The automatic sorting device for the temperature controllers comprises a rotary table (1), wherein a plurality of station carriers (11) are arranged at the edge of the rotary table (1), and is characterized by further comprising a feeding mechanism (2), a detecting mechanism (3), a measuring mechanism (4), a plurality of sorting mechanisms (5) and a removing mechanism (6), wherein the feeding mechanism (2), the detecting mechanism (3), the measuring mechanism (4), the plurality of sorting mechanisms (5) and the removing mechanism (6) are sequentially arranged around the rotary table (1) in a surrounding manner and work cooperatively;
the feeding mechanism (2) is configured to input the temperature controller onto the rotary disc (1);
the detection mechanism (3) is configured to detect the internal resistance of the temperature controller;
the measuring mechanism (4) is configured to measure the temperature controller;
the sorting mechanisms (5) are configured to sort the temperature controllers according to the depth;
the removal mechanism (6) is configured to remove a failing thermostat.

The automatic temperature controller sorting device according to claim 1, wherein the detecting mechanism (3) comprises a first bracket (31), a first driving member (32), and a detecting head (33), the first driving member (32) is mounted on the first bracket (31), the detecting head (33) is disposed at the driving end of the first driving member (32), and an internal resistance probe cooperating with the temperature controller is disposed in the detecting head (33).
3. The automatic temperature controller sorting device according to claim 2, wherein the detecting mechanism (3) further comprises a buffer assembly (34), and the detecting head (33) is disposed at the driving end of the first driving member (32) through the buffer assembly (34).

The automatic temperature controller sorting device according to claim 1, wherein the measuring mechanism (4) comprises a second bracket (41), a second driving member (42), a depth ratio measuring device (43), a first sliding plate (44) and a position limiting sleeve (45), the second driving member (42) is disposed on the second bracket (41), the first sliding plate (44) is slidably disposed on the second bracket (41), the second driving member (42) is in driving connection with the first sliding plate (44), the depth ratio measuring device (43) and the position limiting sleeve (45) are respectively disposed at two ends of the first sliding plate (44), and an acting end of the depth ratio measuring device (43) extends into the position limiting sleeve (45).

The thermostat automatic sorting device according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the sorting mechanism (5) comprises a third support (51), a first manipulator (52), a sorting assembly (53), and a plurality of collecting boxes, wherein the first manipulator (52) and the sorting assembly (53) are both disposed on the third support (51), the sorting assembly (53) is located below the first manipulator (52), and the plurality of collecting boxes are located on one side of the sorting assembly (53); the temperature controller can be discharged by the first mechanical arm (52), and the temperature controller can be guided by the classification component (53).

The automatic temperature controller sorting device according to claim 5, wherein the first manipulator (52) comprises a third driving member (521), a fourth driving member (522), a second sliding plate (523) and a first clamping hand (524), the third driving member (521) is disposed on the third bracket (51), the second sliding plate (523) is slidably disposed on the third bracket (51), the second sliding plate (523) is in driving connection with the third driving member (521), the fourth driving member (522) is disposed on the second sliding plate (523), the first clamping hand (524) is disposed at a driving end of the fourth driving member (522), and the fourth driving member (522) and the third driving member (521) are in a perpendicular relationship.

The automatic sorting device of temperature controllers according to claim 5, wherein the sorting assembly (53) comprises a fifth driving member (531) and a material guiding chute (532), the fifth driving member (531) is arranged on the third bracket (51), the upper end of the material guiding chute (532) is hinged on the third bracket (51), and the lower end of the material guiding chute (532) is hinged with the driving end of the fifth driving member (531); the fifth driving piece (531) can drive the material guiding chute (532) to swing, so that the material guiding chute (532) can be separated from or contacted with the collecting boxes.

The automatic temperature controller sorting device according to claim 5, wherein the removing mechanism (6) comprises a fourth bracket (61), a sixth driving member (62), a seventh driving member (63), a third sliding plate (64) and a second clamping hand (65), the sixth driving member (62) is disposed on the fourth bracket (61), the third sliding plate (64) is slidably disposed on the fourth bracket (61), the third sliding plate (64) is in driving connection with the sixth driving member (62), the seventh driving member (63) is disposed on the third sliding plate (64), the second clamping hand (65) is disposed at the driving end of the seventh driving member (63), and the seventh driving member (63) is in perpendicular relation to the sixth driving member (62).
9. The automatic temperature controller sorting device according to claim 5, wherein the feeding mechanism (2) comprises a vibrating disk (21) and a second manipulator (22), and the vibrating disk (21) and the second manipulator (22) are connected in a matching manner.

The automatic sorting device of temperature controller according to claim 5, further comprising a control mechanism (7), wherein the control mechanism (7) is in signal connection with the detection mechanism (3), the measurement mechanism (4), the plurality of sorting mechanisms (5) and the removal mechanism (6), and the control mechanism (7) is configured to control the plurality of sorting mechanisms (5) and the removal mechanism (6) according to the detection and measurement information of the detection mechanism (3) and the measurement mechanism (4).
