本实用新型涉及一种灭火器，属于消防器材领域。
背景技术
在灭火器中，利用氮气推送灭火剂，存在需要配套氮气瓶，减压阀，结构复杂，且设备重量较大，不利于灭火人员轻装上阵，迅速灭火，而且成本较高；利用其他的物质，如气溶胶点燃产气推送灭火剂，存在产气量不大，推喷压力不稳等问题，影响其灭火效果；除此之外，环境影响也一个迈不过去的坎。
发明内容
为此，本实用新型提供一种胶囊自压液体药灭火器，能较好解决上述问题。
本实用新型包含：筒体、上盖、胶囊、瓶体喷雾阀、阀帽；原理是：利用胶囊的收缩弹力产生压力，将液体灭火药剂通过瓶体喷雾阀、阀帽，喷射出去，用于灭火，从而推送液体药方便、快速的喷出灭火。
筒体结构是筒形结构，下端密闭，上端是筒口，端口外制有均布三个卡扣，上部制有五面形的装配卡位；筒体口以上是上盖，呈圆形，上盖中制有与筒体卡口对应的三个卡槽，与筒体卡扣配合装配为一体；上盖的上端面安装的是市场上通用的瓶体喷雾阀；瓶体喷雾阀下面的环状槽内O形密封圈与上盖上端的密封口相配合，形成密封副；上盖的内圆柱面上装配有胶囊，胶囊与上盖的内圆柱面相配合是过盈配合，以提高密封效果；瓶体喷雾阀的上部安装有阀帽。
瓶体喷雾阀在其单向阀弹簧的作用下，阀孔关闭，密封住承压的胶囊内的液体药；当灭火时向下用力压住阀帽，单向阀弹簧被压缩，阀孔导通。
当本实用新型安装完毕后，在未装喷嘴之前，压力灌装液体药，随着压力灌入的液体药增多，胶囊在压力下弹力膨胀增大，形成回复弹力，复弹力使胶囊内乃至阀体内产生压力。
盖上阀帽，即成为产品。
本实用新型的有益效果是：制造成本低、保管、使用简单、安全；对于火灾的发生可以随时随地快速灭火，而不会对环境造成危害，灭火器保管期间亦不发生任何安全问题。

具体实施方案
下面以实施例1做进一步的说明：装配过程，1、将胶囊（2）过盈装入上盖（5）下内圆柱；2、将上盖（5）与筒体（1）通过卡位与卡扣装为一体；3、在上盖（5）上安装瓶体喷雾阀，当安装到位以后，利用收口机将阀边压变形，使其紧锁在上盖（5）上沿的圆周筋位上；4、通过压力灌药机，将液体药（3）强制灌入胶囊（2）内，在灌入过程中，胶囊（2）边灌边膨胀，边产生压力，继续充装，使其达到充装定量；5、盖上阀帽（6）产品完成。
使用：灭火时，只须对准火源按压阀帽（6），液体药（3）被胶囊（2）内的压力推出，从而实现实火。

1.一种胶囊自压液体药灭火器，包含：筒体（1）、上盖（5）、胶囊（2）、瓶体喷雾阀（4）、阀帽（6）；其特征是：筒体（1）结构是筒形结构，下端密闭，上端是筒口，端口外制有均布四个卡扣，上部制有五面形的装配卡位；筒体（1）口以上是上盖（5），呈圆形，上盖（5）中制有与筒体（1）卡口对应的四个卡槽，与筒体（1）卡扣配合装配为一体；上盖（5）的上端面安装的是市场上通用的瓶体喷雾阀（4）；瓶体喷雾阀（4）下面的环状槽内O形密封圈与上盖（5）上端的密封口相配合，形成密封副；上盖（5）的内圆柱面上装配有胶囊（2），胶囊（2）与上盖（5）的内圆柱面相配合是过盈配合，以提高密封效果；瓶体喷雾阀（4）的上部安装有阀帽（6）。
