背景技术
现有技术中，高合金粉生产用混料机基本是在料筒内壁安装螺旋叶片，混料机旋转混合时，通过螺旋叶片将料筒合金粉末带到上端，再自由落下混合，该种混合方式没有考虑到金粉末量大时中间有大部分合金粉末没有接触到螺旋叶片，则无法通过螺旋叶片带动至顶端，造成中间部分的合金粉末混合不均匀，还有的混料机通过中部设置可自转的螺旋叶片达到混合充分的效果，该种方式需要外加电机使得内部的螺杆转动，设备成本较高。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种能确保混合均匀的高合金粉生产用混料机。
基于上述目的，本实用新型采取如下技术方案：
高合金粉生产用混料机，包括料筒，所述料筒内壁上固设有顺次排布的翅片，所述料筒的轴向中心固设有螺旋杆，所述螺旋杆上设有相交错的正向螺旋叶片和反向螺旋叶片。
进一步，所述翅片相对筒壁倾斜一定角度。
进一步，所述翅片为螺旋结构或波纹形结构。

通过在料筒内壁上固设有顺次排布的翅片，并在料筒的中部轴向固设双向螺旋叶片，不需要外加电机即可使得料筒内部的合金粉末混合充分。

具体实施方式
如图1-4所示的一种高合金粉生产用混料机，高合金粉生产用混料机，包括料筒1，所述料筒1内壁上固设有顺次排布的翅片2，所述料筒的轴向中心固设有螺旋杆3，所述螺旋杆上设有相交错的正向螺旋叶片4和反向螺旋叶片5。所述翅片2相对筒壁倾斜一定角度。所述翅片2为螺旋结构或波纹形结构。具体的，所述翅片2上固设有不规则波浪形挡片，所述挡片厚度为从下到上逐渐变薄，有利于铲动底部的合金料粉，带动更多的合金料粉至顶部，所述螺旋叶片的厚度为从下到上逐渐变厚，有利于合金料粉在螺旋叶片中往返，使得混合更加充分。
具体实施时，随着料筒的转动，翅片将合金粉末从料筒的底端翻动至上部，合金粉末自由落下时落到螺旋叶片上或料筒底部，高于翅片的合金粉末随着螺旋叶片的转动而翻动，实现充分混合。
