Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种成件多层屋顶瓦片,涉及建筑业且可用于工业及公共建筑结构屋顶的建筑。屋顶瓦片包含带金属基底的由聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯制成的下保护层、由高密度聚乙烯制成的技术层、纸板层、由聚氨酯泡沫制成的隔热隔音层和由聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯制成的上保护层。金属基底由铝制成。屋顶瓦片使用改良的UF稳定剂和阻燃剂喷涂全部厚度。本实用新型可提高隔热性和隔音性。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及建筑业且可用于工业及公共建筑物屋顶的建筑。
背景技术
传统地,已知一种金属屋顶(参见[1]2010年10月07日公布的申请号为95708的俄罗斯联邦专利,国际专利分类E04D11/02),该金属屋顶由上下异形板组成,异形板主要具有梯形波纹、隔热物、防凝结膜以及沿着屋顶铺设的离散安装的支撑元件,并通过位于上异形板下方形成通风空间的下异形板与支撑元件相连。上异形板可以用聚合物涂层制成。在下异形板上铺设主要由轻质隔热材料制成的隔热物,例如以由聚氨酯泡沫或发泡聚苯乙烯制成的板的形式。上异形板由彼此连接的上下元件构成的金属板条支承,该上下元件之间有防凝结膜。
而且,在相关技术中,已知屋顶面板(参见[2]2014年11月27日公布的申请号为148121的俄罗斯联邦专利,国际专利分类E04D11/00)由以下部分组成:内部异形金属板、隔热层、附加金属层、防水层,所有层与层之间都用特殊胶水或自攻螺丝固定在一起。
上述类似产品的缺点是屋顶成本很高(两块金属板,需要进行通风,因为如若不然金属易被腐蚀)、非常沉重(两块板),需要用特殊胶水或自攻螺丝固定,无法为产品提供经典成件瓦片形状。因此,所有上述涉及屋顶都是模制材料,而非成件瓦片。
就必要特征总体而言,最接近的类似解决方案是屋顶层(参见[3]2000年8月10日公布的申请号为14595的俄罗斯联邦专利,国际专利分类E04D5/00)在基底上依次布置有:隔汽层、由基于聚氨酯泡沫的泡沫制成的绝热层、屋顶覆盖物,该涂层还包括位于隔热层和屋面覆盖物之间的平坦的石棉水泥板层。例如,基底由异形板或钢筋混凝土板制成。石棉水泥板由浇注通孔制成,将液态聚氨酯泡沫通过浇注通孔注入到绝热层和石棉水泥板之间的隔层空间内,液态聚氨酯泡沫硫化(cured)时保证层与层之间的牢固粘结。屋面覆盖物胶粘在石棉板上。
样品的缺点是:使用平坦的石棉水泥板,该水泥板是一种高脆度且异常沉重的不健康材料。平坦石棉水泥板不能提供经典瓦片形状,并且板材是模制的,这意味着对运输、装载和提升到屋顶都有特殊要求。该材料不是成件瓦片,而是多层屋顶板。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种在私人倾斜屋顶结构中在保持经典形状的同时能保护阁楼房间免受夏季高温和冬季降温影响的屋顶覆盖物。
本发明的所要达到的技术效果是提高隔热性和隔音性。
技术成果的实现是由于屋顶瓦片包含具有金属基底的由聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯制成的下保护层、由高压聚乙烯制成的工艺层、纸板层、聚氨酯泡沫制成的隔热隔音层以及由聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯制成的上保护层。
以及,技术效果的实现是由于使用铝作为金属基底。
以及,技术效果的实现是由于使用改良的UV稳定剂和阻燃剂喷涂上保护层的全部厚度。

具体实施方式
屋顶瓦片包含由聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯制成的下保护层(2),下保护层(2)具有铝金属基底(1)。也同时充当金属基底的下保护层(2),可防止机械损伤,并且(金属基底(1)施加在其上)将红外辐射反射回房屋(楼宇)内。
在下保护层上铺设由高密度聚乙烯制成的工艺层(3),并在工艺层上铺设纸板层(4)。在纸板层(4)上设置由聚氨酯泡沫制成的隔热隔音内层(5)。纸板层(4)吸收双组分聚氨酯泡沫,由此增加对高压聚乙烯层(3)的粘附力,继而粘合纸板层和下保护层(2)。
在隔热隔音内层(5)顶部上布置使用改良的UF稳定剂和阻燃剂喷涂全部厚度的聚对苯二甲酸乙酯的上保护层(6)。上保护层(6)的重量比金属板或石棉水泥板(类似产品)的重量轻几倍。请注意,上保护层(6)具有抗腐蚀性,不会在其上滋生霉菌和真菌,可防止外部机械冲击和紫外线作用,从而提升隔热性和隔音性。与此同时,由聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯制成的保护层可以使屋顶具有屋顶材料-瓦片的经典外观。
以隔热隔音层(5)的形式使用非吸湿性绝热材料的聚氨酯泡沫,其在起泡和聚合时具有强粘合性,通过工艺层(3)和纸板层(4)加强允许聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯的上保护层(6)和下保护层(2)的可靠连接(结合)。
填充到产品的整个内部体积的聚合的聚氨酯泡沫,使构造具有刚性,从而使屋顶可承受高负荷(例如,当在屋顶上行走时)。
双组分聚氨酯泡沫的内层(5)使产品具有低导热性、高噪音吸收性、并填充产品的整个内部体积、增强其刚性。
Claims (3)
1.一种成件多层屋顶瓦片,其特征在于,所述屋顶瓦片包含下保护层、工艺层、纸板层、隔热隔音层和上保护层,所述下保护层具有金属基底且由聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯制成,所述工艺层由高密度聚乙烯制成,所述隔热隔音层由聚氨酯泡沫制成,以及所述上保护层由聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的屋顶瓦片,其特征在于,所述金属基底由用铝制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的屋顶瓦片,其特征在于,所述上保护层使用改良的UF稳定剂和阻燃剂喷涂全部厚度。
