The apparatus for conveying articles according to claim 7, wherein the number of the connecting plates (32) is two, the cover plate (31) is connected between the two connecting plates (32), the two connecting plates (32) are spaced apart in a predetermined direction perpendicular to the article conveying direction and perpendicular to the vertical direction, each connecting plate (32) is detachably connected to the first frame (11) by the first adjusting assembly, and each connecting plate (32) is detachably connected to the second frame (12) by the second adjusting assembly.
