本实用新型提供了下述技术方案：一种工件平面打磨机， 包括主机架1，所述工件平面打磨机还包括驱动轮2、从动轮3、传动砂带4，所述驱动轮2通过所述传动砂带4与所述从动轮3传动连接，所述驱动轮2、从动轮3的两侧均与侧板5安装，所述侧板5分别固定连接有两只竖杆6，两只所述竖杆6之间固定连接有限位板7，所述限位板7与所述传动砂带4之间的间距为0.5～1cm。
本实用新型的有益效果：物体跟随传动带移动，当物体撞击到限位板7时，物体的运动受到限制。此时传动砂带4从物体的下表面拉过，对下表面实施磨削作用。完成后换另一面继续进行上述操作。达到对工件进行磨削的目的。利用物体自身的重力进行磨削打磨，本装置不需要采用夹具进行装夹，使用方面。

一种工件平面打磨机，包括主机架1，所述工件平面打磨机还包括驱动轮2、从动轮3、传动砂带4，所述驱动轮2通过所述传动砂带4与所述从动轮3传动连接，所述传动砂带4的外表面设有磨砂。传动砂带4的运动方向按照图示所示的箭头的方向运动。物体跟随传动带移动，当物体撞击到限位板7时，物体的运动受到限制。此时传动砂带4从物体的下表面拉过，对下表面实施磨削作用。完成后换另一面继续进行上述操作。达到对工件进行磨削的目的。
