In an illustrative embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the pre-cast wall panel of the pre-cast sleeve mainly comprises a first wall panel 1, a second wall panel 2 parallel and opposite to the first wall panel, a reinforcement cage 4 arranged in the first wall panel 1 and the second wall panel 2, and a first sleeve 11 such as a steel sleeve. In an illustrative embodiment, one side of the reinforcement cage 4 is disposed in the first wall panel and the other side is disposed in the second wall panel, and the first sleeve 11 is secured to the reinforcement cage and passes vertically through the first and second wall panels. In a preferred embodiment, the first wall panel and the second wall panel are concrete structures.
In a preferred embodiment, a water-stop wing ring is further provided on the first sleeve for effective water stop and water prevention. The method then proceeds to step 240, where a second wall panel is fabricated in parallel opposition to the first wall panel, wherein the other side of the reinforcement cage is disposed in the second wall panel, and wherein the first sleeve passes vertically through the first wall panel and the second wall panel. In a preferred embodiment, a water stop wing ring is disposed on the first sleeve prior to the manufacture of the first wall panel. 5. The prefabricated wall panel of claim 4, wherein a gap between the first and second sleeves is filled with a plugging material.
6. The prefabricated wall panel of claim 1 or 2, wherein the first wall panel and the second wall panel are concrete structures.
7. A prefabricated wall panel according to claim 1 or 2, wherein concrete is cast between the first wall panel and the second wall panel.
8. A prefabricated wall panel according to claim 1 or 2, wherein a conduit passes through the first sleeve and a flexible filler material is filled in a gap between the conduit and the first sleeve.
9. The prefabricated wall panel of claim 8, wherein a sealing filler is filled in the gaps at both ends of the flexible filler material.
