Abstract

本申请提供一种隔热容器，其包括一底盒以及环绕底盒的一环壁，底盒的顶部呈开放且连接环壁，环壁的内部空间与底盒的内部空间相连通，环壁的顶缘形成一开口，底盒与环壁之间的连接处的外侧向下延伸形成一握持部，握持部与底盒间隔配置且握持部包覆有一胶条。因此能够避免使用者直接接触底盒，故隔热容器经微波加热后可以立即自微波炉内取出。

隔热容器
技术领域
本申请有关于食物容器，尤指一种防烫手的隔热容器。
背景技术
一般借由微波炉加热食物时，食物盛装在容器中置于加热装置内。容器本身因不含水分而无法被微波加热，但是被加热的食物仍将其所含热能传导至整个容器。使用者必需在加热完成后等候容器冷却方能取出容器，因此使用不便，而且容器冷却时食物也同时冷却。
有鉴于此，本发明人遂针对上述现有技术，特潜心研究并配合学理的运用，尽力解决上述的问题点，即成为本发明人改良的目标。
实用新型内容
本申请提供一种防烫手的隔热容器。
本申请提供一种隔热容器，其包括一底盒以及环绕底盒的一环壁，底盒的顶部呈开放且连接环壁，环壁的内部空间与底盒的内部空间相连通，环壁的顶缘形成一开口，底盒与环壁之间的连接处的外侧向下延伸形成一握持部，握持部与底盒间隔配置且握持部包覆有一胶条。
本申请的隔热容器，其开口罩设有一盖体，盖体上设有一胶条，胶条被夹持在盖体与环壁之间而密封开口。本申请的隔热容器，其盖体的外表面凹陷形成一定位槽，定位槽与底盒的外底面的外形相配合以供置入另一底盒。盖体的一面设有一环槽且盖体开设有一穿孔，穿孔连通环槽，胶条嵌设在环槽内且胶条一部分嵌入该穿孔。
本申请的隔热容器，其中盖体的边缘设有复数卡勾，各卡勾分别扣接开口的外侧。开口的外侧设有供扣接些卡勾的至少一倒勾。倒勾环绕开口配置。
本申请的隔热容器，其底盒的外底面凹入形成一凹槽。底盒向外延伸形成一连接部，连部连接在盒底与环壁之间。环壁内容置有一内盒，且内盒迭置在底盒的连接部上。握持部延伸自该环壁的下缘。
本申请的隔热容器，其环壁的握持部与底盒间隔配置而能够借由空间阻隔避免使用者直接接触底盒而烫手。

具体实施方式
参阅图1至图6，本申请的较佳实施例提供一种防烫手的隔热容器，其至少包含一底盒100以及一环壁200。环壁200的顶缘围设形成一开口201，底盒100与环壁200之间的连接处103的外侧向下延伸形成一握持部202。
在本实施例中，底盒100较佳地呈扁平矩形立方体，底盒100的顶部101呈开放且连接环壁200。于本实施例中，盒底与环壁的连接处103形成自底盒100向外延伸的凸缘110。具体而言，凸缘110自底盒100的顶部101向外凸出延伸，而且凸缘110延伸环绕底盒100的顶部101以连接环壁200。但本申请不以此为限，接环壁200也可以配置呈倒锥状而直接连接底盒100的顶部101。
具体而言，环壁200环绕底盒100的顶部101，且凸缘110的外缘连接于环壁200的内壁面而使环壁200的内部空间与底盒100的内部空间相连通以供盛装食物。于本实施例中，握持部202较佳地自环壁200的下缘向下延伸。握持部202凸出凸缘110，握持部202与底盒100间隔配置且握持部202包覆有一胶条220而达到隔热功效。
因此，本申请的隔热容器，其环壁200的握持部202与底盒100间隔配置而能够借由空间阻隔避免使用者直接接触底盒100。进一步而言，握持部202设有胶条220以避免使用者接触握持部202时被烫伤。再者，隔热容器内盛装的食物一般不会完全装满，因此使得环壁200顶缘未接触被加热的食物而不致于烫手。因此，本申请的隔热容器经微波加热后，使用者夹持环壁200的顶缘以及握持部202也不致于烫手，故可以立即自微波炉内取出隔热容器。
开口201上可以选择性地罩设有一盖体300，盖体300的构造具体说明如后。于本实施例中，盖体300较佳地呈矩形板体，盖体300上环设有一胶条310，此胶条310被夹持在盖体300与环壁200之间而密封开口201。而且胶条310可以阻隔盖体300与环壁200之间的热传导而进一步达到隔热的功效，因此当盖体300罩于开口201时，使用者夹持盖体300以及握持部202而握持环壁200，也可以借此避免烫手。
具体而言，盖体300的一面设有一环槽321且盖体300开设有一穿孔302，穿孔302连通环槽321，胶条310嵌设在环槽321内且胶条310一部分嵌入穿孔302。环槽321的形状与环壁200顶缘的开口201的形状相互配合，盖体300上的穿孔302可作为胶条310塑料进料口，借此可将塑料通过穿孔302注入环槽321内而直接在环槽321内形成胶条310。
盖体300的边缘设有复数卡勾320，各卡勾320分别扣接环壁200的外侧以将盖体300迫紧固定于开口201而借此闭合开口201。前述环壁200的外侧上邻近开口201处则设有供扣接些卡勾320的至少一倒勾210。本申请不限定倒勾210的形式，例如其可以是单一倒勾210且倒勾210环绕开口201配置，该些卡勾320分别扣接该倒勾210。或者，环壁200的开口201的外侧也可以对应各卡勾320设置复数个倒勾210，各卡勾320则分别扣接对应的各倒勾210。
本申请的隔热容器其底盒100的外底面凹入形成一凹槽102。当隔热容器加热时，其凹槽102使得底盒100的外底面与其放置的平面之间形成间隙，借此避免加热时产的生的水气使得底盒100的外底面吸附放置的平面。
参阅图7，较佳地，盖体300的外表面可以选择性地凹陷形成一定位槽301，定位槽301与底盒100的外底面的外形相配合，当多个相同大小的本申请的隔热容器堆栈放置时，定位槽301可供置入另一隔热容器的另一底盒10。
参阅图8，环壁200内可以选择性地容置有一内盒400，且内盒400迭置在底盒100的凸缘110上。借此能够将隔热容器内的空间分隔，内盒400及底盒100分别可供盛装不同的食材。
综上所述，本申请的隔热容器，其环壁200与底盒100之间以凸缘110，握持部202与底盒100间隔配置且包覆有胶条220，因此能够避免使用者直接接触底盒100，故隔热容器经微波加热后可以立即自微波炉内取出。
参阅图9至图11，多个不同大小的本申请的隔热容器可以相互套迭收纳。而且相互套迭的隔热容器之间可以借由各种不同的方式相互固定。例如图9所示，在内的隔热容器的底盒100直接放置在套于其外的底盒20的内底面上，且在内的隔热容器以其握持部202抵靠套于其外的底盒20的内侧壁而避免相对平移。例如图10所示，在内的隔热容器的底盒100直接放置在套于其外的底盒20的内底面上，且在内的隔热容器以其盖体300上的卡勾320抵靠套于其外的环壁30的内侧壁而避免相对平移。例如图11所示，在内的隔热容器以其握持部202支撑在套于其外的隔热容器的凸缘11上，且相互套迭的底盒100/20之间可以分隔配置。
本申请底盒100与环壁200之间的连接处103不限定前述的凸缘110形式，例如底盒100与环壁200之间的连接处103也可以是如图12所示的平顺连接形式。
以上所述仅为本申请的较佳实施例，非用以限定本申请的专利范围，其他运用本申请的专利精神的等效变化，均应俱属本申请的专利范围。
工业实用性
本申请实施例提供的隔热容器，其环壁的握持部与底盒间隔配置而能够借由空间阻隔避免使用者直接接触底盒而烫手，因此，具有工业实用性。

Claims (11)

1.一种隔热容器，其特征在于，包括：一底盒以及环绕该底盒的一环壁，该底盒的顶部呈开放且连接该环壁，该环壁的内部空间与该底盒的内部空间相连通，该环壁的顶缘形成一开口，该底盒与该环壁之间的连接处的外侧向下延伸形成一握持部，该握持部与该底盒间隔配置且该握持部包覆有一胶条。
2.如权利要求1所述的隔热容器，其特征在于，该开口罩设有一盖体，该盖体上设有一胶条，该胶条被夹持在该盖体与该环壁之间而密封该开口。
3.如权利要求2所述的隔热容器，其特征在于，该盖体的外表面凹陷形成一定位槽，该定位槽与该底盒的外底面的外形相配合以供置入另一底盒。
4.如权利要求2所述的隔热容器，其特征在于，该盖体的一面设有一环槽且该盖体开设有一穿孔，该穿孔连通该环槽，该胶条嵌设在该环槽内且该胶条一部分嵌入该穿孔。
5.如权利要求2所述的隔热容器，其特征在于，该盖体的边缘设有复数卡勾，各该卡勾分别扣接该环壁的外侧。
6.如权利要求5所述的隔热容器，其特征在于，该环壁的外侧设有供扣接该些卡勾的至少一倒勾。
7.如权利要求6所述的隔热容器，其特征在于，该倒勾环绕该开口配置。
8.如权利要求1所述的隔热容器，其特征在于，该底盒的外底面凹入形成一凹槽。
9.如权利要求1所述的隔热容器，其特征在于，该盒底与该环壁的连接处形成自该底盒向外延伸的一凸缘，且该凸缘连接在该盒底与该环壁之间。
10.如权利要求9所述的隔热容器，其特征在于，该环壁内容置有一内盒，且该内盒迭置在该底盒的该凸缘上。
11.如权利要求1所述的隔热容器，其特征在于，该握持部延伸自该环壁的下缘。
