Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种液压缸导向套防尘结构，其包括活塞杆及套装在活塞杆上的导向套，导向套外端与活塞杆之间，由外至内依次套装有第一挡圈、第一防尘圈、第二挡圈、第二防尘圈。在液压缸工作时，本实用新型的第一防尘圈可挡住和刮除大部分灰尘，但在工况恶劣时，依然会有少量粉尘进入第一防尘圈和第二防尘圈之间，会被第二防尘圈挡其外侧，由于第一道防尘圈与第二道防尘圈之间具有第二挡圈，从而获得了足够的储污空间，防止粉尘过多溢出而导致密封失效。上述防尘结构极大提高了防尘效果，有效避免推土机铲刀提升油缸尤其是湿地型铲刀提升油缸早期动密封漏油故障，此结构也适用于其他工况恶劣的液压油缸。

本实用新型属于液压元件领域,特别是工程机械用液压缸。
背景技术
目前工程机械中工作装置的动作，大多采用往复双作用液压缸将液压能转变成机械能，控制工作装置的转向、翻转、挖掘、提升等。但工程机械很多时候需要在环境恶劣的情况下工作，如推土机铲刀提升油缸在恶劣的湿地型工况下工作时，防尘圈容易失效，泥土进入防尘圈、KY密封圈、缓冲环、支撑环与活塞杆之间导致密封失效，存在早期动密封漏油的故障。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的就在于针对上述现有技术的缺陷提供一种密封效果更好的液压缸导向套新型防尘结构。
其技术解决方案如下：
一种液压缸导向套防尘结构，其包括活塞杆及套装在活塞杆上的导向套，导向套外端与活塞杆之间，由外至内依次套装有第一挡圈、第一防尘圈、第二挡圈、第二防尘圈。
在液压缸工作时，本实用新型的第一防尘圈可挡住和刮除大部分灰尘，但在工况恶劣时，依然会有少量粉尘进入第一防尘圈和第二防尘圈之间，会被第二防尘圈挡在其外侧，由于第一道防尘圈与第二道防尘圈之间具有第二挡圈，从而获得了足够的储污空间，防止粉尘过多溢出而导致密封失效。上述防尘结构极大提高了防尘效果，有效避免推土机铲刀提升油缸尤其是湿地型铲刀提升油缸早期动密封漏油故障，此结构也适用于其他工况恶劣的液压油缸。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，其包括活塞杆6及套装在活塞杆6上的导向套7，导向套7的外端与活塞杆6之间，由外至内依次套装有第一挡圈1、第一防尘圈2、第二挡圈3、第二防尘圈4。第二挡圈3与第二防尘圈4分别装在第一防尘圈2与支撑环5之间，起阻止第一防尘圈2刮不去的泥土进入的作用，第一防尘圈2与第二防尘圈4之间的距离通过第二挡圈3调整可增加纳污空间，特别是第二防尘圈4更加保证了防尘效果，解决了推土机铲刀提升油缸早期动密封漏油问题。
上述未述及的技术内容均可采用或借鉴现有技术。
