As shown in fig. 1 to 3, a disinfection supply Center (CSSD) is a department in a hospital that undertakes all the repeated use of medical instruments, instruments and articles for cleaning, disinfection, sterilization and supply of sterile articles in each department, and the work flow of the disinfection supply center is as follows: recycling → sorting → washing → sterilizing → drying → inspection and maintenance → packaging → sterilizing → storing → dispensing. The first cleaning storage cabinet 1 is located in the disinfection supply center and used for storing sterilized cleaning and plastic package cleaning.
The first cleaning material storage cabinet 1 comprises a cabinet body 5, wherein a closed sterile environment is arranged inside the cabinet body 5, and the constant temperature and humidity can keep the internal environment of the cabinet stable within a certain time. The second cleaning material storage cabinet 2 is located in an operation area of a hospital and is used for temporarily storing cleaning materials required by each operation room the next day and plastic packaging the cleaning materials. The second cleaning storage cabinet 2 and the first cleaning storage cabinet 1 have the same structure, and the number of layers and the number of storage positions of the storage racks in the second cleaning storage cabinet 2 are both smaller than those of the storage racks in the first cleaning storage cabinet 1. The disinfection supply centre is usually built on one floor or on a lower floor and delivers the cleaning material to the operating room located above by means of a vertical lift 3. The vertical hoisting machine comprises a hoisting motor 13, a car 15, a counterweight 14 and a hoisting rope 17, wherein the hoisting rope 17 is driven by the hoisting motor 13, one end of the hoisting rope 17 is connected with the car 15, and the other end of the hoisting rope 17 is connected with the counterweight 14. The hoisting rope 17 is pressed into a groove of a traction sheave of the hoisting motor 13 under the gravity at both ends, the rotation of the traction sheave drives the hoisting rope 17 to move the car 15 up and down, and the counterweight 14 plays a role in balancing the weight of the car 15. The car 15 is internally provided with a telescopic manipulator for clamping clean objects and plastic packaging clean objects. When the telescopic manipulator is in the retracted state, the car 15 can be raised and lowered. When the cage 15 is lifted to the open position of the hoistway, the telescopic manipulator extends out to convey the cleaning material.
The cleaning materials are stored in the first cleaning material storage cabinet 1 at ordinary times, but the cleaning materials for operation are prepared in advance and sent to the second cleaning material storage cabinet 2 for temporary storage on the next day. The AGV trolley 4 is located in an operation area of a hospital and used for conveying the cleaning objects in the second cleaning object storage cabinet 2 and the plastic package cleaning objects to each operation room. According to different requirements of each operating room for cleaning materials, cleaning materials are manually taken out of the second cleaning material storage cabinet 2 and loaded into the cargo hold of the AGV trolley 4 after being scanned, the cargo hold of the AGV trolley 4 is of a closed structure, a plurality of bin positions are arranged in the cargo hold, the bin positions after the cleaning materials are loaded into the cargo hold are in one-to-one correspondence with the required operating rooms, and only the operating rooms corresponding to the bin positions can be opened. After the cleaning materials are loaded, the AGV trolley 4 automatically stops at the door of each operating room according to the code scanning information, informs workers in the operating rooms to take away the cleaning materials, automatically returns to the second cleaning material storage cabinet 2 until the cleaning materials in all the bins are completely distributed, and waits for the next distribution of the cleaning materials.
