Preferably, in each cassette set, a filter for filtering gas flowing through from the air inlet direction is arranged between every two adjacent cassettes.
Preferably, when the number of the cassettes in the cassette set is not less than three, a filter module is arranged between every two adjacent cassettes in each cassette set, and among the filter modules, one part of the filter modules is a fan filter set used for enabling gas to flow along the arrangement direction of the cassettes, and the other part of the filter modules is a filter used for filtering gas flowing through the air inlet direction.
Preferably, among a plurality of filtration modules that are arranged in each cassette group, along the air inlet direction, fan filter unit and filter distribute alternately.
Preferably, the cassettes are arranged in a direction perpendicular to one of the material storage areas to the other material storage area.

Referring to fig. 3 and 4, an embodiment of the present application provides a clean room warehouse, including:
a material transfer zone 20;
the two material storage areas 21 are positioned at two sides of the material conveying area 20, each material storage area 21 comprises a cassette component, the cassette component comprises a plurality of layers of cassettes 22, each layer of cassettes 22 comprises at least one cassette group, each cassette group comprises at least two cassettes 22 and at least one first fan filter unit 23 which is arranged at one side of the cassette group and is used for communicating the outside with the inside of the cassettes 22 so as to enable the outside air to flow along the arrangement direction of the cassettes 22 after entering the inside of the cassette group;
the suspended ceiling is located two material storage areas 21 tops, in order to cover material transmission district 20, and the suspended ceiling is equipped with a plurality of second fan filter unit 24 that are used for communicateing outside and material transmission district 20.
In the storage for clean room in the embodiment of the present application, the material conveying area 20 is used for conveying materials to each material storage area 21, the material storage area 21 is provided with a plurality of cassette sets, each cassette set is provided with at least two cassettes 22, wherein, the side of the outermost cassette 22 is provided with a first fan filter unit 23, the first fan filter unit 23 is used for filtering the external space and then blowing into the cassette set, and the air flow can be relayed and transmitted step by step, and flows to the opposite side from the outermost cassette 22 and flows out from the cassette set, and then flows out from the bottom of the material storage area 21. At the same time, the second fan filter unit 24 feeds air from the top downwards to clean the material storage area 21 as in the prior art. Therefore, in each cassette group of the clean room warehouse, only one first fan filter unit 23 is arranged on the side of the cassette group, and a plurality of cassettes 22 in the cassette group can be filtered and cleaned.
Taking fig. 4 as an example, each cassette set includes two cassettes 22, in the prior art, each cassette 22 is provided with a first fan filter set 23 corresponding to the cassette 22, and if the air volume required to be input by each first fan filter set 23 is 1, the sum of the air volumes required to be input by each cassette set is 2; in the embodiment of the present invention, in order to ensure that each cassette 22 in the cassette set meets the requirement of cleanness, it is assumed that the air volume required to be input by the first fan filter unit 23 corresponding to each cassette set is 1.5, so that all cassettes 22 in each cassette set can be cleaned.
Therefore, in the storage for clean rooms in the present application, the first fan filter unit 23 is disposed at the side of each cassette set 22, so that the same airflow can be relayed and transmitted to enable the multiple cassette sets 22 in each cassette set to meet the requirement of cleanness, the air volume in the input material storage area 21 is effectively reduced, and the energy consumption is reduced.
As an alternative, as shown in fig. 5, a third fan filter unit 25 is disposed between every two adjacent cassettes 22 in the cassette set for making the gas flow along the arrangement direction of the cassettes 22, although each cassette 22 in this embodiment is provided with a third fan filter unit, a plurality of third fan filter units 25 are disposed in series, for example, the air outlet direction of the previous third fan filter unit 25 is the air inlet direction of the next third fan filter unit 25, after the external air enters the cassette set through the first fan filter unit 23, the gas flows through the previous cassette 22 and then enters the next cassette 22 through the third fan filter unit 25. Although each cassette 22 corresponds to one third fan filter unit 25, the third fan filter units 25 are arranged in series, and the same airflow can be relayed and transmitted, and the input air volume of each cassette set is greatly reduced compared with that in the prior art, so that the energy consumption is reduced, and meanwhile, the third fan filter units 25 arranged in series can be extracted and replaced from the outside of the material storage area 21, so that the maintenance of the clean room storage is facilitated.
As an alternative, as shown in fig. 6, a filter 26 for filtering the gas flowing through the air inlet direction is disposed between every two adjacent cassettes 22 in the cassette set, and the filters 26 are disposed in series, that is, the air outlet direction of the previous filter 26 is the air inlet direction of the next filter 26, for filtering the gas passing through the previous cassette 22, so as to ensure that the cleanliness of the gas passing through each cassette 22 meets the requirement. Therefore, the storage for clean rooms in this embodiment not only can effectively reduce the input air volume, but also can extract and replace the filters 26 arranged in series from the outside of the material storage area 21, thereby facilitating maintenance.
As an alternative, when the number of cassettes 22 in the cassette set is not less than three, a filter module is disposed between every two adjacent cassettes 22 in each cassette set, and among the plurality of filter modules, a part of the filter modules is a fan filter set for making the air flow along the arrangement direction of the cassettes 22, and the other part of the filter modules is a filter 26 for filtering the air flowing through the air inlet direction. When the number of cassettes 22 included in each cassette group is more than three, the path through which the gas entering the cassette group from the first fan filter unit 23 needs to be transferred is relatively long, and the fan filter units are arranged in the cassette groups, so that the gas inside can be continuously relayed and the cleanliness of the gas passing through each cassette 22 can be ensured by the filter 26.
As an alternative, among the plurality of filter modules provided in each cassette set, along the air intake direction, the fan filter set and the filter 26 are alternately distributed. For example, in each cassette set, a fan filter set is disposed between a first cassette 22 and a second cassette 22, a filter 26 is disposed between the second cassette 22 and a third cassette 22, and so on. By arranging the fan filter unit and the filter 26, the relay transmission of the gas entering the cassette unit through the first fan filter unit 23 can be realized, and the cleanliness of the gas passing through each cassette 22 can be ensured. The fan filter unit in this embodiment is connected in series, and the amount of wind input into each cassette group is effectively reduced, and the energy consumption is reduced.
As an alternative, the cassettes 22 in the embodiment of the present application are arranged in a direction perpendicular to the direction from one material storage area 21 to the other material storage area 21, so as to optimize the structure of the clean room warehouse, and effectively utilize the cassette set to achieve the requirement of cleanliness.
