separately disinfected, the problem that the instruments are damaged due to mutual collision is also avoided, then the first motor 13 can be started to drive the screw rods 17 to rotate, so that the sliding blocks 18 and the first filter frames 19 and the second filter frames 21 are driven to be downwards soaked in the disinfection water tank 25, the disinfection device comprises a box cover 2, a connecting shaft 22 is arranged between the first filtering frame 19 and the second filtering frame 21, a water inlet pipe 5 is arranged at two ends above the box cover 2, a spray pipe 12 is arranged below the water inlet pipe 5 inside the box cover 2, so that after the soaking of the instruments is finished, the first motor 13 is started to drive the first filtering frame 19 and the second filtering frame 21 to move upwards, then a water pump 6 is started to spray out external disinfectant water from the spray pipe 12, and the internal instruments are washed, further improves the disinfection effect on the instruments, the disinfection is more thorough and sufficient, the residual water stain on the instruments can be automatically collected in the disinfection water tank 25, the influence on the surrounding environment is avoided, the installation plate 14 and the ultraviolet disinfection lamp 15 are arranged on the two sides in the disinfection box 1, so that when the instruments are soaked by the disinfection water and the spraying disinfection is completed, the ultraviolet disinfection lamps 15 on the two sides can be opened, the instruments in the second filter frame 21 are disinfected again by matching the rotation of the second filter frame 21, the disinfection of the instruments is more thorough and comprehensive, the use requirements of later medical personnel are met, meanwhile, an air outlet 26 is arranged on one side of the ultraviolet disinfection lamp 15, an air guide pipe 7 is arranged on one side of the air outlet 26 and connected with the drying box 8, the conveying pump 9 is convenient to start, the instruments can be dried while being disinfected, and the problem that the cleaned medical instruments need to be dried for a long time is avoided, the use is more time-saving and labor-saving, the labor intensity of medical staff is reduced, and the applicability of the device is improved.
