Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a sheet-like flexible material supply system, and more particularly to a supply system suitable for supplying flexible stickers.
Background
In the prior art, flexible stickers are typically first wound onto a supply roll for ease of transportation and storage when they are manufactured at the factory. However, in use, the flexible sticker on the supply roll needs to be released and cut into flexible stickers of a predetermined length, one by one. In the prior art, the operations of releasing, measuring and cutting the flexible sticker are usually performed manually, which reduces the supply efficiency of the flexible sticker during use.

The object of the present invention is to solve at least one of the above problems and drawbacks existing in the prior art.
According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a sheet-like flexible material supply system, comprising: a supply reel on which a thin-sheet-like flexible material to be supplied is wound; a pair of nip rollers adapted to nip the sheet-like flexible material released from the supply roll; and a driving device adapted to drive the pair of grip rollers to rotate so as to feed forward the thin sheet-like flexible material discharged from the supply roll, each of the grip rollers including a plurality of circular disks and a central shaft connecting the plurality of circular disks, the plurality of circular disks being spaced apart from each other by a predetermined distance to reduce a contact area between the grip roller and the thin sheet-like flexible material.
According to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the thin sheet-like flexible material is a flexible sticker having one side surface coated with an adhesive.
According to another exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the driving device includes a driving motor and a transmission mechanism disposed between an output shaft of the driving motor and the central shaft of the pair of grip rollers, the driving motor is adapted to drive the central shaft of the pair of grip rollers to rotate simultaneously through the transmission mechanism.
According to another exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the sheet-like flexible material supply system further comprises a length detection device for detecting a length of the sheet-like flexible material released from the supply reel.
According to another exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the thin sheet flexible material supply system further comprises a cutting tool for cutting off the thin sheet flexible material released from the supply reel; when the length detection device detects that the length of the thin sheet-like flexible material released from the supply reel reaches a preset length, the cutting knife cuts the thin sheet-like flexible material.
According to another exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the length detecting device is a light curtain sensor located at a downstream side of the pair of grip rollers in a conveying direction of the sheet-like flexible material.
According to another exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the light curtain sensor comprises a light emitter disposed at one side of the sheet-like flexible material and a light receiver disposed at the other side of the sheet-like flexible material; the light curtain sensor is triggered as soon as the light curtain emitted by the light emitter is blocked by the transported sheet-like flexible material.
According to another exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the cutting tool is located between the pair of grip rollers and the light curtain sensor in the conveying direction of the sheet-like flexible material.
According to another exemplary embodiment of the present invention, a distance between a light curtain emitted by the light emitter and the cutting tool is equal to a predetermined value; once the light curtain sensor is triggered, the cutting tool cuts the thin and flexible sheet material at once, so that a thin and flexible sheet material with a preset length can be obtained.
According to another exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the cutting tool is a mechanical cutting tool or a laser cutting tool.
In the foregoing various exemplary embodiments according to the present invention, the thin sheet-like flexible material supply system can automatically perform operations such as releasing, conveying, measuring, and cutting of the thin sheet-like flexible material, thereby improving the supply efficiency of the thin sheet-like flexible material.

According to a general technical concept of the present invention, there is provided a sheet-like flexible material supply system, including: a supply reel on which a thin-sheet-like flexible material to be supplied is wound; a pair of nip rollers adapted to nip the sheet-like flexible material released from the supply roll; and a driving device adapted to drive the pair of grip rollers to rotate so as to feed forward the thin sheet-like flexible material discharged from the supply roll, each of the grip rollers including a plurality of circular disks and a central shaft connecting the plurality of circular disks, the plurality of circular disks being spaced apart from each other by a predetermined distance to reduce a contact area between the grip roller and the thin sheet-like flexible material.
Fig. 1 shows a schematic view of a sheet-like flexible material supply system according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, in the illustrated embodiment, the laminar flexible material supply system essentially comprises: a supply roll 10, a pair of nip rollers 20, 20 and a drive device (not shown). A sheet-like flexible material 1 to be supplied is wound on a supply reel 10. A pair of nip rollers 20, 20 is adapted to nip the sheet-like flexible material 1 released from the supply roll 10. The drive means is adapted to drive the pair of pinch rollers 20, 20 in rotation so as to feed forward the sheet-like flexible material 1 released from the supply reel 10.
As shown in fig. 1, in the illustrated embodiment, each of the grip rollers 20 includes a plurality of circular disks 21 and a central shaft 22 connecting the plurality of circular disks, and the plurality of circular disks 21 are spaced apart from each other by a predetermined distance to reduce a contact area between the grip roller 20 and the sheet-like flexible material 1.
As shown in fig. 1, in the illustrated embodiment, the sheet-like flexible material 1 is a flexible sticker having one side surface coated with an adhesive. In the present invention, since the plurality of discs 21 on the grip roller 20 are spaced apart from each other by a predetermined distance, the contact area between the grip roller 20 and the sheet-like flexible material 1 is minimized, so that the adhesion of the adhesive on the flexible sticker to the grip roller 20 is minimized, and it is ensured that the grip roller 20 can smoothly and smoothly feed the flexible sticker forward.

As shown in fig. 1, in the illustrated embodiment, the light curtain sensor 40 includes a light emitter 41 disposed on one side of the sheet-like flexible material 1 and a light receiver 42 disposed on the other side of the sheet-like flexible material 1.
As shown in fig. 1, in the illustrated embodiment, the light curtain sensor 40 is triggered as soon as the light curtain emitted by the light emitter 41 is blocked by the sheet of flexible material 1 being conveyed.
As shown in fig. 1, in the illustrated embodiment, the cutting tool 30 is located between the pair of nip rollers 20, 20 and the light curtain sensor 40 in the conveying direction of the sheet-like flexible material 1.
As shown in fig. 1, in the illustrated embodiment, the distance between the light curtain emitted by the light emitter 41 and the cutting tool 30 is equal to a predetermined value; once the light curtain sensor 40 is triggered, the cutting tool 30 cuts the sheet-like flexible material 1 at once, so that a sheet-like flexible material 1 having a predetermined length can be obtained.
As shown in fig. 1, in the illustrated embodiment, the cutting tool 30 may be a mechanical cutting tool or a laser cutting tool.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the embodiments described above are exemplary and can be modified by those skilled in the art, and that the structures described in the various embodiments can be freely combined without conflict in structure or principle.

Claims (10)
1. A sheet-like flexible material supply system comprising:
a supply reel (10) on which a sheet-like flexible material (1) to be supplied is wound;
-a pair of gripping rollers (20, 20) adapted to grip the laminar flexible material (1) released from said supply reel (10); and
-drive means adapted to drive said pair of nip rollers (20, 20) in rotation so as to feed forward the laminar flexible material (1) released from said supply reel (10),
the method is characterized in that:
each of the grip rollers (20) includes a plurality of circular disks (21) and a central shaft (22) connecting the plurality of circular disks, the plurality of circular disks (21) being spaced apart from each other by a predetermined distance to reduce a contact area between the grip roller (20) and the sheet-like flexible material (1).
2. The laminar flexible material supply system according to claim 1, characterized in that: the flaky flexible material (1) is a flexible sticker with one side surface coated with an adhesive.
3. The laminar flexible material supply system according to claim 2, characterized in that:
the driving device comprises a driving motor and a transmission mechanism arranged between an output shaft of the driving motor and a central shaft (22) of the pair of clamping rollers (20, 20),
the driving motor is adapted to drive the central shafts (22) of the pair of grip rollers (20, 20) to rotate simultaneously through the transmission mechanism.
4. The laminar flexible material supply system according to claim 1, characterized in that:
the system further comprises a length detection device for detecting the length of the laminar flexible material (1) released from the supply reel (10).
5. The laminar flexible material supply system according to claim 4, characterized in that:
the system further comprises a cutting knife (30) for cutting the laminar flexible material (1) released from the supply reel (10);
when the length detection device detects that the length of the thin and flexible sheet-like material (1) released from the supply reel (10) reaches a predetermined length, the cutting knife (30) cuts the thin and flexible sheet-like material (1).
6. The laminar flexible material supply system according to claim 5, characterized in that:
the length detecting means is a light curtain sensor (40), and the light curtain sensor (40) is located on the downstream side of the pair of nip rollers (20, 20) in the conveying direction of the sheet-like flexible material (1).
7. The laminar flexible material supply system according to claim 6, characterized in that:
the light curtain sensor (40) comprises a light emitter (41) arranged on one side of the sheet-like flexible material (1) and a light receiver (42) arranged on the other side of the sheet-like flexible material (1),
the light curtain sensor (40) is activated as soon as the light curtain emitted by the light emitter (41) is blocked by the transported sheet-like flexible material (1).
8. The laminar flexible material supply system according to claim 7, characterized in that:
the cutting tool (30) is located between the pair of nip rollers (20, 20) and the light curtain sensor (40) in the conveying direction of the sheet-like flexible material (1).
9. The laminar flexible material supply system according to claim 8, characterized in that:
the distance between the light curtain emitted by the light emitter (41) and the cutting tool (30) is equal to a predetermined value;
the cutting tool (30) cuts the sheet-like flexible material (1) as soon as the light curtain sensor (40) is triggered, so that a sheet-like flexible material (1) having a predetermined length is obtained.
10. The laminar flexible material supply system according to claim 5, characterized in that: the cutting tool (30) is a mechanical cutting tool or a laser cutting tool.
