Description

本实用新型涉及一种带有新型排空结构的自由浮球式疏水阀,能够自动排除设备和管道中的空气和冷水。
自由浮球式疏水阀是80年代出现的新型疏水阀,也是目前世界上公认的最先进的疏水阀。阀体中的排空结构分自动和手动两种。手动排空结构的自由浮球式疏水阀,是在阀盖上装有一针形阀,疏水阀启动初期,需要人工开启针阀,排放掉设备及管道内的空气,当有蒸汽漏出后,再人工将针阀关闭。在一个系统中,往往需要几十只甚至上百只疏水阀,这种用人工启、闭排空结构不仅费时,而且经常容易发生漏启、漏闭现象,造成疏水阀不能正常运行;具有自动排空结构的自由浮球式疏水阀,国内外采用以双金属片为阀片的排空结构。双金属片在冷态时,其中部成凹形,阀片开启,这样,疏水阀启动初期,设备成管道中的空气自由地排出。当双金属片受热后,其中部成凸形,靠压力差关闭空气排放阀。这种排空结构虽然能自动启闭,但只适用于低压范围内(1.6MPa以下),国内受材料的限制所生产的双金属排空阀片,既使在低压下其动作也不可靠。
本实用新型的任务是提供一种带有自动排空结构的自由浮球式疏水阀,它可以适用任何压力条件,并且启动动作可靠。
本实用新型具有通常的阀体3、浮球2、滤网10、隔罩9和阀盖5、压盖7,其特点是阀盖5的中央有一排空腔,空腔底部是带有透孔的排空阀座4,柱状排空阀塞6由压盖7立式固定在排空腔内,排空阀塞6的感温体是盛有感温流体的金属波纹管,排空阀塞6的下端部与排空阀座4为楔面轴向配合密封,排空导管8与排空腔相通。
排空阀塞6的金属波纹管是通过水或水与乙醇混合物等感温流体实现热长冷缩;与金属波纹管连接的阀塞端头可以是锥体或球面体结构。
本实用新型的感温流体通过金属波纹管实现阀塞热长冷缩,由于排空阀塞与排空阀座采用楔面轴向配合密封,使其在任何压力条件下,都能随温度的改变自动启闭,并且动作可靠,与现在广泛采用的双金属片自由浮球式疏水阀具有更广泛的使用范围和应用前景。

在热水循环初期,疏水阀处于冷态时,感温排空阀塞6收缩,阀塞端头远离阀座4,排空阀开启,设备和管道中的空气和一部分冷水可自由地通过排空导管8由疏水阀出口排出;当热水或热汽使排空阀塞6受热时,金属波纹管伸长,并将排空阀关闭,阻止蒸汽或热水由排空出口漏出。

1、一种自由浮球式疏水阀,具有阀体3、浮球2、滤网10、隔罩9和阀盖5、压盖7等基本结构,其特征是阀盖5的中央有一排空腔,排空腔底部是带有透孔的排空阀座4,排空阀塞6的感温体是盛有感温液体的金属波纹管,排空阀塞6与排空阀座4为楔面轴向配合密封,排空导管8与排空腔相通。
2、根据权利要求1所述的自由浮球式疏水阀,其特征是金属波纹管内的感温液体是水或水与乙醇的混合物。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的自由浮球式疏水阀,其特征是排空阀塞6的下端为锥体或球面体结构。
