Examples
Referring to fig. 1 to 9, which are embodiments of a rack of a dishwasher according to the present utility model, a rack 100 of a dishwasher includes: the shelf body 10 and the support frame 20, the support frame 20 detachable sets up on the shelf body 10, preferably sets up support frame 20 block on the shelf body 10. The support frame 20 has a support base 21, a plurality of support bar assemblies 22 detachably disposed on the support base 21, the support bar assemblies 22 having support bars 221 for supporting tableware, and a connection member 222 connected between the support bars 221 and the support base 21; the connection piece 222 can be deformed to realize the angular adjustment of the support bar 221.
In this embodiment, the angle of the supporting rod 221 is adjustable, so that the supporting frame 20 can be adjusted according to different sizes and shapes of the tableware, the size of the placing space for placing the tableware between two adjacent supporting rod assemblies 22 is realized through the change of the angle of the supporting rod 221, and the applicability of the supporting frame 20 can be adjusted according to the tableware, so that the supporting frame 20 can adapt to the tableware with different specifications and has universality. Through setting up the detachable setting of bracing piece subassembly 22, can dismantle or install bracing piece subassembly 22 according to the size of tableware for the big adjustment is realized to the distance between two adjacent bracing piece subassemblies 22, makes the tableware of support frame 20 adaptable different specifications. When the distance between two adjacent support rod assemblies 22 needs to be greatly adjusted, the support rod assemblies 22 need to be disassembled or assembled; when the distance between two adjacent support rod assemblies 22 is not large, the adjustment can be adaptively performed by changing the angle of the support rod 221.
In some embodiments of the present utility model, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the connector 222 is a member having elastic deformation, and the elastic deformation of the connector 222 is achieved by imparting a compressive force to the support bar 221 by the cutlery when the cutlery is placed between the adjacent two support bar assemblies 22, such that the compressive force is transmitted to the connector 222; so that the deforming repulsive force of the connection piece 222 acts on the support bar 221 to support the tableware.
In some embodiments of the present utility model, referring to fig. 7 to 9, the support base 21 has a base body 211, a mounting plate 212 fixed on the upper side of the base body 211, and a plurality of mounting openings 2121 for assembling the connection members 222 are formed in the mounting plate 212. A plurality of support bar assemblies 22 are provided on the support base 21, and thus a plurality of mounting openings 2121 are provided for detachably mounting a plurality of connection members 222 on the support base 21.
In some embodiments of the present utility model, the connecting piece 222 is a spiral spring structure, so that the angle of the supporting rod 221 can be adjusted in the three-dimensional space, and the supporting rod 221 mainly inclines in the front-back and left-right directions, so that the angle of the supporting rod 221 can be adjusted. The connection member 222 has a spiral spring structure, and when the connection member 222 is mounted to the mounting port 2121, the connection member 222 may be moved downward by inserting the tip of the lower end of the connection member 222 into the mounting port 2121 and then rotating. In order to increase the firmness of the connecting piece 222 after being mounted on the supporting seat 21, and the connecting piece 222 is rotatably mounted, the size of the mounting opening 2121 is smaller than the radial size of the lower end of the connecting piece 222; which is advantageous in ensuring the firmness of the lower installation of the connector 22. The seat 211 is provided with a receiving groove 2111 for receiving the lower end of the connector 222, so that the lower end of the connector 222 is radially defined in the receiving groove 2111, and the radial movement of the lower end of the connector 222 is defined, thereby ensuring the stability of the lower end.
In some embodiments of the present utility model, an upwardly projecting stop lip 2122 is provided on mounting plate 212 for defining connector 22, and an arcuate stop edge 21221 is provided on stop lip 2122 for mating with the inner side of connector 222. The stop tab 2122 serves to limit movement of the connector 222 on the mounting plate 212 and the receptacle 2111 serves to limit radial movement of the lower end of the connector 222 below the mounting plate 212. After attachment member 222 is mounted to mounting plate 212, attachment member 222 contacts mounting port 2121 and stop tab 2122 of mounting plate 212, and mounting port 2121 and stop tab 2122 are disposed opposite to each other so that attachment member 222 is secured to mounting plate 212. The limit lip 21221 is disposed in contact with the connector 222 and the limit lip 2122 is disposed within the connector 222.
In some embodiments of the present utility model, the connection member 222 has a tapered spring structure with a narrow upper portion and a wide lower portion, the lower end of the support rod 221 is located in the connection member 222, and the lower end of the support rod 221 is provided with a fitting portion 2211 fitted with the connection member 222. By providing the link 222 in a tapered shape with a narrow upper portion and a wide lower portion, it is possible to perform the fitting between the link 222 and the support bar 221. The radial dimension of the fitting portion 2211 is set between the maximum inner diameter and the minimum inner diameter of the connection member 222 such that the fitting portion 2211 cannot be separated from the upper portion of the connection member 222, and connection between the connection member 222 and the support rod 221 is achieved.
In some embodiments of the present utility model, the fixing of the connection member 222 and the support rod 221 may be achieved by the engagement of the fitting portion 2211 with the inner side of the connection member 222.
