一种同步传动带和带轮,特别是指一种新型平顶 圆弧齿同步传动副。现有的同步带还有齿根应力集 中,齿间载荷分布不合理,干涉量大等缺点,该同步带 克服上述缺点,其特征是:齿廓的形状是齿顶为平顶, 齿廓侧面为双圆弧,其轮齿的槽底部为外凸的圆弧, 带齿高比带轮齿高大5~10%,齿根为圆角。该同步 带用于替代现有的同步带,广泛用于定比远中心距各 类机械传动,尤其适于采油井抽油机上传动。

Description

一种同步带及带轮,特别是指一种新型平顶园弧齿同步传动付。
该同步带是一种新型传动带,其传动兼有齿轮传动,链传动,带传动的优点:角速度恒定、传动比准确、传动效率高、匆润滑、无污染、不须张紧、传动平稳、但现有的齿形带(图3、图4)由于还存在不同程度的较大的齿根应力集中,齿间载荷分布不合理,干涉量大等缺点。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种齿根应力集中小,齿间载荷分配较为合理,干涉小的新型断面的同步传动付。
本实用新型的内容:这种同步带及带轮齿顶为平顶,齿廓侧面为双园弧,轮齿的槽底部为外凸的园弧,带齿高比带轮齿高大5~10%,齿根为园角。
本实用新型的优点在于平齿顶,双园弧齿廓使应力分布趋于合理,轮齿槽底部的外凸园弧减少了啮合传动时的同步带多边形效应,减少干涉,降低振动和噪音,带轮齿与带齿的高度差减少了带齿槽与轮齿顶的压力,改善了带齿间的磨损状态和承载层的受力状态,提高了承载能力和寿命,该齿型的参数是通过啮合原理计算,有限元法计算及光弹应力分析得出的优化值用有限元法对目前应用的齿型进行的应力集中分析结果见图5图6图7:

图7为平顶园弧齿σmax=2.551N/mm2
可见本实用新型载荷分布合理能提高承载能力和使用寿命。在实验中,我们在采油井抽油机上采用了这种实用新型,其使用寿命长达5000小时以上,据大庆监测中心测试百米吨液节约耗电量10.3%以上,根据这项测试,仅大庆采油一厂每年可节电4871万度,节电费594万元,应用到全国,必将产生巨大的社会生产力。

实施例:
1、带宽为传动带带宽系列,带长取传动带带长系列在传动带轮中心线垂直的平面内,轮齿齿型为图1带轮齿齿形为图2,即齿顶为平顶,齿廓侧面为双园弧,轮齿的槽底部为外凸的园弧,带齿高比带轮齿高大5~10%齿根为园角。

1、一种新型平顶园弧齿同步带及带轮,其特征为:齿廓的形状是齿顶为平顶,齿廓侧面为双园弧,其轮齿的槽底部为外凸的园弧,带齿高比带轮齿高大5~10%。
2、权利要求1所述的新型平顶园弧齿同步带及带轮其特征还在于齿根为园角。
