技术领域
本实用新型涉及熔模精密铸造技术,尤其熔模铸造的蜡模制作技术。
背景技术
在熔模精密铸造行业中,要制作出合格铸件,首先需要制作出合格蜡模,然后才能用蜡模制作模壳进行浇注,形成铸件。铸件什么结构,就要做出什么结构蜡模,换句话说,蜡模什么样,浇注出来的铸件就什么样。蜡模的制作方式是用金属制作蜡模模具,再用射蜡机将融化的蜡射入模具中,待冷却后,打开金属模具,就能取出蜡模。对于简单结构的铸件,蜡模制作也很简单。但多数情况下,熔模铸造模具最常使用的材料为铝和钢,都是硬性材料,铸件内部都比较复杂,有的铸件内部需要口小肚大空腔,蜡模也需要口小肚大空腔,即蜡模存在倒扣内腔的问题,制作蜡模时整体式普通抽芯则无法直接从蜡模中直接抽出。目前解决以上抽芯问题的方法主要有:
1、分瓣芯:如图1所示,将一个抽芯分成很多条块,有内条块4和外围条块3,条块与条块之间用燕尾槽连接,压蜡前将内条块和外围条块3组合成抽芯起来放到模具中,压蜡后将条块一条一条的抽出,先抽出内条块4再抽出外围条块3,打开模壳1,再取出蜡模2。这样的方式会导致压蜡效率大大降低,且抽芯之间会形成合模线,影响内腔表面质量。
2、水溶芯:先用可溶于水的物质(如尿素、聚乙二醇、水溶蜡),将内腔做出来,然后再放到模具中压制蜡模,最后将蜡模放到水中将水溶芯融化掉,形成空腔。
3、蜡模粘焊芯:将一个蜡模分成两体,制作两个模具,压出蜡模后将蜡模粘焊在一起,形成内部空腔。等等。
以上抽芯方式都有各自的缺点,例如:分瓣芯效率太低,抽芯拼接处会形成合模线,用久了老化就会形成大飞边;水溶芯成本高,且效率降低;蜡模粘焊也提高了成本,降低了效率,而且粘焊质量不好对铸件质量影响很大。
发明内容
为克服现有抽芯技术的不足,本实用新型提出一种新的用于熔模精密铸造蜡模倒扣内腔的抽芯结构,解决成本高、生产效率低和质量差的问题。
技术方案是,一种制作蜡模倒扣内腔的抽芯结构,它是根据蜡模倒扣内腔的形状制作的抽芯结构,其特征在于,它是一个活动套式抽芯,结构是在硬质内芯上套有弹性外套;上述的硬质内芯为圆柱形状,圆柱直径与蜡模的小口直径相同;上述的弹性外套的形状与圆柱直径外围的倒扣部分的形状相同;
上所述弹性外套由橡胶类材料制作,其熔化温度应大于注射蜡融化温度的20度以上,使其在注射融化蜡时内保持一定的硬度,防止热变形。
进一步,所述的硬质内芯优选金属内芯。
进一步,为了抽取硬质内芯顺畅,在硬质内芯和弹性外套的接触面涂有润滑剂。
为了更加了解本实用新型的构造,下面说明本实用新型的使用方法。注蜡前,将弹性外套装金属内芯上,再放入模壳中,按照传统方法进行注蜡;注蜡定型后,首先抽出硬质内芯,当弹性外套失去内芯的支撑后成为一个容易变形收缩的空壳,从而便可方便地从蜡模中小口中取出,从而得到蜡模的倒扣内腔结构。
本实用新型的优点是:1、使用时将弹性外套装在硬质内芯上即可构成抽芯,组装简便,由于弹性外套是弹性的,容易变形取出方便,大大提高生产效率;2、弹性外套可以循环使用,节省成本;3、弹性外套有一个光滑的整体表面,不会在蜡模内腔形成合模线,改善产品质量。

如图2所示,一种制作蜡模倒扣内腔的抽芯结构,它是根据蜡模2倒扣内腔的形状制作的抽芯结构,是一个活动套式抽芯;其结构是,在硬质内芯6上套有弹性外套5;上述的硬质内芯6为圆柱形状,圆柱直径与蜡模2的小口直径相同;上述的弹性外套5的形状与圆柱直径外围的倒扣部分的形状相同。
进一步,上所述弹性外套5由橡胶类材料制作,其熔化温度应大于注射蜡融化温度的20度以上,使其在注射融化蜡时内保持一定的硬度,防止热变形。
