Abstract

一种具有抗风功能的光伏电站。整个装置连接在设在屋顶或者地面,光伏板两端分别固定有转轴和上连接轴,支承通过转轴与光伏板一端连接,光伏板的另一端通过上连接轴与气动弹簧杆一端连接,气动弹簧杆另一端通过下通过下连接轴与立柱连接,立柱与支撑固定在地面上。在支架立柱和光伏板之间安装气动弹簧杆,当光伏板受到较强的正面风吹拂时,可带动气动弹簧杆下压,从而减小光伏板受到的迎风压力,保护光伏板和光伏系统结构的稳固。

技术领域
本发明一种具有抗风功能的光伏电站,涉及的是光伏发电技术领域。
背景技术
现有的光伏阵列多大以一定的倾角固定安装于屋顶或地面上,有风的时候,这种固定式的安装结构会承受到一定的压力,风力过大时,抗风压力增大,容易造成固定结构的晃动,导致固定光伏板与支架的压块松动,从而造成光伏板的脱落,后果严重。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对上述问题,研究光伏电站的抗风问题,设计一种能够抵抗风力影响,具有抗风功能的光伏电站,减小风对光伏电站造成的危害作用。
其技术是这样实现的:包括支承、转轴、光伏板、上连接轴、下连接轴、立柱、气动弹簧杆,其特征在于:光伏板两端分别固定有转轴和上连接轴,支承通过转轴与光伏板一端连接,光伏板的另一端通过上连接轴与气动弹簧杆一端连接,气动弹簧杆另一端通过下通过下连接轴与立柱连接,立柱与支撑固定在地面上。
实施该技术后的明显优点和效果是:在支架立柱和光伏板之间安装气动弹簧杆,当光伏板受到较强的正面风吹拂时,可带动气动弹簧杆下压,从而减小光伏板受到的迎风压力,保护光伏板和光伏系统结构的稳固。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图,对本发明作进一步描述。
见附图1,整个装置连接在设在屋顶或者地面,光伏板3两端分别固定有转轴2和上连接轴4,支承1通过转轴2与光伏板3一端连接,光伏板3的另一端通过上连接轴4与气动弹簧杆7一端连接,气动弹簧杆7另一端通过下连接轴5与立柱6连接,立柱6与支撑1固定在地面上。
见附图1,当光伏板3受到较强的正面风吹拂时,在风的作用下,光伏板3带动气动弹簧杆7下压,使光伏板3与地面之间的倾角减小,从而减小光伏板3的迎风压力,保障光伏板3和整个光伏系统结构的稳定性;风停时,光伏板3不再上受到迎风的作用,压力气动弹簧杆7恢复到原始位置。
