The shrimp slicer of claim 2 further comprising a plurality of sets of positioning rods (24) and a plurality of sets of pulleys (25), wherein one end of the plurality of sets of positioning rods (24) is connected to the front and rear side walls of the basket (9), respectively, and the other end of the plurality of sets of positioning rods (24) is connected to the plurality of sets of pulleys (25), respectively, and the plurality of sets of pulleys (25) are in contact with the front and rear side walls of the washing tank (8), respectively.

The shrimp slicer of claim 3 further comprising four sets of legs (26) and four sets of anti-slip seats (27), wherein the top ends of the four sets of legs (26) are connected to the bottom left front side, left rear side, right front side and right rear side of the base (2), respectively, and the bottom ends of the four sets of legs (26) are connected to the four sets of anti-slip seats (27), respectively.
5. The shrimp slicer of claim 4 further comprising left and right clamping plates (28, 29), the left and right clamping plates (28, 29) being mounted on top left and right half regions of the support plate (11), respectively.

A shrimp slicer as claimed in claim 5 further comprising two sets of fixing bars (30) and two sets of fixing rings (31), wherein the two sets of fixing bars (30) are connected at both ends to the two sets of fixing rings (31) and the bottom of the washing tank (8), respectively, and the two sets of fixing rings (31) are sleeved on the two sets of transmission shafts (13), respectively.

A shrimp slicer as claimed in claim 6 further comprising a plurality of sets of balls (32), wherein said two sets of retaining rings (31) have respective arcuate grooves formed in the inner wall thereof, said plurality of sets of balls (32) are located in said respective arcuate grooves, and said plurality of sets of balls (32) are in contact with the outer walls of said two sets of drive shafts (13).

The shrimp slicer of claim 7 further comprising a pressing plate (33) and two sets of lifting cords (34), wherein the pressing plate (33) is provided with a through hole in a central region thereof, and two sets of connection rings (35) are provided on a top portion of the pressing plate (33), a top end of the driving shaft (5) passes through the through hole, and bottom ends of the two sets of lifting cords (34) are respectively connected to the two sets of connection rings (35).
9. The shrimp slicer of claim 8 further comprising two sets of skid pads (36), the two sets of skid pads (36) being mounted on the left catch plate (28) and the right catch plate (29), respectively, and both sets of skid pads (36) being in contact with the holding basket (9).
10. A shrimp slicer as claimed in claim 9 further comprising two sets of pick and place handles (37), said two sets of pick and place handles (37) being mounted at the top left and right ends of the basket (9), respectively.
