Detailed Description
It should be noted that, in the present invention, the embodiments and features of the embodiments may be combined with each other without conflict.
The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings in conjunction with embodiments.
The embodiment relates to a barbecue device, which is used for baking food materials, and the invention of the barbecue device is characterized in that the food materials can be baked at a higher temperature during baking, so that the baking time and the heating degree can be conveniently controlled, and the effects of avoiding eating diseases caused by the unripe food materials being baked or influencing the taste of the food materials due to scorching are achieved.
In the overall structure design, the barbecue device of the embodiment comprises a barbecue box with a cavity inside, and a liquid injection port, an exhaust port and a plurality of barbecue cavities which are arranged on the barbecue box. The barbecue cavity is formed in the cavity in a penetrating manner, at least one end of the barbecue cavity is opened at the end of the barbecue box, the liquid injection port and the air exhaust port are positioned at the top of the barbecue box and are communicated with the cavity, and meanwhile, the cavity of the barbecue box is filled with a liquid heat-conducting medium.
Specifically, an exemplary structure of the grilling apparatus of the present embodiment is shown in fig. 1, and at this time, in combination with fig. 2, the grilling box 1 is preferably rectangular parallelepiped as shown in fig. 1, and a plurality of grilling cavities are provided in a vertical arrangement on the grilling box 1, and for convenience of description, the vertically arranged grilling cavities are referred to as vertical grilling cavities 21, and in correspondence with this, the horizontally arranged grilling cavities provided on the grilling box 1 as mentioned below are referred to as horizontal grilling cavities 22. Generally, the above-mentioned transverse direction is a widely understood horizontal direction, but it also includes a declined arrangement with an angle to the horizontal direction. Similarly, the vertical direction is the vertical direction orthogonal to the widely understood horizontal direction, and the vertical direction also includes an inclined arrangement mode having a certain included angle with the vertical direction.
In this embodiment, the vertically arranged barbecue cavity on the barbecue case 1 is generally opened only on the top end surface of the barbecue case 1, and the end at the bottom of the barbecue case 1 is not opened, so that the vertically arranged barbecue cavity is a blind hole structure. The grilling cavities of the present exemplary embodiment, which correspond to the grilling cavities arranged vertically, can then be arranged with both ends open, or, if desired, can also be arranged with only one end open. In the vertical arrangement, the depth of the grilling cavity can be substantially the same as the height of the grilling box 1, or the depth of the vertical grilling cavity 21 can be freely designed according to different requirements of use. When arranged laterally, the depth of the lateral grilling cavity 22 can be made to coincide with the size of the grilling box 1 (i.e., in the case where both ends of the grilling cavity are opened), or the depth of the lateral grilling cavity 22 can be freely designed so that only one end is opened.
In addition to being vertically disposed on the barbecue grill 1, as described above, the barbecue chamber may also be laterally disposed on the barbecue grill 1 as shown in fig. 3. In addition, as shown in fig. 4, when the broiling cavities are vertically arranged, each broiling cavity can be arranged close to one end of the broiling box 1, and a plane a is left at the top close to the other end of the broiling box 1, and the plane a can be used for broiling and placing food materials directly on the broiling cavities when broiling. Of course, in view of improving the space utilization of the barbecue case 1, as shown in fig. 5, a horizontal barbecue chamber 22 may be provided at a position corresponding to the plane a on the barbecue case 1.
It should be noted that in the present embodiment, only a few forms of the arrangement of the grilling cavities on the grilling box 1 are shown in fig. 1 to 5, and as various forms of the structure of the grilling cavities, as shown in fig. 6 to 8, besides the transverse arrangement or the vertical arrangement of the grilling cavities on the grilling box, each of the grilling cavities can also be at least one of the above arrangements. In the cross section of each cooking cavity, it may be preferably circular or rectangular as shown in the drawings, or at least have one of these two shapes. Also, instead of being circular or rectangular, it is of course possible to make the section of the broiling cavity one or more of elliptical or regular polygonal. The regular polygon can be, for example, a regular triangle, a direction, a regular hexagon, etc., and the shape of the cross section of the barbecue cavity can be selected as long as it meets the use requirement and can be formed in the barbecue case 1.
Still referring to fig. 6 to 8, this embodiment may be selected such that at least one of the respective broiling cavities is laterally disposed, and a drawer capable of being pushed and pulled and taken out of the broiling cavity may be provided in at least one of the laterally disposed broiling cavities. In this case, taking the circular cross-section and the rectangular cross-section of the baking cavity as an example, a circular drawer 51 may be disposed in the corresponding circular baking cavity, and a corresponding rectangular drawer 52 may be disposed in the rectangular baking cavity. And the drawer is arranged relatively to the open form, so that a better heat preservation effect can be achieved, and the food materials which are difficult to roast can be roasted conveniently.
It should be pointed out that one end of the drawer is provided with a handle to facilitate the pushing, pulling and taking out, and meanwhile, the end of the drawer with the handle can also form a plug for the opening of the corresponding end of the barbecue cavity. The other end of the barbecue cavity can still be blocked by the other end of the drawer if the other end of the barbecue cavity is also open relative to the end which can be blocked by the drawer. In addition, the drawer with the handle of the embodiment can also be made of steel materials, so that in order to prevent scalding, when the handle is operated, people should pay attention to taking anti-scalding gloves or using tools such as clips.
As shown in fig. 9 and 10, as an alternative embodiment, for example, the barbecue case 1 may be made in two parts having different heights, the two parts of the barbecue case 1 are each provided with a barbecue chamber, and the barbecue chambers at a part having a lower height are arranged in a transverse direction. Thus, the top of the lower portion of the roasting box 1 has the same structure as the plane a, so that the roasting can be performed. The barbecue cavity at the part of the barbecue case 1 with higher height can be arranged vertically or horizontally, or both, and when the part with higher height is also arranged horizontally, the top plane area for frying is larger.
Based on the above structure of the two-part barbecue case 1, the present embodiment is a preferred form, and a drawer capable of being pushed and pulled out of the barbecue cavity can be further disposed in the barbecue cavity at a lower part of the barbecue case. The construction of the drawer and its arrangement herein is made with reference to the foregoing description.
In this embodiment, the barbecue case 1 can be made of steel material, and preferably stainless steel, such as food grade 304 stainless steel, so as to facilitate the forming, the structure is stable, and the cost is low. Of course, other suitable materials may be used in addition to steel. When the steel material is adopted, the barbecue box 1 can be formed by welding steel plates, the barbecue cavity is also formed by welding steel plates (arc plates or flat plates) and is fixedly connected on the barbecue box 1 in a welding way, and the liquid injection port 3 and the exhaust port 4 are welded on the barbecue box 1 by adopting steel pipes with proper diameters.
In addition, the barbecue case 1 of the present embodiment may have other shapes than the rectangular parallelepiped shape, and is not limited as long as it can be shaped and the arrangement of the barbecue cavity is performed, and it satisfies the use requirement. At this time, as an example when it is in another shape, as shown in fig. 11 and 12, for example, the barbecue case 1 may take a cylindrical structure, and the barbecue chamber thereon has a corresponding ring shape which is opened at the top of the barbecue case 1 and which may be referred to as a ring-shaped barbecue chamber 23. Compared with the above rectangular barbecue case 1, the circular barbecue case 1 can provide another appearance, and the circular barbecue cavity can also provide other use experiences.
In this embodiment, the liquid heat-conducting medium filled in the cavity 11 may be water or edible oil. Wherein, when water is used, soft water treated by a purifier can be preferably used so as to reduce or even avoid the generation of scale on the inner wall of the cavity 11. And if the medium adopts water, the boiling point of the water is lower than 100 ℃, so that the barbecue device is suitable for baking fruit and vegetable food materials such as potato chips, sweet potato chips and the like. When the edible oil is used, for example, the edible oil can be soybean oil, corn oil, peanut oil or the like, and the boiling point of the edible oil is between 220 ℃ and 260 ℃, so that the edible oil can be suitable for roasting meat food materials such as chicken nuggets, beef and mutton shashliks and the like.
Of course, besides water and edible oil, the liquid heat-conducting medium may also be selected from other liquid materials with different boiling points and favorable for heat conduction according to actual needs.
In this embodiment, when filling the liquid heat-conducting medium, care should be taken to make the air outlet 4 higher than the liquid level of the medium in the cavity 11 of the barbecue case 1. In order to prevent the liquid medium from flowing out after filling, the liquid filling opening 3 can be provided with a detachable plug which can be connected with the end cap structure through a conventional screw, and meanwhile, the exhaust opening 4 is generally longer (for example, a pipe can be connected with the exhaust opening 4 to extend to a position slightly far away from the barbecue device), so that the problem of scalding caused by the steam discharged from the exhaust opening 4 can be prevented.
As a preferred embodiment, and for environmental protection and cost reduction, it is of course possible to connect a cooling device outside the grilling device at the air outlet. In this case, the cooling device is generally connected to the exhaust port 4 through a pipe, and the discharged vapor is cooled and liquefied by the cooling device and collected for recycling. In particular, the cooling device can be realized by adopting a common air cooling mode, and when a plurality of barbecue devices are adopted, one cooling device can be intensively adopted, and air is supplied by a cooling fan to promote condensation and liquefaction of steam.
Of course, in addition to the cooling device, the exhaust port 4 may be connected to a cooking fume purifier through a pipe for purifying cooking fume (the purifier is preferably used when the number of the barbecue devices is large, and if the number of the barbecue devices is small or only one barbecue device, the oil can be collected by a liquid collecting bottle at the end of the exhaust pipe 5 because the oil can not be purified). However, if the liquid heat-conducting medium is water, it is not necessary to use a processing device such as an oil fume purifier, and only attention needs to be paid to avoid scalding people by water vapor.
The barbecue device of this embodiment is when using, through heating device such as gas heating furnace, electric heater, electric ceramic stove to this barbecue device heating, the liquid heat-conducting medium heat absorption intensification in the cavity 11, along with the increase of heating time, the temperature of medium risees, when the heating makes medium reach its boiling point, the temperature of medium just can be maintained at a comparatively stable temperature point this moment, will eat the material and place in the barbecue chamber this moment, can heat the baking through the thermal radiation that passes through barbecue chamber wallboard and even heat transfer to the edible material of placing. Moreover, because the temperature of the medium is stable, the controllable heating of the food materials can be realized, and the heating time can be controlled based on the good heating temperature, so that the phenomena of undercooking and scorching can be avoided better.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and should not be taken as limiting the invention, and any modifications, equivalent replacements, improvements, etc. made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
