The embodiment provides a waterproof shoe production method, which comprises the following steps:
step one: cutting the inner woven cloth 4, the outer woven cloth 7 and the waterproof membrane 3 of the waterproof functional layer;
step two: cutting the first hot melt adhesive bonding sheet 5, the second hot melt adhesive bonding sheet 6 and the third hot melt adhesive bonding sheet 8 into the same size as the inner woven cloth 4, the outer woven cloth 7 and the waterproof membrane 3, and cutting the first hot melt adhesive bonding sheet 5, the second hot melt adhesive bonding sheet 6 and the third hot melt adhesive bonding sheet 8 into a sheet with an outer frame 21 and a hollowed-out area 22;

step five: cutting a waterproof functional layer bottom 122, wherein the waterproof functional layer bottom 122 is a waterproof sheet, sewing the waterproof functional layer bottom 122 and the waterproof functional layer upper part 121, and attaching a waterproof adhesive tape to the sewing position or/and the outer frame of the third hot melt adhesive sheet 8 to complete the whole waterproof functional layer;
step six: cutting an upper part 101 of an vamp outer layer by using a breathable material, cutting a bottom 102 of the vamp outer layer by using a textile layer, sewing the upper part 101 of the vamp outer layer and the bottom 102 of the vamp outer layer to finish the vamp outer layer, and coating a fluid adhesive on the inner part of the bottom 102 of the vamp outer layer, wherein the breathable material is breathable leather, breathable textile cloth, breathable synthetic leather material or other breathable materials;
step seven: the waterproof functional layer is sewn to the collar 14 of the vamp outer layer, the third hot melt adhesive sheet 8 is connected with the inside of the vamp outer layer upper part 101, and meanwhile, the fluid adhesive is bonded with the waterproof functional layer bottom 122 and the vamp outer layer bottom 102;
step eight: putting the shoe tree into the combination of the waterproof functional layer and the vamp outer layer, directly contacting the shoe tree with the inside of the waterproof functional layer, putting the combination of the waterproof functional layer with the shoe tree and the vamp outer layer under an elastic membrane of a vacuum extractor, generating atmospheric negative pressure by utilizing the vacuum extraction principle, completely wrapping the whole combination by the elastic membrane of the vacuum extractor to pressurize, and sending the combination into an oven for heating, and the ovenThe heating temperature is 100-150 ℃ and the pressure is 5-10kg/cm 2 ;
Step nine: the upper outer layer 10 and the sole 17 are bonded by an adhesive to complete the waterproof shoe.
According to the waterproof composite cloth, the waterproof shoe and the waterproof shoe manufacturing method, the inner woven cloth 4, the waterproof membrane 3 and the outer woven cloth 7 of the waterproof functional layer single sheet 15 are bonded by the first hot-melt adhesive bonding sheet 5 and the second hot-melt adhesive bonding sheet 6, the outer woven cloth 7 is bonded with the upper part 101 of the vamp outer layer by the third hot-melt adhesive bonding sheet 8, the first hot-melt adhesive bonding sheet and the second hot-melt adhesive bonding sheet are provided with the outer frame 21 and a plurality of hollowed areas 22, the connection is firm, water is not easy to accumulate, the bonding areas of the first hot-melt adhesive bonding sheet 5 and the second hot-melt adhesive bonding sheet 6 and the inner woven cloth 4, the waterproof membrane 3 and the outer woven cloth 7 are identical, the bonding positions are overlapped, meanwhile, the bonding area of the third hot-melt adhesive bonding sheet 8 of the outer vamp outer layer 10 on the outer woven cloth 7 and the bonding areas of the first hot-melt adhesive bonding sheet 5 and the second hot-melt adhesive bonding sheet 6 are identical, in addition, the hollowed areas in the waterproof functional layer 15 are separated, the inner woven cloth 4, the waterproof membrane 3 and the waterproof woven cloth are not fully reduced in air permeability, and the bonding area is not guaranteed.

the waterproof shoe comprises an vamp outer layer (10), a waterproof functional layer (12) and a sole (17), wherein the waterproof functional layer (12) is arranged in the vamp outer layer (10), the vamp outer layer (10) comprises a vamp outer layer upper part (101) and a vamp outer layer bottom (102), the vamp outer layer bottom (102) is sewn and connected below the vamp outer layer upper part (101), the waterproof functional layer (12) comprises a waterproof functional layer upper part (121) and a waterproof functional layer bottom (122), the waterproof functional layer bottom (122) is sewn and connected below the waterproof functional layer upper part (121), a collar (14) is arranged at the top end of the vamp outer layer upper part (101), the waterproof functional layer upper part (121) comprises waterproof functional layer singlechips (15), the waterproof functional layer upper part (121) is sewn and formed by two groups of waterproof functional layer singlechips (15), the collar singlechips (15) are made of waterproof composite cloth (2), and the top end of the waterproof functional layer upper part (121) is sewn and connected with the collar (14) through a waterproof functional layer bottom (122); the bottom (102) of the vamp outer layer is a textile layer, and the bottom (122) of the waterproof functional layer is a waterproof sheet; the sole (17) is adhered to the upper part (101) of the vamp outer layer and the bottom part (102) of the vamp outer layer through an adhesive, the upper part (101) of the vamp outer layer is adhered to the upper part (121) of the waterproof functional layer through a third hot melt adhesive sheet (8), and the upper part (101) of the vamp outer layer is completely separated from the upper part (121) of the waterproof functional layer in a hollowed-out area (22) of the third hot melt adhesive sheet (8);
the waterproof composite cloth (2) comprises an outer woven cloth (7), a waterproof membrane (3) and an inner woven cloth (4), wherein the inner woven cloth (4) and the waterproof membrane (3) are connected through a first hot melt adhesive sheet (5), the waterproof membrane (3) and the outer woven cloth (7) are connected through a second hot melt adhesive sheet (6), and a third hot melt adhesive sheet (8) is arranged on the outer woven cloth (7); the first hot melt adhesive sheet (5), the second hot melt adhesive sheet (6) and the third hot melt adhesive sheet (8) are provided with an outer frame (21) and a plurality of hollowed-out areas (22);
the bonding parts (23) among the first hot melt adhesive bonding sheet (5), the second hot melt adhesive bonding sheet (6) and the third hot melt adhesive bonding sheet (8) are overlapped, and the hollowed-out areas (22) among the first hot melt adhesive bonding sheet (5), the second hot melt adhesive bonding sheet (6) and the third hot melt adhesive bonding sheet (8) are overlapped;
the production method comprises the following steps:
step one: cutting out the inner woven cloth (4), the outer woven cloth (7) and the waterproof membrane (3) of the waterproof functional layer;
step two: cutting the first hot melt adhesive bonding sheet (5), the second hot melt adhesive bonding sheet (6) and the third hot melt adhesive bonding sheet (8) into pieces with the same size as the inner woven cloth (4), the outer woven cloth (7) and the waterproof film (3), and cutting the first hot melt adhesive bonding sheet (5), the second hot melt adhesive bonding sheet (6) and the third hot melt adhesive bonding sheet (8) into pieces with an outer frame (21) and a hollowed-out area (22);
step three: laying an inner textile fabric (4), an outer textile fabric (7), a waterproof film (3) cutting piece, a first hot melt adhesive bonding piece (5), a second hot melt adhesive bonding piece (6) and a third hot melt adhesive bonding piece (8) on a die, wherein the sequence for laying the cutting pieces is as follows: the inner side woven cloth (4), the first hot melt adhesive bonding sheet (5), the waterproof membrane (3), the second hot melt adhesive bonding sheet (6), the outer side woven cloth (7) and the third hot melt adhesive bonding sheet (8), and finally covering release paper, heating and pressurizing a die according to the selection temperature of the hot melt adhesive material, cooling, stripping the release paper, and manufacturing the waterproof functional layer single sheet (15);
step four: the two waterproof function layer singlechips (15) are sewn and connected into a 3D three-dimensional shape along the outer frame of the third hot melt adhesive sheet, and waterproof adhesive tapes are stuck at the sewn positions to finish the upper part (121) of the waterproof function layer;
step five: cutting a waterproof functional layer bottom (122), wherein the waterproof functional layer bottom (122) is a waterproof sheet, sewing the waterproof functional layer bottom (122) and the waterproof functional layer upper part (121), and attaching a waterproof adhesive tape to the sewing position or/and the outer frame of the third hot melt adhesive sheet (8) to complete the whole waterproof functional layer;
step six: cutting out the upper part (101) of the vamp outer layer by using a breathable material, cutting out the bottom (102) of the vamp outer layer by using a textile layer, sewing the upper part (101) of the vamp outer layer and the bottom (102) of the vamp outer layer to finish the vamp outer layer, and coating a fluid adhesive on the inner part of the bottom (102) of the vamp outer layer;
step seven: the waterproof functional layer is sewn to the collar (14) of the vamp outer layer, the third hot melt adhesive sheet (8) is connected with the inside of the vamp outer layer upper part (101), and meanwhile the fluid adhesive is bonded with the waterproof functional layer bottom (122) and the vamp outer layer bottom (102);
step eight: putting a shoe tree into the combination of the waterproof functional layer (12) and the vamp outer layer (10), enabling the shoe tree to directly contact the inside of the waterproof functional layer (12), then putting the combination of the waterproof functional layer (12) with the shoe tree and the vamp outer layer (10) under an elastic membrane of a vacuumizing machine, generating atmospheric negative pressure by utilizing a vacuumizing principle, completely wrapping the whole combination by the elastic membrane of the vacuumizing machine, pressurizing, and sending the combination into an oven for heating; at the moment, the upper part (101) of the vamp outer layer and the upper part (121) of the waterproof functional layer are bonded through a third hot melt adhesive sheet (8);
step nine: the vamp outer layer (10) and the sole (17) are bonded by an adhesive to complete the manufacture of the waterproof shoe.
2. A method of producing a waterproof shoe according to claim 1, wherein: the hollowed-out area (22) is elliptical or polygonal.
3. A method of producing a waterproof shoe according to claim 1, wherein: in the third step, the temperature is selected to heat and pressurize the mould according to the hot melt adhesive material at 80-180 ℃, and the pressure is 2-5 kg/cm.
4. A method of producing a waterproof shoe according to claim 1, wherein: in the step eight, the heating temperature of the oven is 100-150 ℃ and the pressure is 5-10 kg/cm; in the eighth step, the upper part (101) of the vamp outer layer and the upper part (121) of the waterproof functional layer are completely separated and are not adhered in the hollow area (22) of the third hot melt adhesive sheet (8).
5. A method of producing a waterproof shoe according to claim 1, wherein: in the third step, in the hollowed-out area of the waterproof functional layer single sheet (15), the inner woven cloth (4), the outer woven cloth (7) and the waterproof membrane (3) are completely separated, and no adhesion exists.
