2. A steam heating cooking appliance as claimed in claim 1, wherein the flow directing structure comprises a plurality of flow directing slots circumferentially spaced along the sump, the flow directing slots extending from the edge of the sump in a direction towards the centre of the sump.
3. A steam heating cooking appliance as claimed in claim 1, wherein the flow directing structure comprises a plurality of flow directing ribs spaced circumferentially along the catch basin, the flow directing ribs extending from the catch basin edge towards the catch basin center.
4. A steam heating cooking appliance as claimed in claim 1, wherein the sump is constricted from top to bottom.
5. A steam heating cooking appliance as claimed in claim 1, wherein the exhaust port is provided in a side of the exhaust cover, the exhaust cover being rotatably provided for adjusting an exhaust direction.
6. A steam heating cooking appliance as claimed in claim 5, wherein the horizontal projection of the exhaust port is within the horizontal projection of the water collection sump.
7. A steam heating type cooking appliance according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein said steam valve includes a valve body and a valve cover, said exhaust cover being mounted on said valve cover, said valve cover enclosing said water collection tub at an outer peripheral side of said exhaust cover.
8. A steam heating cooking appliance as claimed in claim 7, wherein the valve body is provided with a condensed water chamber and an air inlet, and the steam recovery means further comprises a steam recovery passage, one end of the steam recovery passage is abutted against the pot, and the other end thereof is abutted against the air inlet.
9. A steam heating type cooking appliance as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein said body is provided with a receiving chamber opened at an upper end thereof, and said steam valve is inserted into said receiving chamber.
10. A steam heating cooking appliance as claimed in claim 9, wherein an annular flange is provided on an outer peripheral side of the exhaust cover.
