Working process or principle: because illumination is needed, at the moment, the light-transmitting dome 4 is placed under the low-light illumination condition, the base part of the ganoderma lucidum umbrella handle penetrates through the circular ring tray 72 of the aperture-like device 7 in the fixed part 2 and the opening 11 of the aperture-like ring 71, enters the supporting shell 3 of the spore collecting part 1, and rotates through the adjusting screw 5 embedded in the supporting shell 3 to drive the adjusting gear 51 at the bottom end of the adjusting screw 5, so as to drive the gear 6 to rotate, the gear 6 drives the connecting gear 74 to rotate, so that the aperture-like ring 71 rotates, the spur gear 734 on the aperture-like rotary vane 73 on the circular ring tray 72 is driven to rotate, and the spur gear 734 and the vane 733 rotate and scatter under the action of the fixed shaft in the fixed shaft opening, so that the aperture-like rotary vane 73 rotates and scatters, and the opening 11; the electrostatic generator 92 is started to generate static electricity on the collecting plate 91, so that the spore powder is fully collected under the action of the static electricity; after the collection of the spores is finished, the adjusting screw 5 is utilized to rotationally fold the blades 733 of the aperture-like rotary vane 73 according to the operation mode, so as to open the opening 11, the device is extracted from the ganoderma umbrella handle, and the cleaning device is utilized to clean the collection plate 91 and ganoderma spore powder at other parts in the device, so as to finish the whole collection process; and counting the ratio of the collected spore powder weight to the lucid ganoderma sporocarp weight.
Example 4
To explain the effect of the aperture-like device 7 on spore collection, the aperture-like device 7 was removed and the holding portion was closed by replacing the upper flat paper or newspaper.
As shown in figure 1, a ganoderma lucidum spore collecting device comprises a spore collecting part 1 and a fixing part 2; the spore collecting part 1 comprises a collecting device 9 and a supporting shell 3; said collecting device 9 is embedded in the supporting shell 3; in order to make the collection more sufficient, the collecting device 9 comprises a collecting plate 91 and a static electricity generator 92, wherein the static electricity generator 92 is fixedly connected to the collecting plate 91; the collecting plate 91 is arranged on the inner surface of the supporting shell 3; the electrostatic generator 92 penetrates through the supporting shell 3 and is arranged on the outer surface of the supporting shell 3, and the shot spore powder is adsorbed on the collecting plate 91 by the principle of electrostatic dust adsorption, so that the aim of full collection is fulfilled;
the fixing part 2 comprises a gear box 21 and an opening 11, and the opening 11 is arranged at the bottom end of the fixing part 2; the gear box 21 comprises a transmission gear 6 and an adjusting gear 51; the transmission gear 6 is in meshing transmission with the adjusting gear 51; the adjusting gear 51 is welded with an adjusting screw 5; the adjusting screw 5 is embedded in the support housing 3; by the rotation of the adjustment screw 5, the adjustment gear 51 is rotated, and thereby the gear 6 is rotated.
In order to enable the device to normally produce spores and maintain the balance of the growing environment of the lucid ganoderma, a ventilation pipe 10 is also arranged on one side of the spore collecting part 1 so as to adjust the concentration and humidity of gas in the spore collecting part 1; the spore collecting part 1 is also provided with a light-transmitting dome 4 for improving the illumination of spore growth.
As shown in fig. 5, in order to make the static electricity generator 92 work more stably, the outer surfaces of the collecting part 1 and the fixing part 2 are covered with an insulating layer 8, thereby preventing the generated static electricity from contacting the soil to cause the failure of the collecting device 9.
Working process or principle: selecting a plurality of Zhejiang Longquan lucid ganoderma with the same shape, growth environment and variety as those of the lucid ganoderma in the embodiment 1, placing the light-transmitting dome 4 under the condition of low-light illumination when the lucid ganoderma enters the mature period of a sporocarp because of illumination, and enabling the base part of the lucid ganoderma umbrella handle to penetrate through the opening 11 in the fixing part 2 and enter the supporting shell 3 of the spore collecting part 1; the electrostatic generator 92 is started to generate static electricity on the collecting plate 91, so that the spore powder is fully collected under the action of the static electricity, and meanwhile, the insulating layer 8 prevents the generated static electricity from being led into the bottom surface, so that the collecting device 9 is out of order; after the collection of the spores is finished, cleaning the collection plate 91 and the ganoderma lucidum spore powder at other parts in the device by using a cleaning device to finish the whole collection process; and counting the ratio of the collected spore powder weight to the lucid ganoderma sporocarp weight.
Example 5
A plurality of Zhejiang Longquan lucid ganoderma with the same shape, growth environment and variety as those of the lucid ganoderma in the embodiment 1 are selected for collection by adopting the existing canning and collecting device, and the ratio of the collected spore powder weight to the average weight of lucid ganoderma sporocarp is counted.
The data obtained in example 1, example 2, example 3, example 4 and example 5 were combined to obtain table 1:
