The positioning block driving device 63 can limit the tray set in front, back, left and right directions, so that empty trays can be conveniently stacked on the top of the tray set.
Referring to fig. 1, the automatic tray arranging machine 100 is used for automatically and circularly arranging two tray sets, and in this embodiment, the automatic tray arranging machine 100 further includes an alarm 7 electrically connected to the controller 5. Thus, after the empty trays of the two tray groups are filled with products, the controller 5 can control the alarm 7 to give an alarm (in this embodiment, the alarm 7 is arranged at the top of the rack 1) to remind the user to replace the trays.
Referring to fig. 1, in this embodiment, a roller 18 and a supporting leg 19 are disposed at the bottom of the frame 1 (in this embodiment, the roller 18 is foldable, and/or the supporting leg 19 is retractable up and down), and the automatic tray arranging machine 100 is convenient to move by the arrangement of the roller 18.
The operation principle of the automatic disc-swinging machine 100 will be described below with reference to the specific arrangement of the automatic disc-swinging machine 100 in this embodiment:
1. assembling two trays into preset positions of the left and right accommodating spaces by driving the two belt conveyors 41 of the bottom translation mechanism 4;
2. when the manipulator fully puts the tray on the top of the left tray set, the left tray set is lifted by the left lifting mechanism from the second last tray on the bottom, so that the tray on the bottom of the left tray set is separated from the left tray set, the bottom translation mechanism 4 drives the tray to translate rightwards, and at the moment, the right lifting mechanism lifts the right tray set, so that the tray translated by the bottom translation mechanism 4 can enter the right accommodating space and is overlapped with the right tray set;
3. when the right tray set is lifted to the translation position by the right lifting mechanism, after the limiting mechanism 31 limits the uppermost empty tray of the right tray set, the right lifting mechanism lowers the right tray set to enable the uppermost empty tray of the right tray set to be separated from the right tray set, and the right tray set and the tray translated by the bottom translation mechanism 4 are overlapped;
4. the moving mechanism 32 is driven to translate the empty tray limited by the limiting mechanism 31 to the left, and at the moment, when the left supporting mechanism descends the left tray set to the butting position, the driving positioning mechanism positions the left tray set, so that the empty tray translated by the moving mechanism 32 can enter the left accommodating space and is overlapped with the left tray set;
5. and sequentially and circularly swinging the empty trays of the two tray groups until the first tray is circularly arranged to the initial position, and driving the alarm 7 to send out an alarm signal. The two groups of trays filled with products are transferred to the trolley by the bottom translation mechanism 4 to carry them away.

the top translation mechanism is arranged on the rack corresponding to the tops of the two accommodating spaces and is used for translating the uppermost tray in the left-right direction;
the bottom translation mechanism is arranged on the rack and corresponds to the bottoms of the two accommodating spaces, and the bottom translation mechanism can translate the trays in the direction opposite to that of the top translation mechanism so as to translate the lowest tray in one accommodating space to the other accommodating space; and the number of the first and second groups,
and the controller is electrically connected with the two supporting mechanisms, the top translation mechanism and the bottom translation mechanism.

The automatic disc-swinging machine according to claim 1, wherein the two accommodating spaces are a left accommodating space and a right accommodating space, the left accommodating space is used for accommodating a left tray set, and the right accommodating space is used for accommodating a right tray set;
the two supporting mechanisms are correspondingly a left supporting mechanism used for lifting the left tray set and a right supporting mechanism used for lifting the right tray set;
the rack is provided with a right loading port which is communicated with the right accommodating space so that the tray can be assembled into the two accommodating spaces from the loading port;
the left accommodating space is provided with a butt joint position, the right accommodating space is provided with a translation position, the translation position is higher than the butt joint position, the left tray set is driven by the left holding mechanism to the butt joint position, the right tray set is driven by the right holding mechanism to the translation position, the top translation mechanism is used for translating from right to left, a tray at the top of the right tray set is stacked on the top of the left tray set, and the bottom translation mechanism is used for translating from left to right, a tray at the bottom of the left tray set is stacked on the bottom of the right tray set.

The automatic disc-swinging machine according to claim 1, wherein each of said supporting mechanisms includes two supporting sub-mechanisms spaced and opposed to each other in a front-rear direction for supporting the corresponding tray group from the front and rear side portions of the tray to be lifted and lowered, said supporting sub-mechanisms including:
a pallet base installed to the frame to be movable up and down;
the supporting plate is arranged on the supporting plate seat in a front-back telescopic manner and is used for extending into the lower part of the supporting part of the tray to support the tray;
the upper and lower driving device is arranged on the rack and used for driving the supporting plate seat to move up and down; and the number of the first and second groups,
