As shown in fig. 1, the pipe cleaning system further includes a water leakage tank 15, a water collection tank 16, a water storage tank 18 and a water return pump 17,
the water leakage groove 15 is arranged along the bottom of the movable transmission case 11 and the fixed transmission case 6 and is communicated with the inner cavities of the movable transmission case 11 and the fixed transmission case 6, the water collection groove 16 is communicated with the water leakage groove 15 and the first cleaning case 10 and is used for collecting waste liquid in the water leakage groove 15 and the first cleaning case 10, a purifying device is arranged in the water collection groove 16, a steam heating pipe is arranged inside the water storage groove 18 and is communicated with the first cleaning component and the second cleaning component, the water return pump 17 is connected with the water collection groove 16 and the water storage groove 18, and the purified waste liquid in the water collection groove 16 is extracted into the water storage groove 18. The water leakage groove 15 is used for collecting waste liquid after cleaning, the water catch bowl 16 is used for collecting waste liquid in the water leakage groove 15 and purifies the waste liquid, the water storage tank 18 is taken out to waste liquid in the water catch bowl 16 to the return water pump 17, the water storage tank 18 is carrying to first washing subassembly and second washing subassembly, in order to reach cleaning solution's recycle, resources are saved more, its inside steam heating pipe that is equipped with of water storage tank 18, can heat cleaning solution, in order to improve cleaning solution's cleaning performance.

Claims (11)

1. A pipe cleaning apparatus, comprising:
the first transmission mechanism (12) and the second transmission mechanism (7) can perform forward transmission and reverse transmission and convey the pipe fitting (9) from one of the forward transmission and the reverse transmission to the other of the forward transmission and the reverse transmission;
the first cleaning assembly is arranged between the first transmission mechanism (12) and the second transmission mechanism (7) and is used for cleaning the outer wall of the pipe fitting (9);
and the second cleaning component is arranged corresponding to the second transmission mechanism (7), is positioned at the upstream or the downstream of the first cleaning component when the first transmission mechanism (12) transmits the pipe (9) to the second transmission mechanism (7), and is used for cleaning the inner wall of the pipe (9).
2. Pipe cleaning device according to claim 1, characterized in that the second cleaning assembly comprises a cleaning line (8) and a plurality of inner spray heads (20) arranged on the cleaning line (8), the cleaning line (8) extending into the pipe (9) for cleaning the inner wall of the pipe (9).
3. Pipe cleaning device according to claim 2, characterized in that the first cleaning assembly has a passage (23) for the pipe (9) to pass through, and that the cleaning line (8) can be placed with one end on the passage (23) and with its other end fixed in a stationary transmission box (6).

Pipe cleaning device according to claim 2, further comprising a movable gear box (11) for arranging the first gear mechanism (12), a fixed gear box (6) for arranging the second gear mechanism (7), a first cleaning box (10) for arranging the first cleaning assembly, the first cleaning box (10) being arranged between the movable gear box (11) and the fixed gear box (6).

Pipe cleaning device according to claim 4, further comprising a third transmission mechanism (13) arranged on the movable transmission box (11), wherein the third transmission mechanism (13) is located above the first transmission mechanism (12), the movable transmission box (11) can move up and down under the control of a control mechanism, the movable transmission box (11) moves down when the second transmission mechanism (7) conveys the pipe (9) to the movable transmission box (11), and the third transmission mechanism (13) receives the pipe (9).

Pipe cleaning device according to claim 5, characterized in that the first transmission mechanism (12), the second transmission mechanism (7) and the third transmission mechanism (13) each comprise a plurality of horizontally arranged rollers and a drive motor for driving the rollers in rotation.
7. The pipe cleaning apparatus of claim 3, wherein the first cleaning assembly comprises:
a mounting body (21) having a cavity;
the mould core (22) is fixedly arranged in the cavity, the mould core (22) is provided with a channel (23) which is in clearance fit with the pipe (9), and the pipe (9) can be arranged in the channel (23) in a penetrating way.
8. Pipe cleaning device according to claim 7, characterized in that the mould core (22) has a plurality of mould cores (22) having the same outer diameter and the channels (23) of different inner diameters.
9. A pipe cleaning system, comprising:
a plurality of sets of pipe cleaning devices according to any one of claims 1 to 8, the cleaning fluid used in each of the pipe cleaning devices being different;
and the connecting mechanism is arranged between the movable transmission boxes (11) of the two adjacent pipe fitting cleaning devices and is used for transmitting the pipe fittings (9).
10. The tubular cleaning system of claim 9, wherein the connection mechanism comprises:
a second cylinder (24);
the pipe turning hook (25) is arranged on a movable transmission box of the pipe fitting cleaning device, one end of the pipe turning hook is connected with the second air cylinder (24), a certain point in the middle of the pipe turning hook is hinged with the movable transmission box (11), and the other end of the pipe turning hook is V-shaped;
the guide hook (26) is fixedly arranged on the movable transmission case (11) and moves along with the movement of the movable transmission case (11);
and the transition frame (4) is connected to two adjacent pipe cleaning devices, one end of the transition frame is close to the pipe turning hook (25), the other end of the transition frame is close to the guide hook (26), and the transition frame is used for receiving the pipe (9) turned over by the pipe turning hook (25) and conveying the pipe (9) to the guide hook (26).

and the water return pump (17) is connected with the water collecting tank (16) and the water storage tank (18) and is used for pumping the purified waste liquid in the water collecting tank (16) into the water storage tank (18).
