Example four data comparison and results analysis
In order to ensure the reliability of the dispensing process and the quality of the dispensing product, a large number of product performance tests are performed in the development process. In this embodiment, the performance of the bra-style garment products manufactured by the two processes in the first embodiment and the first comparative embodiment is analyzed.
(I) Peel Strength
Cutting the two layers of cloth adhered together into sample size of 17cm × 0.6cm/0.8cm/1cm, and selecting the thickness of the adhesive layer or film to be 50 + -5 μm. Adjusting the distance between an upper clamp and a lower clamp of the tensile testing machine to be 50mm, and adjusting the traction speed to be 200 mm/min; stripping a sample by 50mm, clamping an upper layer and a lower layer of the sample into an upper clamp and a lower clamp of a tensile machine respectively, and enabling a stripping line to be located in the middle of the upper clamp and the lower clamp; starting a tensile machine, and recording each peak value within the length of 100mm after the sample is peeled; the average of the 40 high peaks and 40 low peaks was taken as the final test result.
TABLE 1 Peel Strength test data for the products of example one and comparative example one
Figure BDA0001827106700000091
As can be seen from table 1, in the first embodiment, the peel strength of the product produced by the dispensing process when the sample width is 6mm exceeds 10N, and the larger the width of the test sample is, the larger the peel strength is, and under the condition of the same width, the peel strength of the product produced by the dispensing process is obviously better than that of the product produced by the conventional TPU polyurethane adhesive film.
(II) Water washing degumming test
The cloth at the joint of the product in the example I and the product in the comparative example I is cut into the same size, the cloth is dried in the sun for 1h (the drying temperature is 40 ℃) after being washed for 30min at 800r/min at the water temperature of 30 ℃ in a washing machine, and the steps are repeated for 30 times, so that the product sample in the example I is intact and has no degumming phenomenon, and the product sample in the comparative example I has serious degumming phenomenon. Therefore, the bonding stability of the product produced by adopting the dispensing process is obviously superior to that of the product produced by the conventional TPU polyurethane adhesive film.
Since the above experimental conditions did not result in the degumming of the product samples of example one, the following tests were carried out: after washing for 30min at 800r/min in the washing machine at the water temperature of 30 ℃, sun-drying for 1.5h (sun-drying temperature is 50 ℃) and repeating the steps for 30 times, the result shows that the product sample in the first embodiment is still intact and has no degumming phenomenon. Therefore, the product produced by the dispensing process in the first embodiment has excellent and reliable bonding stability.
(III) air permeability of the product
The air permeability of the products produced by the processes of example one and comparative example one was tested according to GB/T10655 "determination of air permeability of porous elastomeric materials of high polymers", 5 parallel experiments were carried out on each material, the results were averaged and the results are shown in Table 2.
Table 2 test results of air permeability of the products of example one and comparative example one
Figure BDA0001827106700000101
As can be seen from table 2, the average air permeability value of the first example is greater than that of the first comparative example, which shows that the air permeability of the product produced by the dispensing process of the first example is significantly better than that of the product produced by the conventional TPU polyurethane adhesive film of the first comparative example.
Moisture permeability of the product
The moisture permeability of the products produced by the processes of example one and comparative example one was tested according to GB/T12704 textile Fabric moisture permeability test method, 2 tests were carried out on each material, the results were averaged, and the test results are shown in Table 3.
Table 3 test results of moisture permeability of the products of example one and comparative example one
Figure BDA0001827106700000102
As can be seen from table 3, the moisture permeability of the product produced by the dispensing process in the first example is substantially better than that of the product produced by the conventional TPU polyurethane adhesive film in the second comparative example for the same time period, and the longer the time period is, the more obvious the difference is.
(V) flexural Properties of the product
The bending performance in both directions was measured using a KES-F2 fabric stylizer according to GB/T18318 "determination of bending Performance of textiles" for the products produced by the process of example one and comparative example one, and the results are shown in Table 4.
Table 4 test results of bending properties of the products of example one and comparative example one
Figure BDA0001827106700000111
The bending rigidity B reflects the capability of the product to resist deformation, and the larger the value of the bending rigidity B, the more deformation can be resisted. As can be seen from table 4, the bending stiffness B of the product produced by the dispensing process in the first example is significantly greater than the bending stiffness B of the product produced by the conventional TPU polyurethane film in the first comparative example, so that the product produced by the dispensing process is more resistant to deformation. The bending hysteresis 2HB indicates the bending hysteresis of the product, and the smaller the value of the bending hysteresis 2HB is, the better the recovery capability of the product is represented, i.e., the better the elasticity is. As can be seen from table 4, the bending delay 2HB in the warp direction of the product produced by the dispensing process in the example one is significantly smaller than the bending delay 2HB of the product produced by the conventional TPU polyurethane film in the comparative example one, so the recovery capability, i.e., the elasticity, of the product produced by the dispensing process is better.
Compression Properties of (VI) product
The products produced by the processes of example one and comparative example one were tested for compression according to GB/T24442 "determination of compression Properties of textiles", the results of which are shown in Table 5.
Table 5 test results of compression properties of the products of example one and comparative example one
Compression ratio work WC (N cm/cm)2)
Comparative example 1 0.261
Example one 0.264
The compression ratio work represents the fluffiness degree of the product, and the larger the compression ratio work value is, the fluffier the product is. As can be seen from table 5, the compression ratio work of the product produced by the dispensing process in the first example is greater than that of the product produced by the conventional TPU polyurethane adhesive film in the first comparative example, so that the product produced by the dispensing process is more fluffy.
(VII) biaxial tensile Properties of the product
The results of the tests in both the warp direction (WP) and the weft direction (WF) were conducted on the products manufactured by the first example and the first comparative example using the KES-G2 fabric biaxial stretching machine, and are shown in fig. 19, wherein JM-1-WP represents the data of the warp direction stretching force of the product manufactured by the first comparative example using the conventional TPU polyurethane film, JM-1-WF represents the data of the weft direction stretching force of the product manufactured by the first comparative example using the conventional TPU polyurethane film, DJ-2-WP represents the data of the warp direction stretching force of the product manufactured by the first example using the dispensing process, and DJ-2-WF represents the data of the weft direction stretching force of the product manufactured by the first example using the dispensing process.
The greater the biaxial stretching force (i.e., the maximum value reached by the curve in the figure) of the product, the stiffer the hand. As can be seen from fig. 19, the stretching forces in the warp direction (WP) and the weft direction (WF) of the product produced by the glue dispensing process in the first example are significantly lower than those of the product produced by the conventional TPU polyurethane adhesive film in the second comparative example, which indicates that the hand feeling of the product produced by the glue dispensing process is good.
(VIII) softness, air permeability and comfort of the product
The products produced by the processes of the first embodiment and the first comparative example are subjected to real person fitting, and the hardness, the air permeability and the comfort of the products are judged, and the results are shown in the following table.
Table 6 results for softness, breathability and comfort of the products of example one and comparative example one
Figure BDA0001827106700000121
It can be seen from the data in tables 1-6 that the first example product produced by the dispensing process is soft, has good hand feeling and is breathable at the place where the two fabric cut pieces are attached, and the first comparative example product produced by the conventional TPU polyurethane film is hard, has poor hand feeling and is not breathable at the place where the two fabric cut pieces are attached, and has poor wearing comfort. Therefore, the hardness, air permeability and comfort of the product produced by adopting the dispensing process at the joint of the two fabric cut pieces are superior to those of the product produced by adopting the conventional TPU polyurethane film.
The method for manufacturing the clothes by adopting the glue dispensing mode changes the traditional process that a person operates a sewing machine and cuts pieces are sewn by threads into the process of using glue dispensing equipment, sprays glue dispensing points through a preset track, and bonds the cut pieces by hot pressing, and the glue dispensing equipment realizes multiple curves, can change the track and has high automation degree, thereby realizing the automatic operation of clothes processing and improving the working efficiency; compared with the TPU polyurethane adhesive film bonding process, the adhesive dispensing process solves the problems of poor air permeability and hard hand feeling, the TPU polyurethane adhesive film bonds the cut pieces, namely a layer of film is added between the cloth and the cloth, the air permeability of the cloth is influenced, the cut pieces are bonded by the adhesive dispensing mode, and the air permeability of the cloth is reserved among the point-like bonded gaps; the point is glued technology and TPU polyurethane glued membrane bonding technology and is compared, the bonding fastness is more secure, stability is better, TPU polyurethane glued membrane needs to pass through dedicated heat bonding equipment, fuse TPU polyurethane glued membrane through high temperature, combine with the cloth, because the influence of equipment and personnel's operation, because the glued membrane does not fully fuse, cause the cloth to combine inadequately, lead to the risk of coming unstuck, and the point is glued technology and has been adopted microthermal PUR to glue, adopt the mode of moisture solidification, as long as the humidity of control environment, the bonding fastness that the cloth combines can fully be guaranteed.
The above embodiments are merely illustrative of the technical concept and features of the present invention, and the purpose thereof is to enable those skilled in the art to understand the content of the present invention and implement the invention, and not to limit the scope of the invention, and all equivalent changes or modifications made according to the spirit of the present invention should be covered by the scope of the present invention.
