Example 1
Referring to fig. 1 to 7, which are an embodiment of a mounting structure of a dishwasher according to the present utility model, a mounting structure of a dishwasher for mounting the dishwasher 200 into a cabinet 300, the mounting structure comprising: the mounting chassis 10 is provided between the dishwasher 200 and the bottom surface of the cabinet 300 with the height of the mounting chassis 10 being adjustable. The mounting chassis 10 has a first fixing member 11 and a second fixing member 12 which are detachably provided, and the second fixing member 12 is provided on the first fixing member 11 so as to be height-adjustable.
In this embodiment, by setting the installation underframe 10 with adjustable height, the adjustment of the space between the top surface of the dishwasher 200 and the top surface of the cabinet 300 can be realized by adjusting the height of the installation underframe 10, so as to realize the matching of the height of the dishwasher 200 and the height of the cabinet 300, which is beneficial to improving the adapting capability of the dishwasher 200 and the cabinet 300. By providing the mounting chassis 10, it is advantageous to improve the firmness of the dishwasher 200 after being mounted to the cabinet 300; by providing the first fixing member 11 and the second fixing member 12, the height of the second fixing member 12 on the first fixing member 11 is adjusted, and the adjustment of the height of the mounting chassis 10 is achieved.
In some embodiments of the present application, referring to fig. 1, a first fixing member 11 is detachably fixed to a bottom surface of a cabinet 300, and a second fixing member 12 is detachably fixed to a bottom of a dishwasher 200; the dishwasher 200 is fixedly arranged relative to the cabinet 300, so that the shaking of the dishwasher 200 in the left and right directions in the cabinet 300 is avoided, and the stability of the dishwasher 200 after being mounted to the cabinet 300 is ensured. Adjusting the height of the mounting chassis 10 according to the height of the dishwasher 200 and the height of the cabinet 300; the mounting chassis 10 is then mounted and secured to the bottom of the dishwasher 200; the dishwasher 200, which is high with the mounting chassis 10, is then pushed into the cabinet 300.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 3 to 6, a detachable fixing member is disposed between the first fixing member 11 and the second fixing member 12, a second fixing hole 121 is disposed on the second fixing member 12, a plurality of first fixing holes 111 disposed in the vertical direction corresponding to the second fixing holes are disposed on the first fixing member 11, and the first fixing holes 111 and the second fixing holes 121 are disposed in a matching manner with the fixing members. By providing the plurality of first fixing holes 111 in the up-down direction, the positions of the second fixing pieces 12 in the up-down direction are made different when the second fixing holes 121 correspond to the first fixing holes 111 which are different in the up-down direction. Specifically, the position of the second fixing member 12 in the up-down direction is adjusted such that the second fixing hole 121 on the second fixing member 12 corresponds to an appropriate one of the second fixing holes 121; thereafter, the fixing member is passed through the first fixing member 11 and the second fixing member 12, and the second fixing member 12 is fixed to the first fixing member 11. The number of second fixing holes 121 is the number of adjustable positions of the second fixing member 12. The fixing member may be a screw, a bolt, a pin, or the like.
In the present embodiment, in order to achieve stability of the first fixing member 11 and the second fixing member 12, a plurality of first fixing holes 111 are provided in the front-rear direction or the left-right direction of the first fixing member 11, and a plurality of second fixing holes 121 corresponding to each of the first fixing holes 111 are provided in the second fixing member 12.
In some embodiments of the present application, for the arrangement of the first fixing member 11 and the second fixing member 12, it is also possible to employ: the first fixing member 11 is provided with a first fixing hole 111, the second fixing member 12 is provided with a plurality of second fixing holes 121 arranged in the vertical direction corresponding to the first fixing hole 111, and the first fixing hole 111 and the second fixing hole 121 are arranged in a matching manner with the fixing members. The height of the second fixing member 12 is adjusted by the correspondence of the first fixing hole 111 and the second fixing hole 121 having different heights.
In some embodiments of the present application, a plurality of first fixing holes 111 in the up-down direction may be provided in the first fixing member 11, and a plurality of second fixing holes 121 in the up-down direction may be provided in the second fixing member 12; the interval between the plurality of first fixing holes 111 adjacent up and down and the interval between the plurality of second fixing holes 121 adjacent up and down may be set to be different, so that the number of adjustable heights between the first fixing piece 11 and the second fixing piece 12 increases and the adjustable height difference increases.
In some embodiments of the present application, the second fixing member 12 has an upper top plate 125, and second side plates 126 bent along left and right ends of the upper top plate 125 and extending downward; the second fixing hole 121 is formed in the second side plate 126. By providing the upper top plate 125 such that the upper top plate 125 contacts the bottom of the dishwasher 200, it is advantageous to increase the contact area between the mounting chassis 10 and the dishwasher 200, and to secure the structural strength of the second fixing member 12, thereby achieving support for the dishwasher 200.
In this embodiment, the first fixing member 11 is provided with two left and right first side plates 116, the first fixing hole 111 is formed in the first side plate 116, and the first side plate 116 is located outside the second side plate 126. By providing vertically disposed first and second side panels 116, 126, the adjustment of the height of the second mount 12 is achieved by the variation in the relative height positions at which the first and second side panels 116, 126 are secured.
