2 method of implementation
The cleaning and recycling mode is characterized in that the dry manure cleaning and the ring fence flushing liquid manure (sewage) are recycled and recycled after being treated.
For convenience of description, the treatment of the pen washing wastewater after the dry feces cleaning is described above, and the treatment of the dry feces cleaning is described below.

The function of the fixed filler anoxic tank 2a is as follows: mainly removes suspended solids SS, removes organic COD and denitrifies nitrogen.
③ the anaerobic pool 2a with fixed filler enters the aerobic pool 2b with suspended filler through the water outlet 2a-4 on the back of the anaerobic pool with fixed filler, the aerator 2b-1 on the bottom of the aerobic pool with suspended filler provides 2-4 mg/L dissolved oxygen DO needed by aerobic decarbonization and nitration breeding, the aerator component connects with the oxygen supply fan 2E beside the pool, the suspended filler 2b-3 in the pool is sponge block spherical suspended filler with high porosity, good hydrophilicity and large microorganism load, the solid content of the solvent microorganism in the pool is high, in addition, the suspended filler provides microorganism for inhabitation and growth, it can form the ecological system of document, the high-grade microorganism and nitrating bacteria with slow proliferation speed and long generation period can grow up and down the filler, it can denitrify, therefore, the aerobic pool 2b with suspended filler has large specific surface area, good condition in the pool, the solid content of microorganism in unit volume is high, therefore, it can effectively improve the removal of organic matter and NH ammonia nitrogen3-effect of treatment of N.
The function of the suspended filler aerobic tank 2b is as follows: further removing suspended substances SS, organic matter COD and ammonia nitrogen NH3-N, total nitrogen TN, total phosphorus TP.
④ the effluent of the aerobic pool 2b with suspended filler enters the high-efficiency sedimentation pool 2c through the water outlet hole 2b-4 at the lower part of the pool wall at the rear end of the aerobic pool with suspended filler, the high-efficiency mud-water separation is carried out through the inclined tube 2c-1, the settled sludge enters the sludge concentration pool 2d through the communicating hole 2c-2, the concentrated sludge is discharged to the forced ventilation static composting greenhouse 16 to participate in composting, and the supernatant after the mud-water separation in the high-efficiency sedimentation pool 2c enters the rapid filtration pool 3 of the integrated unit for water and fertilizer 3-8.

Furthermore, the clean water and the clean water in the reuse water tank 4 can also be pumped by a reuse water pump 4-2 to directly irrigate farmlands and colony houses for washing.
(2) Fresh manure treatment of dry manure
① 1/3 fresh feces amount for direct fly maggot breeding
Pig manure produced by piggery pigs in a piggery of a piggery area every day is mechanically or manually cleaned out of the piggery, dry and clean manure is fed into a fresh manure storage pool 9 through a feeding pipe 9-1, the fresh manure amount lifted by 1/3 through a shaftless spiral conveyor 10 is conveyed to a maggot breeding base plate 11-1 of a maggot breeding greenhouse 11, 3% ammonia water is sprayed on the base plate, the base plate is covered with a film after laying eggs for 24 hours before flying flies in the field are guided, water is sprayed to the base plate according to conditions, and 0.5 kilogram of maggots are produced at 1 square meter after 4 days. The temperature is controlled to be more than 20 ℃ in winter, the adult flies can normally lay eggs when the light irradiates for 8 hours, and maggots can normally grow, so the adult flies can be produced all the year round. The fly maggot is used in producing high value product, such as dried fly maggot and fly maggot powder, as medical material, animal growth promoter, etc. The pig manure is sold according to the market, and the price can reach 2000-3000 yuan/kg, so that higher benefits are obtained, and the value of the pig manure is utilized to the maximum extent.
② 2/3 forced ventilation static compost of fresh feces amount, carbon rod for making fuel and biogas slurry utilization
1) The fresh excrement from the dry excrement feeding pipe 9-1 to the fresh excrement storage tank 9 and the discharge pipe 9-2 enter the mixing and homogenizing tank 12 through the mixing and homogenizing tank feeding pipe 12-1, and the vertical stirrer 12-2 is started to stir and mix the fresh excrement.
2) The uniformly mixed fresh excrement enters a spiral extrusion separator 13 to separate excrement slag from excrement water in the excrement.
3) The liquid dung separated by the spiral extrusion separator 13 enters the upflow fixed anaerobic reactor 14 through the liquid inlet pipe 14-1 and the water distribution branch pipe 14-2 of the upflow fixed anaerobic reactor, then passes upwards through the solid bed 14-3 containing high concentration anaerobic microorganisms, the organic matters in the liquid dung fully contact and react with the anaerobic microorganisms, the methane generated by the degradation and conversion of the COD of the organic matters rises together with the water flow, and the stirring and mixing effects are realized, so that the contact between the solids and the microorganisms is promoted. In order to degrade the organic solid particles and microorganisms, the organic solid particles and the microorganisms naturally settle and accumulate at the lower part of the fixed bed, the higher microorganism amount is kept in the reactor, and the settling time of the solid is prolonged. The biogas slurry passing through the solid bed overflows and is discharged from an upper water outlet channel 14-4 of the reactor. The three front seals of the water outlet channel are provided with slag baffles 14-5 to reduce the loss of suspended matters. The generated biogas is discharged through an upper gas collection chamber 14-6 and a biogas pipe 14-7 for utilization.
4) The seeds overflowing and discharged through the water outlet channel 14-4 enter the soft filler treatment pool 15a of the biogas slurry harmless treatment unit 15 through the outer liquid outlet pipe 14-8 and the soft filler treatment pool liquid inlet pipe 15a-1 connected with the outer liquid outlet pipe, dissolved oxygen DO which is required by denitrification and is less than or equal to 1.5mg/L is provided by the soft filler treatment pool bottom stirrer 15a-2, and the soft filler 15a-3 arranged in the pool is in biological diversification. The soft filler has higher removal efficiency in removing high-concentration organic matter COD, and the biological relationship of the film is closely shown by the filler. The tolerance of the microorganisms in the high-concentration polluted environment is enhanced by the aid of the diversified biological phases, so that COD (chemical oxygen demand) pollution of high-concentration organic matters is effectively removed; the effluent of the soft filler treatment tank 15a enters a hard filler 15b through a water outlet hole 15a-4 on the rear wall of the soft filler treatment tank, dissolved oxygen DO of about 2mg/L required by aerobic biological reaction is provided by an aerator and an aeration pipeline 15b-3, the hard filler arranged in the tank is bamboo charcoal and coarse coal slag, has a plurality of holes and micropores with different sizes, has strong adsorption capacity, directly adsorbs and immobilizes microbial cells, simultaneously attaches the microbes to the surfaces of the microbial cells for production and propagation, expands and thickens groups to form an optimized biomembrane, pollutants in the biomass are degraded due to the metabolism of the microbes in the biomembrane when countless pollutants pass through the pond, so that the biogas slurry is purified, the effluent of the hard filler treatment tank 15b, namely the biogas slurry after innocent treatment passes through a liquid outlet pipe 15b-4 of the hard filler treatment tank and a liquid inlet pipe 5-1 of a biogas slurry transfer tank connected with the hard filler treatment tank, and the biogas slurry enters a biogas slurry transfer pool 5, and a fertilizer liquid feeding groove 7 enters a water and fertilizer integrated spray irrigation system 8 through a fertilizer liquid feeding pump and a liquid outlet pipe 7-1 to perform spray irrigation/drip irrigation fertilization on the field.
The function of the biogas slurry innocent treatment unit 15 is as follows: the biological activity of microorganisms is utilized to degrade soluble organic matters and part of insoluble organic matters in the biogas slurry into CO2And H2And O, simultaneously releasing energy, converting the other part of the O into the intracellular substances of the microorganisms, and quickly separating and taking out the O from the biogas slurry so as to purify and harmlessly treat the biogas slurry.
5) The manure residues separated by the screw extrusion separator 13 are transported to a raw material area 16-1 of a forced ventilation static composting greenhouse 16 by a forklift, then are transported to a material mixing area 16-2 by the forklift to be mixed, when the materials are mixed, the mixed materials are paved on the floor layer by layer, and an inoculant is paved on an intermediate layer (the inoculant is powder biological humic acid) according to 5 percent of the total materials. The mixed materials enter a heap area 16-3, the interval of the heap area is made of cement and bricks, the length of the general heap area is 8-10 m, the width is 5-6 m, one surface is open, the height of the heap body of the heap area is 16-5 m, a plurality of heap bodies are arranged and combined, aeration pipes 16-4 are arranged at the bottom of every five heap areas, the materials are filled, the aeration pipes 16-4 at the bottom layer are regularly and forcibly ventilated through a high-pressure counter-draft fan 17-1 and a forced ventilation pipe 17-2 of a fan room 17, ventilation is carried out once every 2 hours for 30 minutes, the oxygen content in the heap bodies is kept between 15% and 18%, so that good ventilation in the heap bodies is kept, and aerobic microorganisms are promoted to rapidly propagate.
