The waterproof composite fabric according to claim 1, wherein: the first hot melt adhesive sheet (4) and the second hot melt adhesive sheet (6) are both provided with an outer frame (21) and a plurality of hollow areas (22), and the third hot melt adhesive sheet (2) is provided with an outer frame (21) having the same shape as the first hot melt adhesive sheet (4) and the second hot melt adhesive sheet (6).
