The clamping mechanisms 3 are arranged simultaneously on both the front and rear sides of the crimping pliers 4. The clamping mechanism 3 mainly comprises a clamping sleeve seat, a base 34, a rolling sleeve 35 and a clamping oil cylinder 36.
The left clamping sleeve seat and the right clamping sleeve seat are oppositely arranged, namely a left clamping sleeve seat 32 fixedly arranged on the base and a right clamping sleeve seat 33 connected with a clamping oil cylinder 36, and the right clamping sleeve seat 33 is matched with the base in a sliding and guiding manner. The clamping cylinder 36 is fixedly mounted on the base 34 and is connected with the right clamping sleeve 33 through a cylinder pressure head.
Clamping sleeves 37 are respectively arranged on the opposite sides of the left clamping sleeve seat and the right clamping sleeve seat, and a clamping space for a lead is formed between the two clamping sleeves 37; rolling sleeves 35 are respectively disposed on the front and rear sides of the clamping space on the base 34. The rolling sleeve 35 is arranged on the mounting seat 38, and the mounting seat 38 is connected with the base through a height-adjustable structure. The height adjustable structure comprises an up-and-down long hole 31 arranged on the mounting seat, and a fastening bolt penetrates through the long hole 31 to realize the fastening connection of the mounting seat 38 and the base 34.
When the system sends a clamping instruction, the oil cylinder pressure head on the clamping oil cylinder 36 and the right clamping sleeve seat 33 move towards the left clamping sleeve seat 32, when the clamping sleeve 37 clamps a wire, the pressure of the oil cylinder rises, and when the pressure reaches the clamping pressure, the oil cylinder maintains the pressure; when the system sends a loosening instruction, the clamping oil cylinder drives the clamping sleeve seat to return, and when the right clamping sleeve seat 33 returns to a set position, the hydraulic system stops supplying oil. The mechanism formed by the mounting seat 38 and the rolling sleeve 35 enables the clamping device to conveniently adjust the central positions of the conducting wire and the clamping sleeve when a clamping command is executed, and ensures that the conducting wire is not damaged in the clamping process.
As shown in fig. 4 to 6, the design of the crimping pliers 4 includes two parts, namely a crimping pliers mechanism 5 and a pressing plate mechanism 6, and the crimping pliers mechanism 5 is designed to move horizontally as a crimping main movement. The pressing plate mechanism 6 is designed to move up and down and is used as auxiliary limiting movement of crimping.
Because there is obvious drawback in conventional perpendicular crimping mode, the crimping pincers cause the pincers body often to produce the adhesion with the crimping pipe surface because huge crimping force after the crimping, need separate with the help of external force. Therefore, the conventional crimping method has a great influence on the quality of crimping and the crimping operation.
The utility model discloses crimping pincers working method has avoided the production of above-mentioned problem from the root. It adopts the transverse crimping mode of crimping pliers, i.e. the crimping movement direction is perpendicular to the positioning direction of crimping pipe. The mode can realize that the crimping pipe and the lead are automatically separated from the clamp body after crimping under the action of self gravity.
As shown in fig. 9 to 11, the pressure clamp mechanism 5 mainly comprises a die 51, a pressure clamp cylinder 52 and a mounting base plate 53, wherein the die 51 is arranged oppositely left and right to form a transverse pressure joint, a pressure joint cavity is formed between the two dies 51, and the two dies 51 are respectively connected with a piston end 52 of the pressure clamp cylinder 52 fixed on the mounting base plate 53. The mounting base plate 53 is fixedly mounted on a movable platform 74 described below.
In the embodiment, a mold positioning block 54 is fixedly mounted at a piston end of the pressing clamp oil cylinder 52, a dovetail groove is vertically arranged on the mold positioning block 54, a limiting block 58 is arranged at the bottom end of the dovetail groove, and the dovetail groove and the limiting block form a dovetail groove positioning structure; a dovetail slider 55 matched with the dovetail groove is fixed at one end of the die 51 facing the die positioning block, the die 51 is slidably inserted into the dovetail groove through the dovetail slider, and the dovetail slider 55 is abutted and matched with the limiting block 58. A mold handle 59 is also fixed to the upper side of the mold. The mould of the pressing pliers is quickly positioned, disassembled and assembled through the dovetail groove structure. This design ensures a high positional accuracy between the die 51 and the die positioning block 54, is always fixed to the die positioning block during crimping, and does not move laterally. When the mold needs to be replaced, the mold can be taken out only by gripping the mold handle by hands and moving upwards.
In this embodiment, the cylinder body of the pressure tong cylinder 52 is provided with a boss extending in the up-down direction at the end near the piston rod, the downward part 56 of the boss is embedded in the mounting base plate 53, and the upward part 57 of the boss is matched with a pressure plate of a pressure plate mechanism described below, so as to transmit the reverse acting force in the pressure welding to the frame. During the crimping operation, the two bosses are limited by the pressure plate and the mounting bottom plate.
The pressing plate mechanism 6 comprises a pressing plate 61 arranged above the corresponding pressing clamp mechanism, and a limiting groove is arranged on the pressing plate 61 corresponding to the boss upward part 57; the pressing plate 61 is connected with a pressing plate oil cylinder 62 which drives the pressing plate to move up and down, the pressing plate oil cylinder 62 is fixed on a pressing plate oil cylinder bracket, and the pressing plate oil cylinder bracket is fixedly arranged on a moving platform 74; when the pressing plate works, the pressing plate 61 moves towards the direction of the pressing clamp mechanism 4 under the driving of the pressing plate oil cylinder 62, and when the pressing plate reaches the boss position of the pressing clamp oil cylinder 52, the boss upper part 57 is embedded into the limiting groove on the pressing plate 61 to form limiting fit, so that reverse acting force in compression joint can be transmitted to the rack.
When the crimping operation is executed, the system firstly energizes the electromagnets of the two pressing plate oil cylinders 62 to enable the two pressing plates 61 to move towards the pressing clamp direction, and when the position of the boss of the pressing clamp oil cylinder 52 is reached (the pressing plates are closed), the system sends out a signal to enable the pressing plate oil cylinders 62 to stop moving and be in a pressure maintaining state. At this time, the system energizes the electromagnet of the pressure clamp oil cylinder 52, the oil cylinder pushes the left and right pistons to drive the respective dies 51 to move to the central position, when the dies 51 contact the crimping workpiece, the pressure of the oil cylinder gradually rises until reaching the designated pressure, and the pressure is maintained for 3-5s under the pressure. When the crimping is released, the system sends a signal to the electromagnets of the two pressure clamp oil cylinders 52, and the pressure clamp oil cylinders 52 drive the die 51 to return to the initial position. When the crimping work is finished and the crimped workpiece needs to be taken out, the system will confirm whether the crimper cylinder 52 has been returned to the initial position. When it is confirmed that the clamp cylinder 52 is back to the initial position, the system will send a signal to drive the platen cylinder 62 to move back to the initial position. When the clamp oil cylinder 52 and the pressure plate oil cylinder 62 return to the initial positions, the system is depressurized, and the workpiece is taken out.
According to the requirements of the crimping process, multiple times of crimping are needed to be carried out on axially different positions of a crimping pipe (comprising a steel pipe and an aluminum pipe).
The die moving mechanism 7 is used for dynamically moving the crimping pliers 4 along the axial direction of the lead at a plurality of designated working positions, so as to realize multipoint crimping of crimping pipes (including steel pipes and aluminum pipes).
The mould moving mechanism 7 comprises a linear guide rail 71 arranged along the front-back direction and a moving platform 74 in sliding fit with the linear guide rail, the crimping pliers 4 are installed on the moving platform 74, and a mould moving driving device for driving the moving platform to reciprocate along the linear guide rail is further arranged on the rack platform 8.
In this embodiment, the mold-moving driving device includes two synchronous belts 72 arranged in parallel with the linear guide rails, and the synchronous belts are arranged between the two linear guide rails. The timing belt 72 is driven to rotate by a timing wheel 73, and the timing belt 72 is connected to the crimping pliers 4.
The moving die driving device can also adopt a ball screw structure, the installation of the ball screw structure is the prior art, and the detailed description is omitted in the embodiment.

The embodiment has the functions of cutting, stripping and automatic compression joint, and can automatically compress the lead with the spliced tube into a specified shape and size to meet the compression joint requirement.
The crimping pliers of this embodiment are arranged two, respectively steel mould crimping pliers and aluminium mould crimping pliers. The steel pipe compression joint and the aluminum pipe compression joint are completed by two sets of compression joint tongs, so that the cylinder diameter of the oil cylinder can be effectively reduced, and the weight of the hydraulic tongs is reduced; the matched steel die and the aluminum die are installed and fixed, so that die replacement is avoided, the crimping efficiency is high, and the wire crimping quality is controllable.
