The battery cell loading base 231 includes a battery cell loading bottom plate 2311 and at least two battery cell loading vertical plates 2312, the two battery cell loading vertical plates 2312 are respectively and vertically arranged at two sides of the battery cell loading bottom plate 2311, and the battery cell loading conveyor belt 232 is arranged between the two battery cell loading vertical plates 2312.
