The first conveyor belt 85 conveys the box body to the tail end of the box body, the box body falls to the second supporting device 77 by the action of gravity, then the two first positioning devices 82 move towards each other to position the box body in the horizontal direction, and the second positioning device 81 pushes the second supporting device 77 to move upwards for 5-10 mm to be aligned with the supporting strips on the first supporting device 71.

Referring to fig. 20 and 21, an automatic discharging mechanism 9 is further disposed on one side of the second supporting device 77 for transporting away the box body to which the box cover is attached, and the automatic discharging mechanism 9 includes: a second conveyor belt 93 disposed on one side of the second supporting device 77; the second pulling device 92 arranged on one side of the second conveyor belt 93, the second pulling device 92 and the first positioning device 82 in the third feeding mechanism 8 are the same set of device; and a second pushing device 91 disposed at an end of the second conveyor belt 93. In operation, the second pulling device 92 sucks the cartridge body from the second supporting device 77, pulls it to the second conveyor belt 93, the second pushing device 91 applies a pushing force to the cartridge body, and then the second conveyor belt 93 transports the cartridge body away.
The working process is explained as follows:
the first feeding mechanism 1 sucks the support bar from its receiving groove 12 and transports it to the first working position 2. Referring to fig. 9, next, the first suction cup 53 of the first conveying mechanism 5 sucks the box cover from the first station 2, and the second linear servo motor 51 drives the first suction cup 53 to move to the second station 6, so that the adhered box cover and the adhered support bars are conveyed to the second station 6.
