背景技术
棱镜导光膜是背光模组的重要组成部分,是光学膜片的一种,通常是在透明材料的一面设置微小棱镜单元,另一面设置涂层,具有提高亮度的作用。因棱镜膜具有优异的聚光性能,能改变光线的方向,大幅度的提高背光模组的正面亮度。使用两张正交的棱镜膜片的背光模组的正面亮度会提高100%以上。因背光模组的亮度由设置在背面或两侧的灯珠或有多颗灯珠的灯条提供,因此,达到相同的亮度,在使用棱镜膜的情况下,可以减少灯珠的使用,从而节约能源。
现有技术的棱镜导光膜生产设备基本都是采用单一材料,一般是通过注塑成型为普通导光膜后,再进行棱镜贴附和网点设计,最后制成棱镜导光膜,制备过程为分开进行的多种工序,无法一体成型;对于更加复杂的复合棱镜导光膜,其生产工序和步骤更加繁杂,导致棱镜导光膜生产时间及成本大大增加。

本实用新型目的在于提供一种复合棱镜导光膜生产装置,在复合棱镜导光膜成型过程中直接在导光膜中设置棱镜和在导光膜两侧面上设计网点,一体成型复合棱镜导光膜,加工速度快,生产效率及生产成本显著降低。
为达成上述目的,本实用新型提出如下技术方案:一种复合棱镜导光膜生产装置,包括第一进料口、第一熔融搅拌区、第一冲型头、第二进料口、第二熔融搅拌区、第二冲型头、棱镜放料装置、涂布装置、滚动轴组、整形轮和成品收集装置;
所述第一进料口和第二进料口平行且对应设置,所述第一进料口通过输送管道连接于第一熔融搅拌区,所述第二进料口通过输送管道连接于第二熔融搅拌区;所述第二熔融搅拌区和第一熔融搅拌区结构相同,均包括搅拌箱体、分别设置在搅拌箱体内的搅拌驱动装置和连接于搅拌驱动装置输出端的搅拌叶片主轴,以及连接于搅拌叶片主轴的搅拌叶片;

进一步的,所述金属滚动轮内部沿轴向设置有第一加热装置,第一加热装置有利于从第一冲型头、第二冲型头挤出的原料更容易被挤压和棱镜卷料贴附成复合导光膜。
进一步的,所述整形轮为表面光滑的金属轮,所述金属轮内部沿轴向设置有第二加热装置;通过加热与滚动轴组上第一加热装置形成冷热交替的生产环境,消除从滚动轴组输出的棱镜导光膜的内应力和改善产品的翘曲现象。
进一步的,所述棱镜放料装置和涂布装置之间设置有张力控制装置,张力控制装置用于调节棱镜放料装置和滚动轴组之间传送的棱镜卷料的表面张力。
进一步的,所述的棱镜导光膜生产设备还包括控制单元,所述控制单元电连接于搅拌驱动装置和滚动轴组驱动装置。
进一步的,所述第一进料口和第二进料口进入的原料包括PC、PMMA、PS和MS。

本实用新型公开的复合棱镜导光膜生产装置,通过调整棱镜导光膜生产的成型工序,直接在导光膜表面贴合棱镜和设置网点,一体成型复合棱镜导光膜,技术方案设计合理,结构简单;本实用新型通过将棱镜卷料设置在两冲型头之间,采用滚动轴组将两冲型头出口的原料自两侧分别与棱镜卷料贴附,再通过滚动轴组表面的转印结构在复合棱镜导光膜的远离棱镜卷料的侧面印压设计网点,同步在复合棱镜导光膜产品的上达到不同的技术效果,使得复合棱镜导光膜产品的聚光性能大幅提升,显著降低膜的生产成本。另外,本实用新型在导光膜塑形阶段采用具有两个圆柱形滚动轴的滚动轴组对原材料进行挤出塑形,配合金属的整形轮对塑形后的复合棱镜导光膜整形,在消除膜内应力的同时,避免单一圆柱形滚轴所造成的膜翘曲现象,生产的复合棱镜导光膜产品质量高。

基于现有技术中生产复合棱镜导光膜主要是采用单一材料,先注塑成型为普通导光膜后进行棱镜贴附和网点设计,最后制成复合棱镜导光膜的方式,使得复合棱镜导光膜生产工序繁多、无法一体成型、生产效率低的技术问题,本实用新型旨在提出一种新的复合棱镜导光膜生产装置,一体成型复合棱镜导光膜,加工速度快,生产效率高,同时产品质量好。
下面结合附图所示的实施例,对本实用新型的复合棱镜导光膜生产装置做进一步的具体介绍。
结合图1所示,一种复合棱镜导光膜生产装置,包括第一进料口1、第一熔融搅拌区3、第一冲型头4、第二进料口1-1、第二熔融搅拌区3-1、第二冲型头4-1、棱镜放料装置5、涂布装置6、滚动轴组、整形轮8和成品收集装置9;所述第一进料口1和第二进料口1-1平行且对应设置,所述第一进料口1通过输送管道2连接于第一熔融搅拌区3,所述第二进料口1-1通过输送管道2连接于第二熔融搅拌区3-1;所述第二熔融搅拌区3-1和第一熔融搅拌区3结构相同,均包括搅拌箱体、分别设置在搅拌箱体内的搅拌驱动装置和连接于搅拌驱动装置输出端的搅拌叶片主轴,以及连接于搅拌叶片主轴的搅拌叶片;所述第一进料口1连通于第一熔融搅拌区3的搅拌箱体,第二进料口1-1连通于第二熔融搅拌区3-1的搅拌箱体,分别用于向搅拌箱体中输送原料;所述第一进料口1、第二进料口1-1进入的原料包括PC、PMMA、PS和MS。
所述搅拌箱体底面上设置有通孔,第一熔融搅拌区3的搅拌箱体底面上的通孔连接于第一冲型头4,第二熔融搅拌区3-1的搅拌箱体底面上的通孔连接于第二冲型头4-1;所述第一冲型头4和第二冲型头4-1分别用于将熔融搅拌后的原料以缓速供给至滚动轴组;所述棱镜放料装置5设置在第一进料口1和第二进料口1-1的上方,包括棱镜卷料和棱镜卷料安装轴,所述棱镜卷料自第一进料口1和第二进料口1-1之间向下方延伸;所述涂布装置6包括两个,分别对应设置在棱镜卷料的两侧面,用于在棱镜卷料侧面涂布胶水;所述滚动轴组设置在第一进料口1和第二进料口1-1的下方,包括平行对应且相互抵靠的两个圆柱形滚动轴和分别驱动圆柱形滚动轴转动的滚动轴组驱动装置;所述两个圆柱形滚动轴分别平行于棱镜卷料安装轴,并且所述棱镜卷料位于下方的延伸端对应于两个圆柱形滚动轴相互抵靠的接触线。
所述滚动轴组驱动装置驱动圆柱形滚动轴滚动,带动第一冲型头4出口的原料、第二冲型头4-1出口的原料分别自棱镜卷料两侧挤压贴合于两侧面均涂布有胶水的棱镜卷料,挤压成型复合棱镜导光膜。
所述整形轮8设置在滚动轴组侧边,整形轮8的轴向平行于圆柱形滚动轴,用于去除经滚动轴组成型的复合棱镜导光膜的内应力,即热应力;所述成品收集装置9设置在整形轮10远离滚动轴组侧,用于收集经整形轮8去除内应力后的复合棱镜导光膜。
结合具体实施例,所述滚动轴组用于实现在挤压成型普通导向模之间贴附棱镜卷料和在导向模远离棱镜卷料的侧面设计网点结构的作用,因此在附图所示的实施例中,所述滚动轴组中的两个圆柱形滚动轴均设置为金属滚动轮7,所述金属滚动轮7表面周圈设置用于布置棱镜导光膜网点的转印结构,转印结构让复合棱镜导光膜表面形成多种形式的网点结构,例如均匀点状凸起结构或波浪形凸起结构,用于增加复合棱镜导光膜产品的光学特性。当然,适配于各网点结构,所述棱镜卷料的型号也可以调节。
另外实施例中,为了便于冲型头挤出的原料更容易被挤压成导光膜片材,即保持热塑性,所述金属滚动轮7内均设置有第一加热装置。所述整形轮8也设置为表面光滑的金属轮,并且金属轮内部设置有第二加热装置,第二加热装置和第一加热装置可以设置温度差,通过加热或冷热交替的方式消除复合棱镜导光膜的内应力和改善产品的翘曲现象,消除导光膜在剪裁过程中受力不均匀或在运输过程的热胀冷缩的所带来的导光膜平面不平整现象。通常第一加热装置、第二加热装置均设置为电阻加热装置,电阻加热的方式相较于油热方式更加安全可靠和方便控制。
为了防止棱镜卷料表面张力不足,使得棱镜卷料在滚动轴组挤压两个冲型头出口的原料成型片材时发生表面贴合倾斜或堆积,导致复合棱镜导光膜聚光效果不良的现象,所述棱镜放料装置5和涂布装置6之间设置有张力控制装置,张力控制装置用于调节棱镜放料装置5和滚动轴组之间传送的棱镜卷料的表面张力,例如电磁张力调节装置、弹簧张力调节装置,以及张力传感器。
在附图所示的实施例,所述复合棱镜导光膜生产装置还包括控制单元,所述控制单元电连接于搅拌驱动装置和滚动轴组驱动装置;在具体实施过程中,控制单元还应该电连接于第一加热装置和第二加热装置,实现加热控温的效果。
本实用新型公开的复合棱镜导光膜生产装置,采用带网点转印结构的两个相互抵触的金属滚动轮7在第一冲型头4出口的原料和第二冲型头4-1出口的原料相互远离的侧面分别施压,使得原料从两侧贴附棱镜卷料涂布有胶水的两侧面,构成复合棱镜导光膜,带网点转印结构的两个金属滚动轮7同步在复合棱镜导光膜远离棱镜卷料的两侧面上转印网点结构,实现复合棱镜导光膜的一体化成型;此外,还采用金属的整形轮8对成型后的复合棱镜导光膜去除内应力和卷翘;本实用新型装置设计合理,结构简单,选用多种原料,挤出的复合棱镜导光膜产品的聚光性能大幅提升,产品质量高,加工速度快,生产效率高,生产成本显著降低。

Claims (7)

1.一种复合棱镜导光膜生产装置,其特征在于,包括第一进料口、第一熔融搅拌区、第一冲型头、第二进料口、第二熔融搅拌区、第二冲型头、棱镜放料装置、涂布装置、滚动轴组、整形轮和成品收集装置;
所述第一进料口和第二进料口平行且对应设置,所述第一进料口通过输送管道连接于第一熔融搅拌区,所述第二进料口通过输送管道连接于第二熔融搅拌区;所述第二熔融搅拌区和第一熔融搅拌区结构相同,均包括搅拌箱体、分别设置在搅拌箱体内的搅拌驱动装置和连接于搅拌驱动装置输出端的搅拌叶片主轴,以及连接于搅拌叶片主轴的搅拌叶片;
所述搅拌箱体底面上设置有通孔,第一熔融搅拌区的搅拌箱体底面上的通孔连接于第一冲型头,第二熔融搅拌区的搅拌箱体底面上的通孔连接于第二冲型头;所述第一冲型头和第二冲型头分别用于将熔融搅拌后的原料以缓速供给至滚动轴组;
所述棱镜放料装置设置在第一进料口和第二进料口的上方,包括棱镜卷料和棱镜卷料安装轴,所述棱镜卷料自第一进料口和第二进料口之间向下方延伸;所述涂布装置包括两个,分别对应设置在棱镜卷料的两侧面,用于在棱镜卷料侧面涂布胶水;
所述滚动轴组设置在第一进料口和第二进料口的下方,包括平行对应且相互抵靠的两个圆柱形滚动轴和分别驱动圆柱形滚动轴转动的滚动轴组驱动装置;所述两个圆柱形滚动轴分别平行于棱镜卷料安装轴,并且所述棱镜卷料位于下方的延伸端对应于两个圆柱形滚动轴相互抵靠的接触线;
所述滚动轴组驱动装置驱动圆柱形滚动轴滚动,带动第一冲型头出口的原料、第二冲型头出口的原料分别自棱镜卷料两侧挤压贴合于两侧面均涂布有胶水的棱镜卷料,制成复合棱镜导光膜;
所述整形轮设置在滚动轴组侧边,整形轮的轴向平行于圆柱形滚动轴,用于去除经滚动轴组成型的复合棱镜导光膜的热应力;
所述成品收集装置设置在整形轮远离滚动轴组侧,用于收集整形轮作用后的复合棱镜导光膜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合棱镜导光膜生产装置,其特征在于,所述滚动轴组中的两个圆柱形滚动轴均设置为金属滚动轮,所述金属滚动轮表面周圈设置用于布置棱镜导光膜网点的转印结构。
3.根据权利要求2所述的复合棱镜导光膜生产装置,其特征在于,所述金属滚动轮内部沿轴向设置有第一加热装置。
4.根据权利要求1所述的复合棱镜导光膜生产装置,其特征在于,所述整形轮为表面光滑的金属轮,所述金属轮内部沿轴向设置有第二加热装置。
5.根据权利要求1所述的复合棱镜导光膜生产装置,其特征在于,所述棱镜放料装置和涂布装置之间设置有张力控制装置,张力控制装置用于调节棱镜放料装置和滚动轴组之间传送的棱镜卷料的表面张力。
6.根据权利要求1所述的复合棱镜导光膜生产装置,其特征在于,还包括控制单元,所述控制单元电连接于搅拌驱动装置和滚动轴组驱动装置。
7.根据权利要求1所述的复合棱镜导光膜生产装置,其特征在于,所述第一进料口和第二进料口进入的原料包括PC、PMMA、PS和MS。
