本实用新型为一种反射隔热复合材料衬板，其特 征在于由铝箔1、浸渍维纶无纺布2，维纶针刺绒3、 PEP发泡材料4，层间涂以粘结剂粘接，在模具中加 热，施压复合，并在其背面喷涂酚醛树酯层5。
该种反射隔热复合材料衬板具有良好的热反射、 隔热、吸音性能，而且强度、刚度大，耐腐蚀，使用寿命 长，安装方便，制造简单。实用于汽车、拖拉机车身对 发动机隔热。

Description

本实用新型涉及一种层状复合材料产品，特别是涉及一种反射隔热复合材料衬板。
汽车、拖拉机等机动车辆的驾驶室或车身内，由于发动机的热传导、热辐射，使驾驶室或车身内高过正常温度。目前一般在发动机上方的罩壳外，加一隔热套，隔热套由聚氨脂软泡塑料与人造革复合而成。另外的方法是在驾驶室或车身地垫下辅一层石棉材料，使之与发动机隔热。
用聚氨脂软泡塑料与人造革复合并缝制的隔热套，可以缝制成所需的形状，具有吸音隔热作用，制造成本低。但这种隔热套机械强度、刚度差，使用寿命短，隔热、吸音效果不够理想，耐温、耐腐蚀性差。
用石棉材料隔热，隔热、吸音效果较好，但仅是辅垫一层石棉材料隔热，安装、维修不便，使用寿命短，防潮、耐腐蚀性差。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种机械强度高、重量轻、便于成型、便于装配、满足汽车车身内吸音、隔热、隔潮、减振、阻燃等各方面要求的反射隔热复合材料衬板。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的，即：这种反射隔热复合材料衬板，由铝箔、浸渍维纶无纺布、维纶针刺绒、PEP发泡材料在相邻层间经粘结剂粘接复合后，置于模具中加热、施压成型，然后喷涂酚醛树脂。粘结剂可用VAE系列水液性粘结剂，亦可用氯丁胶或尿醛胶粘接。产品可根据发动机或车身形状而成型。安装方法可以垫置于车身地垫与车身铁壳之间，亦可置放于车身铁壳下发动机与车身铁壳之间。
本实用新型与现有技术相比，具有反射热、隔热性好，机械强高度，使用寿命长，制造简便，使用方便等特点。

1、一种新型反射隔热复合材料衬板，其特征在于由铝箔1、浸渍维纶无纺布2、维纶针刺绒3、PEP发泡材料4、层间涂以粘结剂，在模具中加热，施压复合，并喷涂酚醛树脂层5。
2、如权利要求1所述的，反射隔热复合材料衬板，其特征在于正面材料为铝箔1。
3、如权利要求1所述的，反射隔热复合材料衬板，其特征在于反面材料为酚醛树脂喷涂层5。
