技术领域
本实用新型涉及到一种炉膛,尤其涉及到一种环保型生物质颗粒燃料热风炉炉膛。
背景技术
炉膛是由炉壁包围起来供燃料燃烧的立体空间。炉膛的作用是保证燃料尽可能地燃烧,并达到需求的热量。目前,常用的炉膛内壁都有耐火材料阻挡火舌直接舔烧炉壁,造成炉膛燃烧空间不够,不能按要求充分提供换热时所需热量,或者颗粒燃料在炉底过于分散燃烧,不能充分利用颗粒燃料的气化特性,造成燃烧不充分,火舌直接舔烧炉壁,缩短炉膛的使用寿命。另外耐火材料也会影响炉壁换热效率。因此,亟需本领域技术人员研究出一种热风炉炉膛。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种安全系数高、热效率高、换热效果好、能够集中燃烧充分气化的热风炉炉膛。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供了一种热风炉炉膛,包括炉膛本体、炉膛盖体和炉膛底板,所述炉膛盖体上设有烟道管,所述炉膛本体上设有环绕式炉膛翅片,所述炉膛本体上设有进料口,所述进料口延伸至炉膛本体内部燃烧托盘上;所述环绕式炉膛翅片宽度范围为10-30cm,螺距范围为20-80cm,按2-8组以螺旋线方向等分间歇排列于炉膛本体外壁,所述环绕式炉膛翅片的螺旋倾角范围为30-60度。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,所述炉膛本体上设有炉膛观测部。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,所述炉膛本体、炉膛盖体与炉膛底板形成一圆筒形空间结构。
本实用新型采用上述结构后,其有益效果为:
利用热风炉炉膛换热,安全系数高,热效率高,换热效果好,可集中燃烧充分气化;通过炉膛侧板包覆于炉膛本体外围,炉膛本体与炉膛侧板之间为空腔结构,炉膛本体上设置有环绕式炉膛翅片,炉膛侧板上设有热风管道,炉膛本体上设有进料口,进料口一端延伸至炉膛侧板外部,另一端延伸至炉膛本体内部燃烧托盘上,炉膛盖体上设有烟道管,生物质颗粒燃料由进料口进入热风炉炉膛内的燃烧托盘里集中燃烧,充分燃烧的火焰和高温烟道气通过烟道管进入上部换热器,空气通过环绕式炉膛翅片强制环绕炉膛外壁进行充分换热后从热风管道排出,环绕式炉膛翅片本身也起到增加换热面积,起到很好补偿换热效果,换热效果好;本申请热风炉炉膛的圆筒形空间结构无死角,筒体直径大,火舌不能直接烧到炉膛,安全系数提高,增加了炉子的使用寿命,稳定性强。

如附图1-2所示,一种热风炉炉膛,包括炉膛本体1、炉膛盖体2和炉膛底板3,所述炉膛盖体2上设有烟道管4,所述烟道管4贯穿于炉膛本体1延伸至炉膛盖体2上端,所述炉膛本体1上设有环绕式炉膛翅片5,通过炉膛侧板包覆于炉膛本体1外围,炉膛本体1与炉膛侧板之间为空腔结构,炉膛侧板上设有热风管道,所述炉膛本体1上设有进料口6,所述进料口6一端延伸至炉膛侧板外部,另一端延伸至炉膛本体1内部燃烧托盘上;所述环绕式炉膛翅片5宽度范围为10-30cm,螺距范围为20-80cm,按2-8组环绕式炉膛翅片以螺旋线方向等分间歇排列于炉膛本体1外壁,所述环绕式炉膛翅片5的螺旋倾角范围为30-60度。
所述炉膛底板3中心位置设置有集中燃料的燃烧托盘和炉排。所述炉膛本体1上设有炉膛观测部7。所述炉膛本体1、炉膛盖体2与炉膛底板3形成一圆筒形空间结构。
本申请热风炉炉膛环绕换热:将生物质颗粒燃料由进料口6进入炉膛内的燃烧托盘集中燃烧,火舌烧不到炉膛,炉壁内无需耐火材料隔热,从而炉膛可直接参与换热,安全系数提高;炉膛外部热风顺着环绕式炉膛翅片5的旋转下行,从热风管道排出热风,环绕式炉膛翅片5和炉膛本体1都参与换热,换热面积大,空气环绕炉膛增加换热时间,充分带走热量,很好的降低了炉膛本体1的温度,延长炉膛的使用寿命。

1.一种热风炉炉膛,其特征在于:包括炉膛本体(1)、炉膛盖体(2)和炉膛底板(3),所述炉膛盖体(2)上设有烟道管(4),所述炉膛本体(1)上设有环绕式炉膛翅片(5),所述炉膛本体(1)上设有进料口(6),所述进料口(6)延伸至炉膛本体(1)内部;所述环绕式炉膛翅片(5)宽度范围为10-30cm,螺距范围为20-80cm,按2-8组环绕式炉膛翅片以螺旋线方向等分排列于炉膛本体(1)外壁,所述环绕式炉膛翅片(5)的螺旋倾角范围为30-60度。
