本实用新型的目的在于,研究光伏电站的抗风问题,设计一种能够抵抗风力影响,具有抗风功能的光伏支架,减小风力对光伏电站造成的危害。包括第一支承、第二支承、转轴、连接轴、连接杆、支架杆、定位档杆、光伏板,其特征在于:光伏板固定在相邻的两根支架杆上,所述的支架杆下端通过转轴与所述第一支承连接,支架杆靠近上端位置设置有定位档杆,所述连接杆的一端活动安装在定位档杆内,另一端与所述第二支承通过连接轴相连接,所述第一支承和第二支承的另一端固定在屋顶或者地面。

技术领域
本实用新型一种具有抗风功能的光伏支架,涉及的是光伏发电设备技术领域。
背景技术
现有的光伏阵列多大以一定的倾角固定安装于屋顶或地面上,有风的时候,这种固定式的安装结构会承受到一定的压力,风力过大时,抗风压力增大,容易造成固定结构的晃动,导致固定光伏板与支架的压块松动,从而造成光伏板的脱落,后果严重。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于针对上述问题,研究光伏电站的抗风问题,设计一种能够抵抗风力影响,具有抗风功能的光伏支架,减小风力对光伏电站造成的危害。
其技术是这样实现的:包括第一支承、第二支承、转轴、连接轴、连接杆、支架杆、定位档杆、光伏板,其特征在于:光伏板固定在相邻的两根支架杆上,所述的支架杆下端通过转轴与所述第一支承连接,支架杆靠近上端位置设置有定位档杆,所述连接杆的一端活动安装在定位档杆内,另一端与所述第二支承通过连接轴相连接,所述第一支承1和第二支承2的另一端固定在屋顶或者地面。
实施该技术后的明显优点和效果是:在第二支承和支架杆之间安装可活动的连接杆,当光伏板受到较强的正面风吹拂时,可将连接杆收起,减小光伏板与地面之间的倾角,从而减小光伏板受到的迎风压力,保护光伏板和光伏系统结构的稳固。

见附图1、2,整个装置安装在设在屋顶或者地面,包括第一支承1、第二支承2、转轴3、连接轴4、连接杆5、支架杆6、定位档杆7、光伏板8,其特征在于:光伏板8固定在相邻的两根支架杆6上,所述的支架杆6下端通过转轴3与所述第一支承1连接,支架杆6靠近上端位置设置有定位档杆7,所述连接杆5的一端活动安装在定位档杆7内,另一端与所述第二支承2通过连接轴4相连接,所述第一支承1和第二支承2的另一端固定在屋顶或者地面。
见附图1、2,当有强风时,光伏板易受到风力的影响而从光伏支架上松散甚至是脱落,造成财产或者人身危险。此时,可将光伏支架上的连接杆收回到定位档杆的最低定位档处,减小光伏板与地面之间的倾角,从而减小光伏板受到的迎风压力,保障光伏板和整个光伏系统结构的稳定性;风停时,光伏板不再受到迎风的作用,再将连接杆回复到原来的定位档处。
