Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种带有自清洁初滤网的空气净化器,电机的输出轴分别与锥齿轮一、转盘固定连接,转盘上设置有销轴,销轴上铰接有连接杆一,连接杆一的一端与抽拉杆的一端通过铰接轴铰接,抽拉杆的另一端穿过杂物过渡缸与活塞固定连接,杂物过渡缸与排污管的一端固定连通,排污管内设置有单向阀一,排污管的另一端与集尘盒固定连通,集尘盒固定安装在净化器外壳的外壁上,杂物过渡缸与气管的一端固定连通,气管的这端内设置有单向阀二。本实用新型的有益效果是,通过设置毛刷辊,使空气净化器在不拆卸过滤网的情况下就能实现对初滤网上附着物的清理;通过设置集尘盒,能对从初滤网上清理下来的附着物进行收集,并统一进行清理。

本实用新型涉及空气净化设备技术领域,更具体的说,涉及一种带有自清洁初滤网的空气净化器。
背景技术
空气净化器是指能够吸附、分解或转化各种空气中的污染物,有效提高室内空气清洁度的产品。在居家、医疗、工业领域均有应用,居家领域以单机类的家用空气净化器为市场的主流产品。最主要的功能是去除空气中的颗粒物,包括过敏原、室内的PM2.5等,同时还可以解决由于装修或者其他原因导致的室内、地下空间、车内挥发性有机物空气污染问题。由于相对封闭的空间中空气污染物的释放有持久性和不确定性的特点,因此使用空气净化器净化室内空气是国际公认的改善室内空气质量的方法之一。
现在的空气净化器使用时间久了以后,内部的过滤器会失去过滤效果,过滤器也不方便进行更换和清理。因此,亟需发明一种带有自清洁初滤网的空气净化器。
实用新型内容
针对以上缺陷,本实用新型提供一种带有自清洁初滤网的空气净化器。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:
一种带有自清洁初滤网的空气净化器,包括净化器外壳、吸气风机、吹气风机、安装防护盒和电机,所述净化器外壳的底部两侧分别设置有进气口纱窗,进气口纱窗处设置有吸气风机,吸气风机固定安装在净化器外壳的内部上,净化器外壳的上部设置有吹气口,吹气口处设置有吹气风机,吹气风机固定安装在净化器外壳的内部上,净化器外壳的内部上依次设置有负离子发生层、活氧杀菌层、蜂窝活性炭过滤网层和初滤网,安装防护盒固定安装在净化器外壳的外壁上,电机固定安装在安装防护盒内,电机的输出轴分别与锥齿轮一、转盘固定连接,转盘上设置有销轴,销轴上铰接有连接杆一,连接杆一的一端与抽拉杆的一端通过铰接轴铰接,抽拉杆的另一端穿过杂物过渡缸与活塞固定连接,杂物过渡缸与排污管的一端固定连通,排污管内设置有单向阀一,排污管的另一端与集尘盒固定连通,集尘盒固定安装在净化器外壳的外壁上,杂物过渡缸与气管的一端固定连通,气管的这端内设置有单向阀二,气管的另一端通过旋转接头与刚性管接头固定连接,刚性管接头与毛刷辊的一端固定连通,毛刷辊的另一端插装设置有轴,毛刷辊的另一端与齿轮固定连接,轴与螺母块固定连接,螺母块与丝杠螺接安装,丝杠的两端插装在净化器外壳的两侧壁上,丝杠的一端穿过净化器外壳后与锥齿轮二固定连接,锥齿轮二与锥齿轮一啮合,齿条固定安装在净化器外壳的两侧壁上,齿轮与齿条啮合,支撑杆固定安装在净化器外壳的两侧壁上,刚性管接头设置在支撑杆的上方。
进一步的,所述初滤网在最底端,蜂窝活性炭过滤网层在初滤网的上方,活氧杀菌层在蜂窝活性炭过滤网层的上方,负离子发生层在活氧杀菌层的上方。
进一步的,所述毛刷辊上开设有多个进污口,毛刷辊为中空的。
进一步的,所述电机为正反转电机。
本实用新型的有益效果是:通过设置毛刷辊,使空气净化器在不拆卸过滤网的情况下就能实现对初滤网上附着物的清理;通过设置集尘盒,能对从初滤网上清理下来的附着物进行收集,并统一进行清理;结构简单,使用便捷,操作简单,具有很大的实用性。

下面结合附图对本实用新型进行具体描述,如图1-6所示,一种带有自清洁初滤网的空气净化器,包括净化器外壳1、吸气风机2、吹气风机5、安装防护盒10和电机11,所述净化器外壳1的底部两侧分别设置有进气口纱窗3,进气口纱窗3处设置有吸气风机2,吸气风机2固定安装在净化器外壳1的内部上,净化器外壳1的上部设置有吹气口4,吹气口4处设置有吹气风机5,吹气风机5固定安装在净化器外壳1的内部上,净化器外壳1的内部上依次设置有负离子发生层6、活氧杀菌层7、蜂窝活性炭过滤网层8和初滤网9,安装防护盒10固定安装在净化器外壳1的外壁上,电机11固定安装在安装防护盒10内,电机11的输出轴分别与锥齿轮一12、转盘13固定连接,转盘13上设置有销轴14,销轴14上铰接有连接杆一15,连接杆一15的一端与抽拉杆17的一端通过铰接轴16铰接,抽拉杆17的另一端穿过杂物过渡缸19与活塞18固定连接,杂物过渡缸19与排污管20的一端固定连通,排污管20内设置有单向阀一201,排污管20的另一端与集尘盒21固定连通,集尘盒21固定安装在净化器外壳1的外壁上,杂物过渡缸19与气管22的一端固定连通,气管22的这端内设置有单向阀二221,气管22的另一端通过旋转接头与刚性管接头固定连接,刚性管接头与毛刷辊25的一端固定连通,毛刷辊25的另一端插装设置有轴,毛刷辊25的另一端与齿轮28固定连接,轴与螺母块29固定连接,螺母块29与丝杠30螺接安装,丝杠30的两端插装在净化器外壳1的两侧壁上,丝杠30的一端穿过净化器外壳1后与锥齿轮二31固定连接,锥齿轮二31与锥齿轮一12啮合,齿条32固定安装在净化器外壳1的两侧壁上,齿轮28与齿条32啮合,支撑杆27固定安装在净化器外壳1的两侧壁上,刚性管接头设置在支撑杆27的上方。
进一步优选的,所述初滤网9在最底端,蜂窝活性炭过滤网层8在初滤网9的上方,活氧杀菌层7在蜂窝活性炭过滤网层8的上方,负离子发生层6在活氧杀菌层7的上方。
进一步优选的,所述毛刷辊25上开设有多个进污口,毛刷辊25为中空的。
进一步优选的,所述电机11为正反转电机。
在本实施方案中,如图1-6所示,先启动吸气风机2和吹气风机5,将气体通过进气口纱窗3吸入到净化器外壳1内,吹气风机5将底部进入的气体向上吸,气体依次经过初滤网9、蜂窝活性炭过滤网层8、活氧杀菌层7和负离子发生层6过滤净化,当需要清理初滤网9时,关闭吸气风机2和吹气风机5,然后启动电机11,电机11转动带动锥齿轮一12和转盘13同时转动,首先锥齿轮一12转动带动锥齿轮二31转动,锥齿轮二31转动带动丝杠30转动,丝杠30转动使螺母块29水平移动,螺母块29水平移动带动轴水平移动,轴水平移动带动毛刷辊25转动,毛刷辊25转动时,毛刷辊25一端上的刚性管接头搭在支撑杆27上滚动,毛刷辊25转动的同时齿轮28在齿条32上转动,电机11的正反转使毛刷辊25左右来回转动刷洗初滤网9上的杂物, 初滤网9上的杂物通过进入到毛刷辊25内;同时转盘13转动通过销轴14、连接杆一15和铰接轴16左右来回推拉抽拉杆17,当向远离气管22的方向拉抽拉杆17时,单向阀二221打开,单向阀一201关闭, 毛刷辊25内的杂物通过气管22被吸入到杂物过渡缸19内,当向靠近气管22的方向推回抽拉杆17时, 单向阀二221关闭,单向阀一201打开,将杂物过渡缸19内的杂物通过排污管20挤压到集尘盒21内,初滤网9清洗完毕后,关闭电机11,再次启动吸气风机2和吹气风机5进行净化空气,依次循环,工作完成。

1.一种带有自清洁初滤网的空气净化器,其特征在于:包括净化器外壳(1)、吸气风机(2)、吹气风机(5)、安装防护盒(10)和电机(11),所述净化器外壳(1)的底部两侧分别设置有进气口纱窗(3),进气口纱窗(3)处设置有吸气风机(2),吸气风机(2)固定安装在净化器外壳(1)的内部上,净化器外壳(1)的上部设置有吹气口(4),吹气口(4)处设置有吹气风机(5),吹气风机(5)固定安装在净化器外壳(1)的内部上,净化器外壳(1)的内部上依次设置有负离子发生层(6)、活氧杀菌层(7)、蜂窝活性炭过滤网层(8)和初滤网(9),安装防护盒(10)固定安装在净化器外壳(1)的外壁上,电机(11)固定安装在安装防护盒(10)内,电机(11)的输出轴分别与锥齿轮一(12)、转盘(13)固定连接,转盘(13)上设置有销轴(14),销轴(14)上铰接有连接杆一(15),连接杆一(15)的一端与抽拉杆(17)的一端通过铰接轴(16)铰接,抽拉杆(17)的另一端穿过杂物过渡缸(19)与活塞(18)固定连接,杂物过渡缸(19)与排污管(20)的一端固定连通,排污管(20)内设置有单向阀一(201),排污管(20)的另一端与集尘盒(21)固定连通,集尘盒(21)固定安装在净化器外壳(1)的外壁上,杂物过渡缸(19)与气管(22)的一端固定连通,气管(22)的这端内设置有单向阀二(221),气管(22)的另一端通过旋转接头与刚性管接头固定连接,刚性管接头与毛刷辊(25)的一端固定连通,毛刷辊(25)的另一端插装设置有轴,毛刷辊(25)的另一端与齿轮(28)固定连接,轴与螺母块(29)固定连接,螺母块(29)与丝杠(30)螺接安装,丝杠(30)的两端插装在净化器外壳(1)的两侧壁上,丝杠(30)的一端穿过净化器外壳(1)后与锥齿轮二(31)固定连接,锥齿轮二(31)与锥齿轮一(12)啮合,齿条(32)固定安装在净化器外壳(1)的两侧壁上,齿轮(28)与齿条(32)啮合,支撑杆(27)固定安装在净化器外壳(1)的两侧壁上,刚性管接头设置在支撑杆(27)的上方。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有自清洁初滤网的空气净化器,其特征在于:所述初滤网(9)在最底端,蜂窝活性炭过滤网层(8)在初滤网(9)的上方,活氧杀菌层(7)在蜂窝活性炭过滤网层(8)的上方,负离子发生层(6)在活氧杀菌层(7)的上方。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有自清洁初滤网的空气净化器,其特征在于:所述毛刷辊(25)上开设有多个进污口,毛刷辊(25)为中空的。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有自清洁初滤网的空气净化器,其特征在于:所述电机(11)为正反转电机。
