Claims (12)
1. A handle assembly of a cookware, comprising:
a mounting seat;
the handle, one of them in mount pad and the handle be equipped with the slot and the other has the grafting portion that is suitable for inserting the slot, one of them has the buckle and the other is equipped with detains the position in mount pad and the handle, buckle with detain the position lock in order to prevent the grafting portion from deviating from by the slot, one of grafting portion and the inner tank wall of slot is equipped with clamping part, and the other is suitable for with clamping part offsets.
2. The handle assembly of a pot as claimed in claim 1, wherein the slot extends along a circumference of the pot, the insertion part is an insertion plate, and the insertion plate extends along the circumference of the pot.

10. A cookware of a cooking appliance comprising a handle assembly of the cookware according to any of claims 1-9.
11. The pot of cooking appliances according to claim 10, characterized in that the pot comprises:
a body portion;
a containing part which is arranged on the body part and comprises a containing part body and a containing part handle, wherein the upper edge of the containing part body is provided with a flanging which is the mounting seat, the containing part handle is the handle, the containing part body is provided with a first cavity and a second cavity, wherein,
the first and second cavities are configured to: the liquid in the first cavity can enter the second cavity, so that the liquid level in the second cavity rises, and the liquid in the second cavity can flow back to the first cavity, so that the liquid level in the second cavity is reduced.
