5. The ticket dispensing apparatus of claim 1, further comprising a waste storage module disposed at an end of the ticket transport passageway, the waste storage module being disposed adjacent to the ticket exit module.

The ticket dispensing apparatus of claim 5, further comprising a reversing mechanism coupled to the control module and disposed adjacent an end of the ticket transport path, the reversing mechanism being disposed between the second printing module and the ticket ejection module and between the second printing module and the waste ticket storage module, the reversing mechanism transporting tickets to the ticket ejection module when in a first reversing state and transporting tickets to the waste ticket storage module when in a second reversing state.
7. The ticket dispensing apparatus of claim 1, further comprising a transport motor coupled to the control module for controlling transport of tickets through the ticket transport passageway.
8. The bill issuing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the second image sensing module comprises a first sensing module and a second sensing module which are arranged oppositely, and the first sensing module and the second sensing module are respectively used for acquiring images of the front side and the back side of the bill as the second target image.
9. The ticket issuing device according to claim 1, further comprising a storage module connected to said control module and said second image sensing module, said storage module being configured to store a second target image captured by said second image sensing module.
10. The ticket issuing apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising a ticket gate provided to the ticket issuing module, and a gate motor connected to the control module for controlling the opening and closing of the ticket gate.
