The lower part of the leaf cutting mechanism 7 is provided with a leaf removing mechanism 10 connected with the collecting device 5, as shown in figure 7, the leaf removing mechanism 10 comprises a left front rubber pair roller 10-1-1 and a right rear rubber pair roller 10-1-2 with the rotating direction vertical to the conveying direction, and a baffle plate 10-3 with a herringbone cross section is arranged above the middle of the two pairs of rubber pair rollers, so that fallen cauliflower head tumor-shaped stems are respectively guided between the rubber pair rollers. The outer sides of the upper parts of the left front rubber pair roller 10-1-1 and the right rear rubber pair roller 10-1-2 are provided with turnover shafts 10-2 with shifting forks distributed at intervals, and the turnover shafts are used for stirring the vegetable heads to turn over, so that blades at all parts of the turnover shafts can be removed completely. And a shifting fork conveying chain 10-4 which is looped to the baffle plate 10-3 is also arranged above the two pairs of rubber rollers, and the front part of the shifting fork conveying chain on the left front rubber roller 10-1-1 and the rear part of the shifting fork conveying chain on the right rear rubber roller 10-1-2 respectively move towards the right front output port 10-5 and the left rear output port 10-6 along the axial direction of the rubber rollers, so that the cauliflower head nodular stems on the two pairs of rubber rollers can be respectively shifted to the corresponding output ports. The lower parts of the two outlets are respectively provided with a flat belt left lifting device 5-2-1 and a flat belt right lifting device 5-2-2 with a baffle 5-2-3 of a conveying belt distributed at intervals, and the lower parts of the two lifting devices are respectively provided with a collecting box 5-1.
As shown in FIG. 8, the power transmission mechanism 6 of the present embodiment is characterized in that a power output shaft of an engine 6-1 is in transmission connection with a cutting transmission mechanism 6-7, a leaf clamping transmission mechanism 6-4 and a leaf removing transmission mechanism 6-5 through a middle transmission shaft 6-2 and a right transmission half shaft 6-6 with a first electromagnetic clutch 6-8 and a left transmission half shaft 6-3 with a second electromagnetic clutch 6-9 respectively. The transmission links of the loop conveying belt, the transmission of the cut leaves, the rotation of the rubber pair rollers, the rotation of the turnover shaft and the like are not limited to the conventional transmission mechanisms such as gears and chain belts, so detailed description is not given.
Experiments prove that the four-row green vegetable head multi-row combined harvester of the embodiment has the following remarkable advantages:
1) the outer sides of the left and right wheel frames 9-5 of each row are provided with profile wheels 2-4, so that the inclination angle between the leaf clamping lifting conveying mechanism 9 and the ground can be adjusted by adjusting the height from the foremost end to the ground, thereby being suitable for the smooth harvesting of various types of vegetable heads;
2) the initial height of the two disc cutters 1-1 and 1-2 from the ground can be adjusted through the transmission shaft mounting seat 1-3, and the height of the vertical transmission shaft 1-7 can also be positioned and adjusted by a set screw of a vertical bearing seat on the mounting seat, so that the requirement of accurate root cutting is practically met;
3) each row of portal frames 2-3, the lower ends of which are fixedly connected with wheel frames 9-5 corresponding to the leaf clamping lifting and conveying mechanism 9, can be selectively installed and limited and adjusted on the profiling installation seats 2-2 through height adjusting rods 2-1 on the upper portions of the portal frames, so that when a field block in front is heightened, the jacking springs are compressed, the header is lifted, when the field block in front is lowered, the jacking springs are reset, the header is lowered, independent and self-adaptive profiling of each row is realized, accurate root cutting is further ensured in the actual harvesting operation process, the requirement on the flatness of the field block is lower, and the adaptability is high;
4) when the machine needs to be transferred, the electric push rod 3-2 extends out, the hinged slide rail 3-4 of the support rod 3-5 above the rubber wheel 3-1 moves forwards, the forward extending arm 8-2 is pushed to be lifted, and the header is driven to be integrally improved to be conveniently transferred;
5) the leaves are clamped by the leaf clamping lifting conveying device, so that the leaves can be reliably conveyed no matter how the shape and size of the tumor-shaped stem are individual, and the tumor-shaped stem cannot be damaged;
6) when the root-cut vegetable head is conveyed to the tail end of the leaf clamping lifting conveying device, most of the leaves above the nodose stems are cut off by the leaf cutting circular disc cutter, and fall into the leaf discharging auger under the action of the leaf collecting roller to be discharged laterally and returned to the field.
In a word, the harvesting machine for the green vegetable heads with the cutting table of the embodiment properly solves a plurality of harvesting problems which cannot be solved in the prior art, is suitable for the growth characteristics of the green vegetable heads, and can realize the mechanized harvesting of the green vegetable heads with high quality and high efficiency. In addition to the above embodiments, other embodiments of the present invention are also possible. All equivalent substitutions or equivalent transformations are the protection scope of the present invention.
